    Pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Penempatan dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada BPR Tawangmangu Jaya

    This research aimed at examining the influences of motivation, work discipline, placement and work environment collectively on the job satisfaction of employees at BPR Tawangmangu Jaya. This reserach was conducted at BPR Tawangmangu Jaya using sample as many as 46 respondents taken through the technique of saturated sample. The technique of data collection used questionnair, meanwhile, the technique of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis and classical asumption test. Based on the result of multiple linear regression analysis, it was obtained a regression equation: Y = 7.676 + 0.165 X1 + 0.193 X2 + 0.332 X3 + 0.236 X4 + e. It meant that the variables of motivation, work discipline, placement and work environment had a positive influence on the job satisfaction. If motivation, work discipline, placement and work environment are increased, the job satisfaction will follow to increase. The influence test conducted individually showed that the placement and work environment individually had positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction. It was proved from the result of t test in which tcount>ttable. The influence test conducted collectively showed that the variables of motivation, work discipline, placement and work environment had been fit as the predictors of job satisfaction of the employees. It was proved from the result of F test in which Fcount>Ftable. To increase the job satisfaction of the employees, the management of BPR Tawangmangu Jaya was hoped to always manage the available Human Resources carefully and pay attention to the policy of placement and work environment, and the employees of BPR Tawangmangu Jaya was hoped to have a high loyalty to the company, therefore, the existing policies were not considered as burdens because they were important factors in increasing the job satisfaction of employees

    Latar Belakang: Pemberdayaan Keluarga merupakan intervensi keperawatan dengan meningkatkan filial value keluarga yang terdiri dari, tanggung jawab, menghormati dan peduli keluarga. Keikutsertaan keluarga dalam perawatan keluarga lain yang sedang sakit akan mengurangi rasa cemas. Tujuan: Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran apakah efek motivasi terhadap pemberdayaan keluarga sangat diperlukan dalam keadaan pasien dirawat di ruang ICU untuk mengurangi kecemasan terhadap keluarga. Metode: Penulisan literature dilakukan menggunakan 2 database yaitu goggle scholar dan pubmed. Keyword yang digunakan dalam bahasa Indonesia adalah “mot ivasi inspirasi”, “pemberdayaan keluarga”, “ruang ICU” sedangkan dalam bahasa Inggris adalah “motivat ion inspirat ion”, “family empowerment”, “ICU room”. Hasil: Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara motivasi pemberdayaan keluarga dalam pelayanan di ICU sehingga dapat menurunkan kecemasan pada keluarga yang digambarkan oleh 4 artikel. Keluarga termasuk kategori baik digambarkan oleh 5 artikel, penurunan kecemasan termasuk kategori baik igambarkan oleh 2 artikel. Kesimpulan dan Saran: Jadi dari berbagai pendapat para penulis dan jurnal yang sudah di review terdapat beberapa dampak positif seperti pendekatan keluarga dengan pasien dan juga memberikan efek salah satunya mengurangi kecemasan pada keluarga

    The process of thermodialysis and the efficiency increase ofbioreactors operating under non-isothermal conditions

    When a catalytic membrane is employed in a non-isothermal bioreactor its activity increases as a direct function of the applied temperature gradient and decreases when both average temperature or substrate concentration increase. To know the physical cause responsible for this behaviour, substrate fluxes have been studied under isothermal conditions diffusion and non-isothermal conditions thermodialysis . Strong analogies between the behaviour of the catalytic membrane and the substrate fluxes produced by the process of thermodialysis have been observed. By introducing diffusive and thermodiffusive substrate fluxes in appropriate mass balance equations the substrate concentration profiles into the catalytic membrane have been deduced by computer simulation. In absence of catalysis and under non-isothermal conditions the profiles are higher than the ones corresponding under comparable isothermal conditions, while the contrary occurs in the presence of catalysis. The percentage increases of enzyme activity, calculated by the curves of the substrate concentration profiles, show the same temperature and concentration dependence than those actually observed with the catalytic membrane. The role of thermodialysis in affecting the enzyme activity in non-isothermal bioreactor has been discussed and demonstrated
