USE OF AN INNOVATIVE METHOD FOR STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS OF THE DISTRIBUTION DEVICE USED IN PNEUMATIC MACHINES FOR WEEDING PLANT SOWING

    Get PDF
The topic addressed is a computer-aided design (CAD) method combined with computer-aided engineering (CAE) used in the analysis of choosing the optimal constructive variant of the distribution device used in pneumatic machines for weeding plant sowing. The CAD configurations, realized by the 3D parametric modeling using the SolidWorks program, were subjected to structural analysis (von Mises equivalent stress distribution, relative displacement field distribution and safety factor). Based on the resulting data, the mass/resistance coefficient for the 3 analyzed configurations were determined. The comparison of these indicators led to the choice of the optimal constructive variant, namely the most efficient one

RESEARCH ON INDUSTRIALIZATION IN OBTAINING BIOFERTILIZERS AND BIOFUELS FROM SEAWEED

    Get PDF
Obtaining biofertilizers and biofuels from organic products has been of great interest in recent years and is an important step in combating pests and reducing soil chemicals. Seaweed is an great agent in reduction pollution, in the textile industry, in the manufacture of pulp and paper, in distillation, in petrochemistry, metallurgy, chemistry, food, pharmaceuticals, as well as in agriculture as biofertilizers. This article presents stages of research worldwide on the potential of industrialization in obtaining biofuels and biofertilizers from seaweed. The paper highlights technologies and processing methods in obtaining future biofertilizers and biofuels with a low impact on new climate change felt strongly on agriculture

THE INFLUENCE OF THE SPEED OF REVOLUTION OF A HAMMER MILL ON MISCANTHUS CHIPPINGS

    Get PDF
Taking into consideration the fact that biomass is gradually replacing the existent energy resources, it is necessary to know the preparation process. The first step of this process takes place from the harvesting stage that can be done with or without cutting. High volume of biomass represents an impediment in its usage as a final product. It is necessary to transform it in pellets or briquettes. Thus, each stage of the preparation process was studied by researchers both for establishing the influence of biomass properties on the process as well as for designing the equipment used for preparation process. In this paper experimental research regarding the influence of the speed of revolution of a hammer mill on miscanthus chippings were done. The usage of hammer mills it happens in generally during the second stage of preparation process which refers to fine grinding process of vegetal biomass

Boundedness, compactness and Schatten-class membership of weighted composition operators

The boundedness and compactness of weighted composition operators on the Hardy space H2{\mathcal H}^2 of the unit disc is analysed. Particular reference is made to the case when the self-map of the disc is an inner function. Schatten-class membership is also considered; as a result, stronger forms of the two main results of a recent paper of Gunatillake are derived. Finally, weighted composition operators on weighted Bergman spaces A2α(D)\mathcal{A}^2 \alpha(\mathbb{D}) are considered, and the results of Harper and Smith, linking their properties to those of Carleson embeddings, are extended to this situation.Comment: 12 page

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON ENERGY AND OPERATING PARAMETERS OF THE TILLER M7.5 + REVERSIBLE PLOW PR1 AGGREGATE

    Get PDF
This paper shows some information about the experimental research made todetermine the operating parameters of an aggregate which consists of a 7.5 hp tiller, symbolized M7,5 and a reversible plow with a band, symbolized PR1. The researches were carried out in real working conditions, the ultimate goal being to promote the marketing of the mentioned machine. To achieve optimal conditions for growing plants in general, and vegetables particularly in small farms and individual households, a good quality plowing it’s essential. This work can be realized with smaller equipment and addequate working capacities such as tillers in aggregate with technical working equipments, these being the ideal solution to meet the needs of small farmers

This paper presents the results of experimental research for the comparative testing of chisel knives for soil processing (manufactured of steel type 30MnCrB5, respectivelyof those charged with electrode made of tungsten carbide in the coating), from combiners, by analyzing their mass wear at different speeds and working depths in friction with the abrasive media (fine quartz sand) on the stand

Influenţa diferitelor tipuri de fertilizanţi ecologici asupra capacităţii agroproductive la cinci cultivare de tomate

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the influence of the application of fertilizers allowed in organic farming to an assortment of autumn tomatoes. The research was conducted in the didactic and experimental field of the Vegetable growing discipline, at U.S.A.M.V. Iaşi. The experiment was of a bifactorial type, testingthe influence of the cultivar with five graduations (Perra D`Abruzzo, Firmus F1, Raluca; Bilbo F1 and Rio Grande) and of the fertilization with three graduations (unfertilized, organic fertilization with Humic and the application of a product based on microorganisms, namely Micoseeds MB) underthe conditions of the cropyear 2019. The cropwas established by seedlingsof 45 days, in strips of two rows, the distance betweenthe strips being 90 cm, and between rows,of 50 cm. The distance between plants in arow was 25 cm, resulting in a density of about 57 thousand plants per hectare. The results obtained demonstrate the efficiency of the products used, the yields obtained in the case of fertilized variants being higher compared to the non-fertilized variant, for all five cultivarsused

TECHNICAL CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING TO HARVESTING PATATOES AND CARROTS EQUIPMENT

    Get PDF
Potatoes and carrots are two plants of great importance in human life. The two vegetables are grown on increasingly large surfaces, which have led to the need to mechanize their planting, maintenance and harvesting technologies. In the continuation of the material, we will find some types of potato, carrot and root crops for both small surfaces and large and very large surfaces. The harvesting technologies of the two plants are similar, so for the types of potato or carrot picking machines (beet, onions, etc.) and leaves the crop on the furrow, the same type of machine can be used. The diversity of these harvesters is very high from one-row or two-row universal trailed to self-propelled harvesters specialized in harvesting a particular crop, which, through a single pass, can do all of the following: dislocation the harvesting material, sorting, collecting and loading them directly into containers, transport trailers or in their own hoppers with automatic downloading capabilities
