New forms of BRST symmetry in rigid rotor
We derive the different forms of BRST symmetry by using the
Batalin-Fradkin-Vilkovisky formalism in a rigid rotor. The so called
"dual-BRST" symmetry is obtained from usual BRST symmetry by making a canonical
transformation in the ghost sector. On the other hand, a canonical
transformation in the sector involving Lagrange multiplier and its
corresponding momentum leads to a new form of BRST as well as dual-BRST

Possibility of Coherent Phenomena like Bloch Oscillations with Single Photons via W-States
We examine the behavior of single photons at multiport devices and inquire if
coherent effects are possible. In particular we study how single photons need
to be manipulated in order to study coherent phenomena. We show that single
photons need to be produced in W states which lead to vanishing mean amplitude
but nonzero correlations between the inputs at different ports. Such
correlations restore coherent effects with single photons. As a specific
example we demonstrate Bloch oscillations with single photons and thus provide
strict analog of Bloch oscillation of electrons.Comment: 5 pages, 7 figure

Heavy Flavour Baryons in Hyper Central Model
Heavy flavor baryons containing single and double charm (beauty) quarks with
light flavor combinations are studied using the hyper central description of
the three-body problem. The confinement potential is assumed as hyper central
coulomb plus power potential with power index . The ground state
masses of the heavy flavor, and baryons are computed
for different power index, starting from 0.5 to 2.0. The predicted
masses are found to attain a saturated value in each case of quark combinations

Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Semangat Kerja Karyawan pada Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (Lpd) Desa Sumberkima di Kecamatan Gerokgak Tahun 2015
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi semangat kerja karyawan dan (2) faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi semangat kerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan verifikasi. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan pada Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) Desa Sumberkima di Kecamatan Gerokgak dan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi semangat kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi sebanyak 35 orang karyawan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dianalisis menggunakan analisis faktor dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS for windows 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam faktor yang mempengaruhi semangat kerja karyawan, yaitu (1) kepemimpinan sebesar 51,849%, (2) motivasi sebesar 17,073%, (3) komunikasi sebesar 12,288%, (4) hubungan manusiawi sebesar 8,559%, (5) kompensasi sebesar 6,471% dan (6) lingkungan kerja sebesar 3,760%. Faktor kepemimpinan menjadi faktor paling dominan yang mempengaruhi semangat kerja dengan nilai variance sebesar 51,849%. This research is a quantitative research with verification approach. Subjects of this study were all employees of the Village Credit Institutions ( LPD ) Sumberkima village in Gerokgak and objects in this study are the factors that affect employee morale . This study uses a population of more than 35 employees. Data were collected using questionnaires , were analyzed using factor analysis using SPSS for windows 16.0. The results showed that there are six factors that affect employee morale, namely (1) the leadership of 51.849 %, (2) motivation of 17.073 %, (3) communication amounted to 12.288 %, (4) human relationships at 8.559 % , (5) compensation amounting to 6.471 %, and (6) the working environment of 3.760 % . Pengaruh Sikap Mengeluh dan Ketidakpuasan terhadap Perilaku Keluhan Konsumen Smartphone Merek Blackberry di Kota Denpasar
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh sikap mengeluh terhadap perilaku keluhan konsumen smartphone merek Blackberry di Kota Denpasar, (2) pengaruh ketidakpuasan terhadap perilaku keluhan konsumen smartphone merek Blackberry di Kota Denpasar, dan (3) pengaruh sikap mengeluh dan ketidakpuasaan terhadap perilaku keluhan konsumen smartphone merek Blackberry di Kota Denpasar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kausalitas. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuisoner. Metode pengambilan sempel menggunakan metode asidental sampling. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 100 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel. Bio-activity of oils of Trigonella foenum-graecum and Pongamia pinnata
Different concentration of oils obtained from two plants species belonging to family Fabaceae i.e. Trigonella foenum-graecum and Pongamia pinnata were evaluated for their antifungal and antibacterial activity against Aspergillus niger, A. fumigatus, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa by MIC determination and dry-weight method. Both the oils showed high degree of antimycotic and antibacterial activity. P. pinnata oil was more effective as compared to oil of T. foenum-gracecum. A.niger and S. aureus were more sensitive to oil of P. pinnata.
