Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Dosen Berprestasi dengan Metode Simple Additive Weighting

 The selection of outstanding lecturers at the Djadajat Maritime Academy in Jakarta is concerned with improving the quality of lecturers, so the Academy has qualified lecturers. The criteria used in the selection of outstanding lecturers are education criteria, academic position, number of certificates, and length of teaching. The decision support system of lecturer achievement is using Simple Additive Weighting method by making matrix value paired for each criterion. The value of the matrix in pairs of results should be consistent. The lecturer appraisal data will be calculated with the matrix value in pairs and the result of the calculation will appear in the form of a rating rating. With lecturer data of 20 lecturers. Analysis of Student Learning Difficulty during Online Learning

The purpose of this study was to find out the forms of learning difficulties in student PPKn courses during online learning and the factors causing student learning difficulties during online learning in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Alauddin Makassar. This type of descriptive research was carried out in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Education at UIN Alauddin Makassar with 32 research subjects for class PGMI B Class 2021 students. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that (1)the forms of learning difficulties in Civics courses experienced by students were in the form of difficulties in understanding and mastering the material (level of mastery), and difficulties in answering questions (slow learner); (2) Factors that cause learning difficulties during online learning are factors that come from with in the student (lack of learning motivation) and factors that come from outside the student's self (environmental conditions, networks, and learning media)

Speleological and environmental history of Lida Ajer cave, western Sumatra

Some of the earliest evidence for the presence of modern humans in rainforests has come from the fossil deposits of Lida Ajer in Sumatra. Two human teeth from this cave were estimated to be 73–63 thousand years old, which is significantly older than some estimates of modern human migration out of Africa based on genetic data. The deposits were interpreted as being associated with a rainforest environment based largely on the presence of abundant orangutan fossils. As well as the main fossil-bearing chamber, fossil-bearing passages are present below a sinkhole, although the relationship between the different fossil deposits has only been tenuously established. Here, we provide significant new sedimentological, geochronological and palaeoecological data aimed at reconstructing the speleological and environmental history of the cave and the clastic and fossil deposits therein. Our data suggest that the Lida Ajer fossils were deposited during Marine Isotope Stage 4, with fossils from the lower passages older than the main fossil chamber. Our use of stable carbon and oxygen isotope analyses of mammalian tooth enamel demonstrates that early humans probably occupied a closed-canopy forest very similar to those present in the region today, although the fossil orangutans may have occupied a slightly different niche. Integrasi keempat dimensi ini ditekankan untuk menjaga kemurnian pengabdian dan orientasi perjuangan prajurit agar tidak terjerumus dalam akhlak madzmumah (mental buruk). Pembahasan ini menemukan model pembinaan mental pendekatan   Rasulullah Saw sebagai panglima tertinggi dalam membina mental umat sebagai pasukan tentaranya saat itu yang meliputi: 1.
