Differentiation of Russian Region in terms of the agricultural production
The present article examines the regional inequality of agricultural production. The author gives his assessment to the degree of differentiation of the agricultural production in Russian Federation regions. The author has performed the analysis of decomposition of the regional inequality in the agricultural production. The received results indicate the re-enforcement of inequality of the agricultural goods production, including the separate categories of agricultural producers. © IDOSI Publications, 2013

Determination of the dimensions of the heat-affected zone in welding gas pipeline components
Analytical decisions supported by experimental data were used to determine the dependences for calculating the size of the heat-affected zone (HAZ) in multilayer welding of circumferential joints in transmission gas pipelines. Data on the dimensions of this zone are essential for evaluating the possibility of applying cold cutting in the rejection of elements of gas pipelines because of defects in circumferential welded joints or welded joints in transition rings in the vicinity of circumferential welded joints. © 2013 Copyright Taylor and Francis Group, LLC
influence of specific intermolecular interactions on the thermal and dielectric properties of bulk polymers atomistic molecular dynamics simulations of nylon 6
Specific intermolecular interactions, in particular H-bonding, have a strong influence on the structural, thermal and relaxation characteristics of polymers. We report here the results of molecular dynamics simulations of Nylon 6 which provides an excellent example for the investigation of such an influence. To demonstrate the effect of proper accounting for H-bonding on bulk polymer properties, the AMBER99sb force field is used with two different parametrization approaches leading to two different sets of partial atomic charges. The simulations allowed the study of the thermal and dielectric properties in a wide range of temperatures and cooling rates. The feasibility of the use of the three methods for the estimation of the glass transition temperature not only from the temperature dependence of structural characteristics such as density, but also by using the electrostatic energy and dielectric constant is demonstrated. The values of glass transition temperatures obtained at different cooling rates are practically the same for the three methods. By proper accounting for partial charges in the simulations, a reasonable agreement between the results of our simulations and experimental data for the density, thermal expansion coefficient, static dielectric constant and activation energy of γ and β relaxations is obtained demonstrating the validity of the modeling approach reported
All-optical dc nanotesla magnetometry using silicon vacancy fine structure in isotopically purified silicon carbide
We uncover the fine structure of a silicon vacancy in isotopically purified
silicon carbide (4H-SiC) and find extra terms in the spin Hamiltonian,
originated from the trigonal pyramidal symmetry of this spin-3/2 color center.
These terms give rise to additional spin transitions, which are otherwise
forbidden, and lead to a level anticrossing in an external magnetic field. We
observe a sharp variation of the photoluminescence intensity in the vicinity of
this level anticrossing, which can be used for a purely all-optical sensing of
the magnetic field. We achieve dc magnetic field sensitivity of 87 nT
Hz within a volume of mm at room temperature
and demonstrate that this contactless method is robust at high temperatures up
to at least 500 K. As our approach does not require application of
radiofrequency fields, it is scalable to much larger volumes. For an optimized
light-trapping waveguide of 3 mm the projection noise limit is below 100

Effect of cerebrolysin on motor function restoration during medical rehabilitation
Ischemic stroke (IS) is characterized by high prevalence, mortality, and disability rates. Therapy aimed to correct one biochemical or molecular stage of ischemic cell injury fails to treat stroke, suggesting that it is necessary to study multimodality therapy affecting several related pathophysiological components.The paper gives the January 2016 results of the randomized placebo-controlled multicenter study CARS that demonstrates the positive effect of cerebrolysin versus placebo according to the primary efficiency criterion, the Action Research Arm Test (ARAT) scale, and total outcome 90 days after disease onset. The investigation enrolled mainly patients with moderate or severe IS (the mean National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score was 9 at baseline).The specific features of the CARS study versus those of other clinical trials of neuroprotectors were the initial planning of narrower end criteria of efficiency (arm motor function recovery whereas the major goal of many investigations was to reduce mortality rates), as well as a standardized rehabilitation program in both treatment groups. Such investigations did not previously take into account the nature and volume of rehabilitation measures although the latter may have a substantial impact on the outcome of stroke.The CARS study is the first among the previously conducted clinical trials of neuroprotectors, which has attained the primary objective (to restore motor function), which opens up fresh opportunities for the medical support of rehabilitation measures in patients with IS
Formation and development of the processing industry in the AIC of the region
The theoretical grounding of the management system of animal feedingstuff milling of the region was performed. The facilities of animal feedingstuff milling are divided according to the degree of independence of business conducting and directions of sales of the products manufactured.
The factors of the internal and external environment of the animal feedingstuff milling of the region were considered. The analysis was performed and the tendencies in the development of animal feedingstuff milling of the region and the system of its management were revealed; the directions of the development of animal feedingstuff milling of the agrarian region were grounded.
The potential capacity of the regional market of animal feedingstuff for livestock breeding of the region was calculated. It was offered to form the body of economic management in the form of an independent legal entity bearing the responsibility for execution of the functions imposed on it to develop and implement the plan of development of animal feedingstuff milling – JSC Animal Feedingstuff Cluster of the Altai Territory.peer-reviewe
Short-Wave Excitations in Non-Local Gross-Pitaevskii Model
It is shown, that a non-local form of the Gross-Pitaevskii equation allows to
describe not only the long-wave excitations, but also the short-wave ones in
the systems with Bose-condensate. At given parameter values, the excitation
spectrum mimics the Landau spectrum of quasi-particle excitations in superfluid
Helium with roton minimum. The excitation wavelength, at which the roton
minimum exists, is close to the inter-particle interaction range. It is shown,
that the existence domain of the spectrum with a roton minimum is reduced, if

Nonlinear Bogolyubov-Valatin transformations and quaternions
In introducing second quantization for fermions, Jordan and Wigner
(1927/1928) observed that the algebra of a single pair of fermion creation and
annihilation operators in quantum mechanics is closely related to the algebra
of quaternions H. For the first time, here we exploit this fact to study
nonlinear Bogolyubov-Valatin transformations (canonical transformations for
fermions) for a single fermionic mode. By means of these transformations, a
class of fermionic Hamiltonians in an external field is related to the standard
