Hubungan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dengan Kreativitas Guru di Sdn Unggul Lampeuneurut Aceh Besar

Dalam konteks hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kreativitas guru.penelitian ini berupaya untuk melihat hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kreativitas guru di SDN Unggul Lampeuneurut Aceh Besar. Secara khusus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolahdengan kreativitas guru.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatankuantitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data penelitian ini bersumber dari seluruh guru dan kepala sekolah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru dan kepala sekolah di SDN Unggul Lampeuneurut Aceh Besar berjumlah 30 orang.Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu melalui observasi dan angket.Berdasarkan hasil koefisien korelasi antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolahdengan kreativitas guru ) sebesar 0,142. Berpedoman pada tabel signifikan yangbertaraf 5% (a = 0,05), maka angka koefisien berada pada rentang nilai antara 0,000sampai 0,200. Dengan demikian koefisien korelasi tersebut memberi petunjukbahwa kedua variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kreativitas guru di SD Nunggul lampeuneurut Aceh besar memiliki hubungan yang sangat rendah (Tidak berkorelasi)

Hidayat Al Salikin (Analisa Hadis Dalam Mempengaruhibudaya Melayu Palembang)

Shaykh 'Abd al-Samad al Falembaniy is scholar who also have a role to spread Islam in the archipelago. In order to combat irregularities and practice of religious teachings in the archipelago, he translated two works of al Ghazaliy‟s, Lubab Ihya 'Ulum al-Din and al Bidayat Hidayat. Two of these works present a system of Sufism at that time. Al Falembaniy also authored many books of Sufism, one of his works entitled Hidayat al Salikin. His contribution in Islamic thought has shown how his works have been "transmitted" to become a tradition of Islam in Malay Archipelago. Hadis on meal at the dawn of fasting day in Hidayat al Salikin explain how, the meal can distinguish between the fasting of Muslims and that of non Muslims. Furthermore, the meal will give the blessing. It is Prophet Muhammad tradition, and it provides motivation in worship. Hadith about the efficacy of zam-zam water is written in Hidayat al Salikin book. Ite explains how the zam zam contains a lot of vapour chemical elements that are not found in other water. It also provides motivation in public health. Hadith about the dreams is also written in his book Hidayat al Salikin. It explains how the forecast on dreams that exist in the community is wrong. Then it turns on explaining how the actual nature of dreams

THE ADAPTATION STRATEGIES OF A COMMUNITY’S FOOD PRODUCTION AND CONSUMPTION WITHIN A SMALL ISLAND ECOSYSTEM (A CASE STUDY AT KARAMPUANG ISLAND IN MAMUJU DISTRICT, WEST SULAWESI, INDONESIA)

Restricted production facilities for fishermen and marginal land ownership have triggerred low living standard for communities on small islands. This negatively impacts on community members’ ability to fulfill household food needs. Therefore, long-term survival requires a pattern of adaptation by the social environment of the community. This study examines and analyzes the strategies of a single community’s food production and consumption within an island ecosystem. Case study research was chosen in order to provide in-depth exploration and description of the adaptation patterns of the community’s food production and consumption on Karampuang Island. The data were collected using in-depth interviews supplemented by focus group discussions and field observations in order to comprehensively explore the social and economic lives of community members. The results indicated that the adaptation strategies of the community’s food production in Karampuang Island included a double livelihood strategy.  Gendered division of labor was found to utilize the optimal potential of household workers: men were responsible to do fishing in the sea and work as wage laborers in Mamuju City while women were responsible for selling the fish to market in Mamuju City market, and worked as laundry women and shopkeepers. The food consumption adaptation strategy among people in Karampuang Island was accomplished by diversifying food between cassava and rice.

Peran Guru dalam Pelaksanaan Manajemen Kelas di Gugus Bungong Seulangakecamatan Syiah Kualakota Banda Aceh

Dalam konteks persoalan manajemen kelas, yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru adalah pelaksanaan manajemen kelas. Penelitian ini berupaya mengungkapkan Peran Guru Dalam Pelaksanaan Manajemen KelasDi Gugus Bungong Seulanga Kecamatan Syiah Kuala, Kota Banda Aceh. Secara khusus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) peran guru dalam pelaksanaan manajemen kelas di Gugus Bungong Seulanga Kecamatan Syiah Kuala Kota Banda Aceh terlaksana dengan baik, dan (2) cara mengatasi kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaan manajemen kelas di (Gugus) SD Negeri Bungong Seulanga Kecamatan Syiah Kuala Kota Banda Aceh. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi danwawancara. Teknik observasi (pengamatan) dan didukung dengan teknik wawancara, teknik wawancara adalah dengan mewawancarai 8 (delapan) guru kelas. Selanjutnya seluruh datadiolah dengan tahapan anlisis data kualitatif yaitu mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Dari Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru kelas di SD Gugus Bungong Seulanga Kecamatan Syiah Kuala Kota Banda Aceh memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam pelaksanaan manajemen kelas. Guru sangat berperan dalam merencanakan, mengorganisakan, meminpin, dan mengendalikan kelas, Guru membina dan membimbing peserta didik sesuai dengan berbagai latar belakang sosial, ekonomi, budaya serta sifat-sifat individunya, membantu peserta didik belajar dan bekerja sesuai dengan potensi dan kemampuan yang dimilikinya, dan mengatasi hambatan-hambatan yang menghalangi terwujudnya interaksi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Kendala-kendala dalam manajemen kelas yang terjadi biasanya berkaitan dengan siswa. Kendalanya pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung ada siswa yang membuat keributan dikelas, tidak mau mendengar penjelasan dari gurunya dan ada siswa tidak mau belajar. Kendala tersebut juga sering terjadi karena kurang kesiapan guru dalam manajemen kelas dan kurangnya memusatkan perhatian kapada siswa.Guru harusselalu memberi motivasi kepada siswa untuk belajar dengan baik. Jika ada siswa yang berbuat tidak baik guru menegur, sehingga perilaku siswa yang tidak baik tersebut tidak berkelanjutan suasana kelas tidak menjadi kacau dan tidak kondusif

Priming Benih Padi (Oryza Sativa L.) dengan Zn untuk Meningkatkan Vigor Bibit pada Cekaman Terendam

Seed priming has been widely used to improve seedling vigor of several crops such as corn, wheat, and rice. Seed priming with zinc to increase seedling tolerance on submergence stress had never been evaluated. The objective of this research was to identify agronomical and physiological characteristics of several rice genotypes during seedling stage at submergence stress following zinc priming treatment. This research used factorial randomized block design with three replications. The first factor was rice genotypes and second factor was zinc solution of ZnSO4.7H2O. Seeds were soaked with Zn solution at different concentrations namely 0, 2.5, dan 5.0 mM respectively for 24 hours. After that the seeds were germinated on soil media in side the plastic box. Fourteen days-old seedling were submerged in water for 5 days and then return to normal condition for recovery. Parameters being observed included seedling dry weight, shoot carbohydrate, and leaves chlorophyl which were measured after 10 days of recovery. Seedling height was measured once a week from 2nd to 4th week. Results showed that intolerant genotypes to submergence stress grew faster but seedling dry weight, shoot carbohydrate and leaves chlorophyll content were lower compared to those tolerant genotypes. Local and national varieties which were not tolerant to submergence stress could be improved by priming treatment with 5.0mM zinc

Single instillation of mitomycin C reduces 1st year recurrence following transurethral resection of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer

Objective: To study the impact of single instillation of 40 mg Mitomycin C (MMC-40) within first hour of transurethral resection (TUR), on first year recurrence of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. Methods: In this study of two groups of patients with similar demographics and tumour profile were compared to assess first year tumour recurrence pattern. Group A received MMC-40 within 30 minutes of TUR. Group B patients only had TUR of bladder tumour. Patients\u27 charts were reviewed for demographic profile, preoperative diagnosis and imaging used, cytological work up, tumour profile both during cystoscopy and imaging used, patients records were also reviewed for all subsequent check cystoscopies for recurrence. Any adjuvant treatments like intravesical chemo/immunotherapy etc. were also noted. The results were analysed using a commercially available statistical package, SPSS. The level of significance was \u3c or = 0.05.Results: There were 29 and 46 patients in group A and B respectively. The demographic profile in terms of age, gender distribution, tumour characteristics (size, site, multiplicity) and pathological evaluation including, tumour grade and presence of carcinoma in situ were similar (p \u3c 0.4 and p \u3c 0.5) respectively. The first year recurrence rate in group A was 15% whereas it was 37.4% in group B (p \u3c 0.04).Conclusions: The first year recurrence rate is significantly decreased if MMC-40 is instilled following TUR. MMC-40 is safe and cost effective. Most low grade, low volume tumours would not require any further treatment if MMC-40 is given immediately following TUR
