    Sistem Pendukung Keputusan pemilihan PTS ini bertujuan untuk memberikan dukungan pengambilan keputusan untuk pemilihan sebuah PTS di Lhokseumawe. Pada sistem ini terdapat 11 alternatif perguruan tinggi swasta dan ada 6 kriteria yang digunakan oleh sistem. Sistem ini menggunakan metode fuzzy untuk kriteriayang bobot nilainya tidak tetap, kriteria tersebut diantaranya jumlah lulusan, Jarak dengan kota, Biaya pendidikan, jumlah dosen dan pendidikan dosen serta menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) yaitu untuk perangkingan Perguruan Tinggi yang dipilih oleh user. Pemberian nilai fuzzy berlaku untuk setiap kriteria yang ada. Pada sistem ini juga terdapat 2 proses yakni proses pemilihan perguruan tinggi swasta dan proses membandingkan tingkat kepentingan antar kriteria. Perhitungan fuzzy pada sistem ini tidak dilakukan di dalam sistem melainkan di input oleh admin sistem yang telah dicari terlebih dahulu nilai fuzzy kriteria untuk tiap alternatif yang ada. Hasil dari proses fuzzy dan AHP dalam aplikasi ini akan menghasilkan perangkingan untuk alternatif yang dipilih oleh user

    Pasal 44 Undang-Undang No. 29 Tahun 2004 Tentang Praktek Kedokteran menyatakan “Dokter dan dokter gigi dalam menyelenggarakan praktek kedokteran wajib mengikuti standard pelayanan kedokteran dan kedokteran gigiâ€. Dokter dalam menjalankan tugasnya mempunyai alasan yang mulia yaitu berusaha mempertahankan supaya tubuh pasien tetap sehat atau berusaha untuk menyehatkan tubuh pasien atau setidaknya mengurangi penderitaan pasien, tetapi pelayanan kesehatan seorang dokter kepada pasien tidak selamanya berhasil dengan baik, tetapi ada kalanya USAha tersebut mengalami kegagalan, kecacatan, dan kematian pasien. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui perlindungan hukum apa saja terhadap pasien atas korban malpraktek dan bagaimana solusi penyelesaian atas pasien korban malpraktek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasien atas korban malpraktek belum dapat berjalan sepenuhnya sebagaimana diharapkan. Solusinya adalah dapat berupa: a. penyelesaian secara pidana, b. penyelesaian secara perdata, c. penyelesaian melalui Kode Etik Kedokteran IDI, d. penyelesaian melalui majelis kehormatan disiplin kedokteran Indonesia

Emergency Diesel Generator pada umumnya sebuah alat listrik yang membutuhkan pemeliharaan dan perawatan. Perawatan adalah suatu usaha untuk melakukan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan serta penggantian agar mesin selalu dalam kondisi baik dan siap pakai, serta memperpanjang umur ekonomis mesin tersebut, berhasil atau tidaknya suatu perawatannya. Jadi didalam perawatan diperlukan pengalaman, ketekunan serta tanggung jawab yang besar. Maka dalam pengoperasian mesin diesel perlu dicek secara berkala untuk mengetahui kerusakan-kerusakan yang terjadi. Sehingga ferforma atau kinerja mesin dapat bekerja dengan baik dan menjaga kualitas produksi ntuk tetap terjaga kualitas dan kwantitas alat tersebut dalam beroperasi.     Character Education Management at Islamic Grassroot Education: The Integration of Local Social and Wisdom Values

    This study examined the implementation of character within grassroots Islamic education institutions that integrate local customs values in Palu City, Central Sulawesi. This study explores the strategy of character education implementation at the grassroots Islamic education institutions level and provides insight into the body of knowledge and practitioners. The study was conducted with a qualitative method. The data was gathered through field observation, focus group discussion, in-depth interviews, and written document analysis. In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted with elementary school teachers, parents, and the city Education and Culture Department officials. The findings show that the Palu city Department has implemented the education character program by aligning the character education programs with their vision. Character education programs have also been implemented through the cultured Thursday parade, family involvement through Paguyuban, and students' immersion into local culture and wisdom values. We concluded that implementing education characters within Basic Islamic education institutions had increased early-age students' awareness of tolerance, respect, and mutual understanding of characters based on local culture and wisdom values by Islamic teaching within the city, dominated mainly by immigrants from different ethnic in Indonesia

    Corrosion Studies On Ss-321 In Natrium-Hydroxide Solution. Experimental corrosionstudies on commercial SS-321 have been carried out. The experiments were carried out in a sodiumhydroxide medium with a concentration variation of 0.4 M. 0.5 M, 0.6 M, and0.7Mcorresponding topHvalues of 13.6, 13.69, 13.78, and 13.84 respectively. The experiments were carried out using a type ofM-273 EG&Gpotentiostat/galvanometer test instrument. The post-corrosion samples' microstructure wereanalyzed with the aid of EDS (energy dispersive spectroscopy) equipped SEM instrument to detect thepresence of any viable corrosion byproducts. Forfurther verification x-ray diffraction method was alsoused to detect any possible emerging corrosion byproducts on the samples' surfaces correlated to theSEM-EDS result. Experimental results confirm that A1SI-321 commercial alloys immersed in a natriumhydroxide corrosion medium with a variation of concentration experience very little or almost nocorrosion, so that according to the so-called Fontana's criteria these test-materials turn out to have anexcellent resistance toward natrium hydroxide corrosion. This is also evidenced by the very low corrosionrate value measured in this study. EDS study and X-ray diffraction results indicate that the possibleensuing corrosion byproducts are iron oxides, chromeoxides and silicon oxides

    On the infeasibility of entanglement generation in Gaussian quantum systems via classical control

    This paper uses a system theoretic approach to show that classical linear time invariant controllers cannot generate steady state entanglement in a bipartite Gaussian quantum system which is initialized in a Gaussian state. The paper also shows that the use of classical linear controllers cannot generate entanglement in a finite time from a bipartite system initialized in a separable Gaussian state. The approach reveals connections between system theoretic concepts and the well known physical principle that local operations and classical communications cannot generate entangled states starting from separable states.Comment: 6 pages, 3 figures.     Network Synthesis of Linear Dynamical Quantum Stochastic Systems

    The purpose of this paper is to develop a synthesis theory for linear dynamical quantum stochastic systems that are encountered in linear quantum optics and in phenomenological models of linear quantum circuits. In particular, such a theory will enable the systematic realization of coherent/fully quantum linear stochastic controllers for quantum control, amongst other potential applications. We show how general linear dynamical quantum stochastic systems can be constructed by assembling an appropriate interconnection of one degree of freedom open quantum harmonic oscillators and, in the quantum optics setting, discuss how such a network of oscillators can be approximately synthesized or implemented in a systematic way from some linear and non-linear quantum optical elements.     Inventarisasi Beberapa Mikroorganisme Terbawa Benih Padi Yang Berasal Dari Talang Padang, Kabupaten Tanggamus, Lampung

    Inventory of seed-borne microorganisms on paddy from District of Talang Padang, Tanggamus Lampung. This study was conducted to inventory microorganisms that infected or contaminated paddy seeds from District of Talang Padang, Lampung. Paddy seed samples were obtained by stratified random sampling method. Six villages were chosen from 28 villages, with six farmers from each village. From each farmer were collected 30 gram paddy seeds. Seventy grams seeds used as the work sample in seed health testing were obtained from 1080 gram of the composite sample. Testing method that been used were blotter test and agar test, then followed by growing-on test. Bacteria and seven genera of fungi were found to be associated with paddy seeds from this study. They were Alternaria, Fusarium. Aspergillus, Curvularia, Mucor, Rhizopus and Penicillium. Virus was not obtained in this study
