ОПТИМИЗАЦИЯ СОСТАВОВ СТЕКОЛ ДЛЯ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ ПОЛЫХ СТЕКЛЯННЫХ МИКРОСФЕР
The most promising region of glass compositions for obtaining hollow glass microspheres was determined using literature analysis. The main physical and technical characteristics of glasses have been studied and the dependence of the glasses properties on composition has been established. The influence of rheological properties of glasses near liquidus temperature on the processes of separation of gases previously dissolved in glass was established. It was shown that the loss of the glass mass upon reheating is much higher than the amount of sodium sulfate dissolved in the melt and may be due to incomplete decomposition during melting of carbonates (in particular, sodium carbonate) included in the charge composition, as well as volatilization of B2O3.На основе анализа литературы определена наиболее перспективная область составов стекол для получения полых стеклянных микросфер. Изучены основные физико-технические характеристики стекол и установлены зависимости свойств стекол от состава. Установлено влияние реологических свойств стекол вблизи тем- ператур ликвидуса на процессы выделения ранее растворенных в стекле газов. Показано, что потери массы стекол при повторном нагреве существенно превышают количество растворенного в расплаве сульфата натрия и могут быть обу- словлены неполным разложением при варке карбонатов (в частности, карбоната натрия), а также улетучиванием В2О3
A Case of Medullary Carcinoma of the Jejunum Combined with the Intestinal Lymphangiectasia Accompanied by the Malabsorption Syndrome
Aim: to present a clinical and morphological observation of an extremely rare combination of medullary carcinoma of the jejunum and intestinal lymphangiectasia in a 33-year-old patient with clinical features of malabsorption syndrome over the 10 years.Key points. An autopsy revealed a tumor formation spreading from the wall of the jejunum to the mesentery, with metastases to the mesenteric lymph nodes. The medullary carcinoma with positive expression of СD117, DOG1, EMA, PanCK, PDL-1, vimentin, mosaic non-intense expression of CA19-9, calretinin, CD10, CDX2, CEA, MUC-5AC, SATB2, and negative reaction to ALK, CD3, CD8, CD20, CD30, CD31, CD34, CD45, CD56, chromogranin, CK7, CK20, desmin. The proliferative index was high: Ki-67 > 80 %. Moreover, during the histological examination of the intestinal wall, intestinal lymphangiectasia complicated by the malabsorption syndrome was revealed.Conclusion. The uniqueness of this clinical and morphological case is in the combination of medullary carcinoma of the jejunum metastasized to the mesenteric lymph nodes with the underlying intestinal lymphangiectasia accompanied by the development of malabsorption syndrome

Energy-rich therapy for chronic fatigue syndrome
The study included 84 children aged 12—16 years with chronic fatigue syndrome in the presence of mitral valve prolapse (MVP), who were treated with L-carnitine (Elcar 30%) and Coenzyme Q10 (Kudevita). L-carnitine is involved in metabolic processes as a carrier of long-chain fatty acids from the cytoplasm to the mitochondria to produce ATP and acetyl-CoA. Coenzyme Q10 stimulates tissue respiration (aerobic processes) and participates in electron transfer in the mitochondrial electron transport chain. The clinical efficacy of energy-rich drugs was investigated before and after their treatment. The therapy was based on the data of an investigation by M. Trivellato et al. on carnitine deficiency and on those of our trials: the children with MVP were observed to have a significant increase in malondialdehyde levels and conjugated diene oxidation indices, which underlie mitochondrial insufficiency. The investigation indicated that prior to their treatment 100% of the children had been observed to have fatigue after exercise, as well as headache, memory and attention focusing impairments, and idiopathic hypersomnia, 34% of the patients complained of palpitation, and 43% had stabbing cardialgia. Three months later, the children who had received combined energy-rich therapy were noted to have a pronounced positive effect: 82% of them had no clinical symptoms of chronic fatigue

Imperatives of functioning of the financial market of Ukraine in the global space of debt loading
Purpose – The article deals with the imperatives of functioning of the financial market of Ukraine in the global space of debt loading. Design/methodology/approach – Within the Laffer debt curve model, the dependence of gross domestic product (GDP) change on the level of debt of the financial system for countries that form the economic core in the global financial space and well control the level of the indicator, as well as new member states that have a different level of secure debt loading and affect the portion of the financial market that forms a portfolio of securities to cover the cost of nonperforming government securities is mentioned. Findings – It has been shown that stock indices, as constituent indicators of changes in the price environment of a certain group of securities in time space, allow to estimate the general direction of the market movement even when prices within the index basket change in different directions. Originality/value – The dynamics of changing the debt loading of the financial system of Ukraine in the current, medium-term perspective is analyzed. The amount of the fixed and floating rate debt of the government internal securities is determined to ensure the diversification of interest rate risk. Using the parameters of the model of approximation functions of dimensionless quantities, the corridor of a safe level of general government debt in the country was determined
