Save Maryam: Islam, Toleration and Religious-Exclusivism in Social Media
Momentum-resolved study of the saturation intensity in multiple ionization
We present a momentum-resolved study of strong field multiple ionization of
ionic targets. Using a deconvolution method we are able to reconstruct the
electron momenta from the ion momentum distributions after multiple ionization
up to four sequential ionization steps. This technique allows an accurate
determination of the saturation intensity as well as of the electron release
times during the laser pulse. The measured results are discussed in comparison
to typically used models of over-the-barrier ionization and tunnel ionization
Correlated ab-initio calculations for ground-state properties of II-VI semiconductors
Correlated ab-initio ground-state calculations, using relativistic
energy-consistent pseudopotentials, are performed for six II-VI semiconductors.
Valence () correlations are evaluated using the coupled cluster approach
with single and double excitations. An incremental scheme is applied based on
correlation contributions of localized bond orbitals and of pairs and triples
of such bonds. In view of the high polarity of the bonds in II-VI compounds, we
examine both, ionic and covalent embedding schemes for the calculation of
individual bond increments. Also, a partitioning of the correlation energy
according to local ionic increments is tested. Core-valence ()
correlation effects are taken into account via a core-polarization potential.
Combining the results at the correlated level with corresponding Hartree-Fock
data we recover about 94% of the experimental cohesive energies; lattice
constants are accurate to \sim 1%; bulk moduli are on average 10% too large
compared with experiment.Comment: 10 pages, twocolumn, RevTex, 3 figures, accepted Phys. Rev.
Pengaruh Mekanisme Tata Kelola Perusahaan dan Struktur Kepemilikan terhadap Struktur Modal (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada Tahun 2011-2013)
The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of corporate governance mechanisms and ownership structure to capital structure. The dependent variable is capital structure which is proxied as debt ratio (DR). Independent variable are corporate governance mechanism which is proxied by size of the board of commissioners, size of the board of independent commissioners, size of the board of directors, size of the audit committee. Ownership structure which is proxied by managerial ownership and institutional ownership. This study was used secondary data from annual reports of manufacturing companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2013. Samples were 40 manufacturing companies. This study used purposive sampling method and multiple linear regression as the analysis method. Before being conducted by regression test, it was examined by using the classical assumption tests. The results of this study indicate that the size of the board of commisioners, size of the board of independent commisioners, size of board committee, and institusional ownership did not have significant influence to the agency cost. The size of the board of directors and managerial ownership have significant influence to capital structure
The Influence of Transaksional and Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance at PT Duta Mulia Cakrawala Manado
Someone in a particular field of expertise is indeed one of the reasons the company to contract employees. Thecompany's leadership style uses transformational and transactional leadership. Typically, Companies need experts to deal with a special work for a certain period of time. Especially if the experts is not employed by the company. In addition, high-level for work particular times (can be in the form of projects handled by employees of the company or the job regular), is also not the reason the company open job vacancies to contract staff. Surely it is more profitable company. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of transactional and transformational leadership style on employee performance at PT Duta Mulia Cakrawala Manado partially and simultaneously. The sample is determined for 50 employees. Tools of analysis is Multiple Regression, while hypothesis test using F test and T test. The result of research shows that transactional and transformational leadership simultaneously have significant influence . In partialy the leadership style has significant influence on employee performance. The leaders should run the company by more by transactional leadership practices such as altruistic acts, have characters and have influence strategies to increase the employee performance rather than just control the organization
Ground-state properties of rutile: electron-correlation effects
Electron-correlation effects on cohesive energy, lattice constant and bulk
compressibility of rutile are calculated using an ab-initio scheme. A
competition between the two groups of partially covalent Ti-O bonds is the
reason that the correlation energy does not change linearly with deviations
from the equilibrium geometry, but is dominated by quadratic terms instead. As
a consequence, the Hartree-Fock lattice constants are close to the experimental
ones, while the compressibility is strongly renormalized by electronic
correlations.Comment: 1 figure to appear in Phys. Rev.
Cohesive energies of cubic III-V semiconductors
Cohesive energies for twelve cubic III-V semiconductors with zincblende
structure have been determined using an ab-initio scheme. Correlation
contributions, in particular, have been evaluated using the coupled-cluster
approach with single and double excitations (CCSD). This was done by means of
increments obtained for localized bond orbitals and for pairs and triples of
such bonds. Combining these results with corresponding Hartree-Fock data, we
recover about 92 \% of the experimental cohesive energies.Comment: 16 pages, 1 figure, late
Influence of electron correlations on ground-state properties of III-V semiconductors
Lattice constants and bulk moduli of eleven cubic III-V semiconductors are
calculated using an ab initio scheme. Correlation contributions of the valence
electrons, in particular, are determined using increments for localized bonds
and for pairs and triples of such bonds; individual increments, in turn, are
evaluated using the coupled cluster approach with single and double
excitations. Core-valence correlation is taken into account by means of a core
polarization potential. Combining the results at the correlated level with
corresponding Hartree-Fock data, we obtain lattice constants which agree with
experiment within an average error of -0.2%; bulk moduli are accurate to +4%.
We discuss in detail the influence of the various correlation contributions on
lattice constants and bulk moduli.Comment: 4 pages, Latex, no figures, Phys. Rev. B, accepte
