Pengaruh Bimbingan Manajemen Diri dalam Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Belajar Siswa

The study was helt in atirah I senior high school grade XI at Makassar city the purpose is to know (1) the process and results of implementation of self management guidance in improving learning discipline experimental group students of. (2) the level of learnig discipline to learn the experimental group before and after the self-management guidance services. (3) the level of learning discipline of the control group before and after teach by giving information about the desciplane. (4) whether there are differences between the application of self-management guidance and information services in improving the efficientcy of learn discipline. This research uses and experimental approach (True Experimental Designs) in the form of pretest-posttest control group design. This study used data collection techniques by questionnaires, observation and evaluation of the understanding. Data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis of Wilcoxon signed ranks test. The results of this study indicate (1) The process of experimentel was running well. (2) level of discipline studying students before the experimental group was given self-management guidance services that are in the low category, while the level of discipline to learn the experimental group of students after being given self-management guidance services are in high category. (3) The level of discipline to learn the control group before and after teacing through information services remain at a low category, (4) there is a difference in learning discipline of experiental group student which giving self management guidance, and control groub students which giving information service

Global Existence of Weak Solutions to the Compressible Primitive Equations of Atmospheric Dynamics with Degenerate Viscosities

We show the existence of global weak solutions to the three-dimensional compressible primitive equations of atmospheric dynamics with degenerate viscosities. In analogy with the case of the compressible Navier-Stokes equations, the weak solutions satisfy the basic energy inequality, the Bresh-Desjardins entropy inequality and the Mellet-Vasseur estimate. These estimates play an important role in establishing the compactness of the vertical velocity of the approximating solutions, and therefore are essential to recover the vertical velocity in the weak solutions

Adopsi Inovasi Media Sosial Mahasiswa Jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi FDK UIN Suska Riau (Studi Kasus Konsentrasi Public Relations)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adopsi inovasi media sosial mahasiswa Konsentrasi Public Relations Jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei deskriptif secara online terhadap 100 mahasiswa semester 5 yang terdaftar pada kelas e-learning UIN Suska, diperoleh temuan bahwa adopsi inovasi media sosial sebagian besar didominasi oleh penggunaan jejaring sosial khususnya Facebook, Twitter dan Instagram. Sedangkan Blog, Youtube dan Kaskus masih sedikit diadopsi oleh mahasiswa. Dalam komunikasi inovasi media sosial, peran dosen sebagai sumber pengetahuan dan persuasi masih rendah. Komunikator inovasi sebagian besar berasal dari jejaring pertemanan. Adopter media sosial sebagian besar tetap terus melanjutkan adopsi karena dinilai bermanfaat bagi eksistensi diri dan pendukung studi

Potensi Jenis Dipterocarpus Retusus Blume Di Kawasan Hutan Situ Gunung Sukabumi

Potential of Dipterocarpus retusus Blume Species in Situ Gunung Forest, Sukabumi. Titi Kalima and Marfu'ah Wardani. Analysis of the potential of Dipterocarpus retusus Blume species in Situ Gunung forest, Sukabumi, West Java, carried out in 2010 in a village location Kadudampit, Kadudampit districts, with the goal of uncovering potential and habitat conditions D. retusus in Situ Gunung forest. Data collection using the Systematic Sampling Strip with units such examples observation of 50 m x 20 m. The results showed that D. retusus recorded five induvidu stems of tree, the saplings (four individu) and seedlings (11 individu) at an altitude of 864-865 m above sea level, slope of 45%, and the soil pH from 6.0 to 6.9. The potential of D. retusus diameter rods >10 cm are 50 stems per ha with 35,061 volume m3/ha. The level distribution D. retusus low, grow clustered and sparse. Abundance values for trees 2.50 stems/ha, 2.00 stems/ha for sapling and 2.20 seedling/ha

SEX, FEMINISM AND SEXUAL REVOLUTION

This paper is an expository analysis of sex, feminism and sexual revolution. The paper reveals that right from historic time, the society’s normative pedagogy has been overwhelmingly influenced by obsessive religious sexual morality. Fundamentalist sexual morality is arguably a morality and pedagogy that is economical with the truth about the nature, meaning and essence of sex. It was a regime that mystified and forged ossified myths that confounded the meaning and essence of sex. It was a regime that hid the truth or presented a narrow notion of the primary purpose of sex. Worse still, it denied children and impressionable adolescences the knowledge of sex for fear that they may be corrupted.  Consequently, children resorted to other ‘honest and open’ means for the knowledge of sex. Subsequently, armed with the true knowledge of sex when the children of yesterday grew into adolescence and adulthood, they revolted against the traditional order. The strict and dishonest traditional normative pedagogy inadvertently precipitated the sustained resentment that eventually snowballed into full scare sexual revolution in a free and liberated society fostered by the emergence of information technology. Based on the findings of the analysis, the paper argues that although, sex is a profoundly close and personal affair, yet, it is an act of man and human act and must be subjected to ethical reckoning based on the fact that it also has a social dimension arising from the rational and gregarious nature of humans. While we do not totally subscribe to the list of non-traditional sexual behaviours which include senseless and irrational pervasions, we also do not believe that morally accepted sexual behaviours should be limited to traditional sexual behaviours as classically delineated by society under repressive religious influence. The paper concludes that the notion that reproduction is the only primary purpose of sex is miss-guided. Individuals must be allowed significant deal of sexual freedom, however, with responsibility. The paper advocates for a sexual freedom that is necessarily accompanied by emotional intelligence, self-discipline and a conscious resolve not to harm significant others and the society
