In this competitive world, business is playing a major role and performance appraisal (PA) has increasingly become part of strategic approach to integrating HR activities and business policies. Today we can see this standard term covering a variety of activities through which organizations seek to assess employees and develop their competence, improve performance and achieve rewards. The success of an organization depends on the performance of the employees and it is the human tendency. Appraising performance is both a difficult and an essential supervisory skill. Every organization judges formally or informally. If there are no fixed standards of judging they will start judging based on informal standards that can create lack of enthusiasm and impact the performance of the employee and in turn, the organization. Hence, it is essential that we set the right standards to judge the performance of the employees. At a strategic level, the need for speedy and effective organizational change in today's vibrant social, economic, and political environment requires that employees continually re align their performance with goals and objectives of the organization

E-commerce as anything that involves an online transaction. E-commerce provides multiple benefits to the consumers in form of availability of goods at lower cost, wider choice and saves time. The general category of e-commerce can be broken down into two parts: E-merchandise: E-finance. E commerce involves conducting business using modern communication instruments: telephone, fax, e-payment, money transfer systems, e-data interchange and the Internet. Online businesses like financial services, travel, entertainment, and groceries are all likely to grow. Forces influencing the distribution of global e-commerce and its forms include economic factors, political factors, cultural factors and supranational institutions. Goods and Service Tax or GST as it is known is all set to be a game changer for the Indian economy. Overall it is known to be beneficial to both the consumer, business and the Government. In India, there are different indirect taxes applied on goods and services by central and state government. GST is intended to include all these taxes into one tax with seamless ITC and charged on both goods and services. Thus excise duty, special additional duty, service tax, VAT to name a few will get repealed and will be added into GST. For this, GST will have 3 parts CGST, SGST and IGST. The central taxes like excise duty will be subsumed into CGST and state taxes like VAT into SGST. This going to be forward on all transactions of both goods and services, only one tax will apply which is GST comprising of CGST and SGST. IGST would be applied instead of SGST for interstate transactions. Input credit of all these taxes will be available against all the respective outputs. This paper is outcome of a review of various research studies carried out on Impact of GST on E-commerce. This paper examines different aspects like No threshold for GST registration, No Benefit under Composition Scheme, Tax Collection at Source by Marketplace Operator. Finally in the conclusion one country and one tax will help Indian Economy to grow Rapidly

Data outsourcing is becoming a useful and feasible paradigm with the rapid application of service-oriented technologies. Many researchers have tried combination of access control and cryptography to propose a model to protect sensitive information in this outsourcing scenario. However, these combinations in existing approaches have difficulty in key management and key distribution when fine-grained data access is required. Taking the complexity of fine-grained access control policy and the wide-reaching users of cloud in account, this issue would become extremely difficult to iron out. Various system models using attribute-based encryption (ABE) have been proposed however, most of them suffer from heavy overhead in implementing the access control policies. In this paper, a system is proposed with extended hierarchical attribute-based encryption (HABE) by using ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption (ABE). It uses the hierarchical structure of users and bilinear mapping for generating the keys for various data handlers. Also the system focuses on user tracking by allocating an unique id to user. The system uses traitor tracing along with separation of duty made available by HABE and reduces the scope of key abuse. It is formally proved extended HABE with traitor tracing adds on to user accountability if user tracking for resource is maintained for hierarchical systems. DOI: 10.17762/ijritcc2321-8169.16042

One of the important research area in image processing is face recognition. We introduce a new framework for tackling face recognition problem. Here propose a new way technique of face recognition problem, which is formulated as group wise deformable image registration and feature matching. The main contributions of the proposed method is to suppresses image noise without reducing the image sharpness we will use Median filtering, Each pixel in a facial image is represented by an anatomical signature obtained from its corresponding most salient scale local region Based on the anatomical signature calculated from each pixel, a novel Markov random field based group wise registration framework is proposed to formulate the face recognition problem. Facial look identity is a vital mission by means of human-interacting structures that goal to be aware of versions within the human’s emotional state. the principle challenge or the crucial part in surveillance society is the privacy-shielding era. because the rapid improvement in the internet international it turns into very essential to scramble the pics in the video or files for the duration of transmission. in this the biometric identity of photographs or faces from scrambled pictures plays a completely tough mission. Numbers of various technology are carried out to provide privateness for the duration of surveillance or during transmission of video however they're lack of essential traits, like reversibility or visible fine maintenance. in lots of scrambling methods the faces are covered by a few animation which may additionally or may not cover all faces or it receives hard to recover pics from this technique. Many guide method also are us used by which we will unscramble an photo but they are no longer powerful that a good deal. to overcome all this matters we proposed a novel approach- Many-Kernel Random Discriminate analysis (MK-RDA) to find out discriminative patterns from chaotic indicators. structures get better accuracy bring about best photos. To PIE and ORL datasets has getting above ninety% accuracy

Background: Stature can be estimated from body parameters in dead and mutilated bodies using regression equation or multiplication factor. However, regression equations and multiplication factors are specific for the region only and canft be used in all population.  Aim: To formulate regression equation and multiplication factor for the estimation of stature from arm span (AS) for a region in Maharashtra, India. Subjects and Methods: It was a cross.sectional study, did over a period of 2 years, from October 2011 to September 2013. Four hundred students of three Government medical colleges of Maharashtra, aged 18.24 years were enrolled in the study. Stature and AS were measured and subjected to statistical analysis. Unpaired t.test and simple linear regression were used. Results: Stature and AS of 400 medical students (219 males and 181 females) were measured. Subjects were divided into six groups depending upon age. Simple regression equation and multiplication factor for male and female and for each age group were derived for estimation of stature. We found correlation coefficient (R) of 0.89 in male and 0.90 in female using simple regression, which shows strong correlation between stature and AS.Conclusion: Mean stature and AS of male were more than female with statistical significance. Stature can be accurately estimated from AS using simple regression equation or multiplication factor. Keywords: Arm span, Simple regression, Statur

    Get PDF
The Internet has become an excellent source for gathering consumer?s opinions or reviews. For product numerous consumer reviews of product are available on internet .Consumer reviews or opinions are useful for both firms & users as they contain rich & valuable knowledge about product. The business firm needs different reviews of customers for development of product. The user can make wise purchasing decision by looking at customer reviews. There are reviews on various aspects of the products. The reviews are numerous, diverse and not precise leading to difficulties in information gathering and knowledge acquisition. A product may have hundreds of aspects. Some of the aspects are important than the others. Therefore we are developing the system to mine those aspects and rank them which will help for better product development. This proposed method is named as ?A product aspect ranking framework?. Among reviews of consumer for particular product, it first identifies aspects in the reviews by a shallow dependency parser and then analyzes consumer opinions on these aspects via a sentiment classifier. Then a probabilistic aspect ranking algorithm is used, which effectively exploits the aspect frequency as well as the influence of consumer?s opinions given to each aspect over their overall opinions on the product in a unified probabilistic model
