Trata da importância dos recursos humanos para as empresas e da motivação como pressuposto para alcançar resultados. Discute o novo papel dos Recursos Humanos na organização, bem como sua importância como agente de mudanças frente aos conflitos da própria organização. O estudo fundamenta-se numa revisão teórica sobre a aplicação do RH tanto em nível estratégico como em nível operacional, apresentando-se como um dos responsáveis pela adaptação de uma organização frente aos reflexos e impactos decorrentes dos grandes vetores de mudança que são ainda mais presentes e notáveis, nos dias atuais. -- Based on the importance of human resources to the companies and the motivation as a way to achieve results, a discussion about the new role human resources have played in an organization, as well as their importance as agent of changing conflicts is proposed in this paper. The theoretical framework concerns the application of human resources at both strategic and operational levels. O simbolismo inconsciente de jovens atletas frente à figura do o técnico esportivo

Este trabalho teve no bojo de suas pretensões lançar alguma luz sobre a relação ao papel do técnico desportivo diante de seus atletas (âcomandadosâ). Na perspectiva psicanalítica, tem-se que o líder assume o lugar do ideal do/no indivíduo. O plano de análise, sob esta objetiva, consistiu no acompanhamento da dinâmica das relações desenvolvidas entre o técnico esportivo e seus comandados de uma equipe de canoagem â durante a fase de preparação para a temporada â conhecendo seu contexto histórico e sócio-econômico da referida equipe esportiva, onde verificou-se que a importância dos comportamentos afetivos por parte do treinador para com seus atletas e a percepção destes. Aponta-se para a necessidade de novas experiências similares, capazes de fomentar a qualidade das relações inter-pessoais, como forma de promoção do desenvolvimento humano. ABSTRACT This work had in the bulge of its pretensions to ahead launch some light on the relation to the paper of the porting technician of its athlete (âcommandedâ). In the psicanalítica perspective, it is had that the leader assumes the place of the ideal of the/in individual. The analysis plan, under this objective, consisted of the accompaniment of the dynamics of the relations developed between the sportive technician and its commanded of a canoeing team - during the phase of preparation for the season - knowing its historical and partner-economic context of the related sportive team, where it was verified that the importance of the affective behaviors on the part of the trainer stops with its athletes and the perception of these. It is pointed with respect to the necessity of new experiences similar, capable to foment the quality of the interpersonal relations, as form of promotion of the human development. Algorithm and governmentality: new configurations of contemporary subjectivity production

O presente ensaio busca refletir sobre a nova configuração governamental produzida pela presença dos dispositivos algorítmicos na produção de subjetividade contemporânea. Especialmente, quanto aos desdobramentos políticos no modo como os algoritmos se agenciam à vida humana, modulando-a. Trata-se circunscrever uma nova forma de governamentalidade que opera um refinamento no modo de conduzir as condutas humanas. Neste sentido, interroga-se em que medida o advento do dispositivo algorítmico otimiza o enredamento e o engajamento, ao mesmo tempo, mais eficaz e menos perceptível, da produção das subjetividades humanas.This essay seeks to debate: the social power of the algorithm in the production of subjectivity in the contemporary moment; the articulations between human policies, and also non-human ones, and; the way that algorithms agency human life, modulating it. There is one of the non-human types, which, together with human agency, imputes decisions about human actions, thoughts, feelings, and practices. Work, health, consumption, and the ways of living, of existing, of being, of men, are now produced and modulated by a type of agent that produces new kinds of subjectivity.Este ensayo pretende reflexionar sobre la nueva configuración gubernamental producida por la presencia de dispositivos algorítmicos en la producción de la subjetividad contemporánea. Especialmente, en cuanto a los desarrollos políticos en la forma en que los algoritmos se agencian a la vida humana, modulándola. Se trata de circunscribir una nueva forma de gobierno que opera un refinamiento en la forma en que se lleva a cabo la conducta humana. En este sentido, uno se pregunta hasta qué punto la llegada del dispositivo algorítmico optimiza el enredo y el compromiso, al mismo tiempo, más eficaz y menos perceptible, de la producción de subjetividades humanas

O aluno e seu corpo nas aulas de educação física: apontamentos para uma reflexão sobre a vergonha e a mídia

Este texto apresenta uma discussão sobre o impacto da mídia, e a dinâmica da vergonha nas aulas de Educação Física, de alunos no tocante da imagem corporal, que possuem de si mesmos, e em relação aos colegas. Tem-se como referencial, a psicanálise e a concepção do contexto escolar a partir da análise institucional. Por outro lado, a importância da participação da mídia, em programas de promoção de atividade física e saúde, e entendida como uma grande estratégia para a informação populacional na promoção da saúde, através de um estilo de vida mais ativo. A relação entre vergonha e corpo é de um lado, racional e de outro, afetivo-emocional. Este texto, ainda que de forma literária, é um convite para se discutir sobre as questões intervenientes nas aulas de Educação Física. ABSTRACT This text presents a quarrel on the impact of the media, and the dynamics of the shame in the lessons of Physical Education, of pupils in the moving one of the corporal image, whom they possess of itself same, and in relation to the colleagues. It is had as referential, the psychoanalysis and the conception of the pertaining to school context from the institutional analysis. On the other hand, the importance of the participation of the media, in programs of promotion of activity physical and health, and understood as a great strategy for the population information in the promotion of the health, through a more active style of life. The relation between shame and body is of a side, rational and of other, affective-emotional. This text, still that of literary form, it is an invitation to argue itself on the intervening questions in the lessons of Physical Education.
