We conducted a clinical, morphofunctional examination and standard treatment of 155 children with chronic gastroduodenitis associated with Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection. It was кevealed that after 6 months lymphoplasmacytic infiltration of the gastric mucosa (GM) preserved in 37% of cases, and unspecified atrophy - in 9%, increased C3 and C4 components of the compliment - in 19% of children, antroduodenal discoordination on the background of postprandial secretin and cholecystokinin level - in 25%, as well as disorders of the intestinal microbiot

Century-long Dynamics of Meadow Steppes in the Privolzhskaya Uplands

Information on the structure and dynamics of the zonal Central Russian meadow steppes is presented in terms of the example of the Privolzhskaya forest-steppe state nature reserve (Penza region, Russia). The cenotic diversity of the herbaceous vegetation of the reserve is represented by 91 associations, of which 48 referto steppes and 43 to steppe meadows. It has been revealed that the vegetation of the studied placer sites under the influence of an absolutely reserved regime undergoes mesophyticization and silvatization, which are more intensively manifested in the forest-steppe landscapes of the secondary moraine plains (areas of thePoperechenskaya steppe and Ostrovtsovskaya forest-steppe reserve) than in the eroded denudational plains of forest-steppe landscapes (areas of the Kuncherovskaya steppe and Ostrovtsovskaya forest-steppe reserves). The study of the dynamics of zonal meadow steppes in the Volga Uplands testifies to the inevitability of theirtransformation in modern climatic conditions into meadow, shrubby and even forest communities. Salinization dynamics in irrigated soils of the Svetloyarsk irrigation system, Volgograd oblast

On the basis of soil surveys performed by the Volgograd hydrogeological reclamation expedition in 1998 and 2006, published data, and original materials obtained by the authors, the dynamics of soil salinization within the Svetloyarsk irrigation system in Volgograd oblast during the irrigation and post-irrigation periods have been traced. It is found that high irrigation rates under conditions of poor drainage and closed drainage basins upon both shallow (within the Caspian Lowland) and relatively deep (on the Ergeni Upland) occurrence of saline groundwater and the presence of natural salts in the soils and subsoils lead to the rise in the groundwater level above the critical level and the development of secondary salinization in the previously surfacesaline, deeply saline, and even nonsaline soils. During the post-irrigation period (15-18 years) under modern climatic conditions, the groundwater level has been descending to a depth of more than 3 m, and the degree of salinity in the upper meter of light chestnut and meadow-chestnut soils has decreased owing to the leaching of salts with atmospheric precipitation

Based on the examination of a wide range of sources, this paper presents the author’s opinion on certain essential characteristics of the legal form of action in the context of the general theory of law and the state. This work outlines and systematically studies procedural proceedings, procedural stages, and procedural regime as the fundamental components, which are essential for the knowledge of the content of the legal form of actio

Extra-Curricular Activities as an Important Factor for Developing Subject Qualities of Future Engineers

    Get PDF
We examine the need to develop the subjective qualities of students at technical universities based on the analysis of Russian and foreign research on future engineers’ training. We consider the peculiarities of future engineers’ educational process, based on the importance of extracurricular activities in the development of such qualities. The purpose of the study is to test the hypothesis about the effectiveness of developing the subjective qualities of future engineers by involving them in extracurricular activities that were formed at the initial stage. The paper describes a pedagogical experiment that includes three stages. The set of research methods includes analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, pedagogical observation, questionnaire survey, testing, conversation, expert assessments, and statistics. We present different directions and types of activities organized within the experimental work with pedagogical support. Besides, we give examples of extracurricular activities that contribute to the successful development and manifestation of the specified personal qualities in students. The paper contains evidence of the effectiveness of extracurricular student activities as a factor in developing subjective qualities

Peculiarities of anharmonic lattice dynamics and thermodynamics of alkaline-earth metals

The calculations are performed for a broad range of the properties of Ca and Sr in the fcc and bcc phases. A detailed information on the magnitude and character of temperature dependence of anharmonic effects in the lattice dynamics over the entire Brillouin zone (frequency shifts and phonon damping, Gruneisen parameters) is given. A detailed comparison of the computational results for the heat capacity and thermal expansion with the experimental data is carried out; the theoretical results are in good agreement with the experiment.Comment: 16 pages, 19 Postscript figures, Revte
