    ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTING HUMAN RESOURCES AGILITY IN BANKS OWNED BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH AND WEST SULAWESI

    Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the factors that influence the agility of human resources at the Regional Government Owned Bank of South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi, namely PT Bank Sulselbar in Makassar City. The indicators of the factors measured in this study are the attitude treatment factor, the experience factor, the participatory advantage factor, the cooperation factor, the work design factor, the innovation factor, the self-development factor, the self-promotion factor, the level of focus factor, the systematic factor, the risk-taking factor, the professionalism, competitive power factor, organizational culture factor, and commitment factor. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method and uses the SPSS application with a population of 336 where by using purposive sampling of 156 respondents from four divisions, including human resources division, back officer, frontliner and marketing. This paper using the slovin formula, a sample of 75 people was found. Results of this research, it was found that the attitude treatment factor, experience factor, participatory advantage factor, cooperation factor and work design factor were categorized as organizational factors and included in the well agile category. Innovation factor, self-development factor, self-promotion factor, level of focus factor and systematic factor are categorized as creativity factors and are included in the well agile category. The risk taking factor, professionalism factor, competitive power factor, organizational culture factor, and commitment factor are categorized as networking factors and are categorized as agile. All factors have been tested and have valid and reliable data

    This study aims to determine the effect of Relationship Marketing and Brand Image on Customer Loyalty at ATHIFAH Kendari SouvenirStore. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study is the consumers of ATHIFAH Kendari SouvenirStore whose number is unknown (infinite). The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is by using purposive sampling. The method of data collection in this study was using an online questionnaire, namely through the google form. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) relationship marketing and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty simultaneously (2) relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty partially (3) brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty partially

    KESTABILAN MODEL POPULASI SATU MANGSA-DUA PEMANGSA DENGAN PEMANENAN OPTIMAL PADA PEMANGSA

    Tulisan ini mengkaji suatu model pertumbuhan dua populasi pemangsa saling berkompetisi secara langsung mendapatkan satu populasi mangsa yang sama. Fungsi predasi dari dua pemangsa diasumsikan sama yaitu mengikuti fungsi predasi Holling tipe I. Dengan asumsi bahwa kedua populasi pemangsa bernilai ekonomi, maka fungsi pemanenan dilibatkan dalam model. Fungsi pemanenan yang dikenakan adalah proporsional dengan ukuran populasi pemangsa. Pada model tersebut dilakukan analisis tentang syarat kewujudan dan kestabilan titik keseimbangan interior. Analisis kestabilan titik keseimbangan interior dilakukan dengan metode linearisasi dan dengan memperhatikan nilai eigen dari matriks Jacobi yang diperoleh. Analisis kestabilan titik keseimbangan dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pemanenan. Terdapat delapan titik keseimbangan yang diperoleh pada model tanpa maupun dengan pemanenan. Ada enam titik keseimbangan yang dapat diinterpretasikan. Keenam titik tersebut stabil lokal. Untuk titik keseimbangan interior yang stabil dihubungkan dengan analisis keuntungan, dan diperoleh nilai usaha pemanenan yang memberikan keuntungan maksimal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai usaha pemanenan tertentu yang memberikan titik keseimbangan yang stabil dan keuntungan yang maksimal untuk waktu yang panjang

    Stability analysis and numerical simulation of rabies spread model with delay effects

    In this article, a delay differential equations model is constructed to observe the spread of rabies among human and dog populations by considering two delay effects on incubation period and vaccine efficacy. Other parameters that affect the spread of rabies are also analyzed. Using the basic reproduction number, it is shown that dog populations and the two delays gives a significant effect on the spread of rabies among human and dog populations. The existence of two delays causes the system to experience Transcritical bifurcation instead of Hopf bifurcation. The numerical simulation shows that depending only on one control method is not enough to reduce or eradicate rabies within the dog populations; instead, it requires several combined strategies, such as increasing dog vaccinations, reducing contact with infected dogs, and controlling puppies' birth. The spread within the human population will be reduced if the spread within the dog population is reduced

    Abstrak PT Semen Tonasa merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang memiliki pelabuhan khusus di Pangkep, Sulawesi Selatan. Pelabuhan khusus ini dapat menunjang kegiatan bongkar muat dengan memiliki 2 (dua) dermaga. Namun dalam kegiatan ini masih menimbulkan demurrage yang harus dibayarkan dari shipper ke ship owner karena telah melebihi batas waktu pemuatan di kapal sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan sistem dan koordinasi dengan unit terkait. Penelitian ini menganalisis kelancaran supply produk dari suatu industri tentunya dengan dukungan dari berbagai unit kerja dalam perusahaan dan vendor di luar perusahaan sehingga proses pemuatan dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan alternatif terbaik sebagai upaya penurunan biaya demurrage dengan metode aplikasi Port Management System SIGMA (Semen Indonesia Group Maritime Analytics). Fasilitas alat telah tersedia di pelabuhan namun untuk menunjang itu semua perlu dibuatkan sistem atau aplikasi agar kapal ekspor dan domestik yang akan muat bisa lebih teratur dan termonitor di sistem dengan baik dan tentunya sesuai dengan target kami adalah zero demurrage. Adapun hasil dari sistem yang baru berjalan telah kami monitor dan sudah sesuai dengan harapan tentunya peran dari semua unit kerja yang terkait mulai dari Produksi, Supply Chain, Infrastruktur dan Sales akan menentukan hasil yang terbaik.     Abstrak This research aims to analyze the impact of employee motivation and employee job satisfaction towards employee job performance. This research took place in Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II TPI Parepare and the respondent were the employees of Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II TPI Parepare. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 68 respondents. Quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression were used for the data analysis method. The result of this study shows that employee work motivation affect positively and significantly towards the employee work performance of Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II TPI Parepare and employee job satisfaction affect positively and significantly towards the employee work performance of Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II TPI Parepare. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertempat di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II TPI Parepare dan respondennya adalah pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II TPI Parepare. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 68 responden. Analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk metode analisis data.     Abstract This study aims to examine leadership styles and motivation toward employee performance empirically. This research is a descriptive quantitative study that uses primary data. The sample of this study is employees at PT. Jaya Sakti Prasetya, which totals 55 people. The hypothesis test used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of this study show that the influence of leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in PT. Jaya Sakti Prasetya and Leadership Style and Motivation positively and significantly affect Employee Performance at PT. Jaya Sakti Prasetya. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti secara empiris Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, yang menggunakan data primer. Yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini Pegawai Pada PT. Jaya Sakti Prasetya yang berjumlah 55 Orang. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25.     Stability of equilibrium points of the prey-predator model with diseases that spreads in predators where the predation function follows the simplified Holling type IV functional response are investigated. To find out the local stability of the equilibrium point of the model, the system is then linearized around the equilibrium point using the Jacobian matrix method, and stability of the equilibrium point is determined via the eigenvalues method. There exists three non-negative equilibrium points, except , that may exist and stable. Simulation results show that with the variation of several parameter values infection rate of disease , the diseases in the system may become endemic, or may become free from endemic.  Kestabilan titik ekuilibrium model mangsa-predator dengan penyakit yang menyebar pada predator di mana fungsi predasi mengikuti respon fungsional tipe IV Holling yang disederhanakan dianalisis. Untuk mengetahui kestabilan lokal titik ekuilibrium model, sistem kemudian dilinierisasi di sekitar titik ekuilibrium menggunakan metode matriks Jacobian dan stabilitas titik kesetimbangan ditentukan melalui metode nilai eigen. Ada tiga titik ekuilibrium non-negatif, kecuali, yang mungkin ada dan stabil. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa dengan variasi beberapa nilai parameter laju penularan suatu penyakit, penyakit dalam sistem dapat menjadi endemik atau bebas dari endemik

    Abstract In the competitive field of English courses, businesses must improve service quality to gain an edge over competitors. Student satisfaction is greatly influenced by the quality of service, as English language courses are essentially service products. This study aimed to determine the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction. The sample included 80 students enrolled at Lembaga Bahasa LIA Jakarta, using a census as the calculation method. The research followed a quantitative approach, and multiple linear regression was used for data analysis. The results indicate that service quality has both a simultaneous and partial effect on customer satisfaction. Notably, the variables of empathy and assurance did not significantly impact customer satisfaction. Abstrak Dalam bidang kursus bahasa Inggris yang kompetitif, bisnis harus meningkatkan kualitas layanan untuk mendapatkan keunggulan dari pesaing. Kepuasan siswa sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas layanan, karena kursus bahasa Inggris pada dasarnya adalah produk jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 80 siswa yang terdaftar di Lembaga Bahasa LIA Jakarta, dengan menggunakan metode sensus sebagai metode perhitungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.     SPICE-IT: Smart COVID-19 pandemic controlled eradication over NDN-IoT

    Internet of things (IoT) application in e-health can play a vital role in countering rapidly spreading diseases that can effectively manage health emergency scenarios like pandemics. Efficient disease control also requires monitoring of Standard operating procedure (SOP) follow-up of the population in the disease-prone area with a cost-effective reporting and responding mechanism to register any violation. However, the IoT devices have limited resources and the application requires delay-sensitive data transmission. Named Data Networking (NDN) can significantly reduce content retrieval delays but inherits cache overflow and network congestion challenges. Therefore, we are motivated to present a novel smart COVID-19 pandemic-controlled eradication over NDN-IoT (SPICE-IT) mechanism. SPICE-IT introduces autonomous monitoring in indoor environments with efficient pull-based reporting mechanism that records violations at local servers and cloud server. Intelligent face mask detection and temperature monitoring mechanism examines every person. Cloud server controls the response action from the centre with an adaptive decision-making mechanism. Long short-term memory (LSTM) based caching mechanism reduces the cache overflow and overall network congestion problem
