Thepurpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of the implementationof the working procedures and discipline of work on employee performance in theproduction of PT. Cerenti Subur - Kuantan Singingi.In this study, the methodology used is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS. Todetermine the sample using the formula Slovin, methods of sampling withaccidental sampling. Techniques of collecting data through interviews,observation and questionnaires.From the results of data analysis include validity, reliability, classicalassumptions and multiple linear regression, the implementation of workprocedures in this study included three indicators are situational, maintainingstability and modern and the discipline of work is represented by three indicators,namely on time, adherence to regulations and ability to maintain tools. PENGARUH REMUNERASI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH DI KABUPATEN PRINGSEWU

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh remunerasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada rumah sakit umum daerah di kabupaten pringsewu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 51 pegawai pada rumah sakit umum daerah di kabupaten pringsewu. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 17. Teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dengan analisis faktor, uji reliabilitas dengan Alpha Cronbach, analisis regresi liner berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian, Uji T untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan Uji F untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan atau keseluruhan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa remunerasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pada uji F atau uji simultan menunjukan bahwa remunerasi dan motivasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai

Effectiveness of the Red Dragon Fruit (Hylocereus Polyrhizus) Peel Extract as the Colorant, Antioxidant, and Antimicrobial on Beef Sausage

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of red dragon fruit (Hylocereus polyrhizus) peel extracts addition on beef sausages. Red dragon fruit peel extracts were obtained by maceration using solvent at pH 5. Phytochemical characteristics, total phenols, antioxidant, and antimicrobial activity of the peel extracts were observed. Antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of the extracts were associated with high phytochemical compounds and total phenols contained in the extracts. Red dragon fruit peel extracts with various percentages (0%, 20%, 30%, and 40%) were added on beef sausages, and their physicochemical characteristics, nutrients, antioxidant activity, and microbiological profile were analyzed. The data were analyzed using analysis of variance and Duncan\u27s multiple range test. Results showed that the addition of red dragon fruit peel extracts significantly reduced texture values, but increased intensity of luminosity, intensity of red color, and intensity of yellow color (P<0.05) beef sausages. It could be concluded that red dragon fruit peel extract containing phytochemical compounds was effective as an antibacterial agent and natural antioxidant. The addition of red dragon fruit peel extracts was effective in increasing the antioxidant activity and decreasing TBARS values. The addition of red dragon fruit peel extract did not affect the reddish colorization of beef sausages, but it was capable of increasing the yellowish colorization on beef sausage

WANPRESTASI DALAM PERJANJIAN JUAL BELI BATU BATA DI KECAMATAN DARUSSALAM ACEH BESAR

Pasal 1457 KUHPer menyebutkan bahwa jual beli adalah suatu perjanjian dengan mana pihak yang satu mengikatkan dirinya untuk menyerahkan suatu kebendaan, dan pihak yang lain untuk membayar harga yang telah dijanjikan. Salah satu jenis barang yang sering diperjual belikan dalam kehidupan masyarakat adalah batu bata. Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam perjanjian jual beli batu bata di Kecamatan Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar yaitu pihak pembeli batu bata tidak membayar harga batu bata kepada penjual batu bata (pemilik pabrik) sesuai dengan jangka waktu yang telah ditetapkan.Tujuan dari penulisan skripsi ini untuk menjelaskan mengenai bentuk dan isi perjanjian jual beli batu bata, penyebab terjadinya wanprestasi dalam perjanjian jual beli batu bata serta penyelesaian terhadap wanprestasi dalam perjanjian jual beli batu bata di Kecamatan Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar.Penelitian ini bersifat yuridis empiris, data penelitian diperoleh melalui penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan. Penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data sekunder yang dilakukan dengan cara membaca peraturan perundang-undangan, karya ilmiah, pendapat para sarjana, dan buku-buku. Penelitian lapangan dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data primer yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini melalui wawancara dengan responden dan informan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa bentuk perjanjian jual beli batu bata di Kecamatan Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar ada yang tertulis dan ada yang berbentuk tidak tertulis, yang berisi mengenai identitas para pihak yang membuat perjanjian, tujuan pembelian batu bata, harga jual batu-bata, kondisi batu-bata, jangka waktu pembayaran harga dan tempat pengantaran batu bata. Adapun penyebab terjadinya wanprestasi dalam perjanjian jual beli batu bata adalah tidak adanya itikad baik dalam melakukan perjanjian jual beli batu bata, keadaan memaksa yang dialami oleh salah satu pihak, pihak pembeli mengalami penipuan, ketidaktahuan penjual atas batu bata yang diambil oleh pembeli, dan batu-bata yang dijual oleh penjual tidak sesuai dengan keinginan pembeli. Penyelesaian terhadap wanprestasi dalam perjanjian jual beli batu bata di Kecamatan Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar adalah dengan melakukan musyawarah antara penjual dan pembeli, memberikan jangka waktu lebih kepada pihak pembeli untuk melakukan angsuran terhadap pembayaran harga batu bata, dan pihak penjual mengganti kerugian pembeli.Disarankan kepada pembeli batu bata agar membayar harga batu bata tepat pada waktunya, kepada penjual batu bata agar menjelaskan kondisi batu-bata secara jujur, dan kepada para pihak agar menyelesaikan permasalahan jual beli batu bata dengan cara musyawarah

Urea Formaldehyde is a chemical compound which, when exposed to heat slightly will cause emissions which produce toxic gases that can pollute the air and cause health problems , can cause respiratory irritation and may even cause cancer .As a substitute for urea formaldehyde can be used natural materials containing tannin , tannin is widely available in a variety of plants , tannin present in the stems , bark , leaves and roots of plants. Manufacture of plywood adhesive of the leaf lamtoro besides environmentally friendly , can also increase the economic value of the leaves lamtoro .The process of making plywood adhesive of the leaf lamtoro by means of extraction with water at a temperature of 70 ° C for 2-5 hours , the adhesive quality test results are as follows : pH 6.8 ; Viscosity (thickness ) 1973.72 cps , density 1.0761 g / ml ; Test appearance ( color adhesive greenish brown , the smell is not overpowering ; does not appear any other materials that affect the adhesive ; content of 21.77 % solids ; gelatinasi time 39 minutes ; strong bonding strength ; the shelf life of one month. Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Hasil Tes Pemanduan Bakat Cabang Olahraga Senam

Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu program aplikasi sistem pengolahan data hasil tes pemanduan bakat cabang olahraga senam yang dapat mempercepat pemberian informasi tentang parameter antropometrik dan kualitas fisik serta motorik atlet senam, yang tersimpan secara lengkap dalam suatu database. Dalam menyelesaikan program aplikasi penelitian ini, Penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. yang dapat: (1) Menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi yang cepat dan benar dalam mengevaluasi parameter antropometrik calon atlit senam sebelum dibina lebih lanjut. (2) Menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi yang cepat dan benar dalam menentukan bentuk latihan yang tepat sesuai dengan kualitas fisik dan motorik atlit senam. (3) Menghasilkan suatu suatu program aplikasi sistem informasi pengolahan data hasil tes pemanduan bakat cabang olahraga senam (artistic dan ritmik) dengan database, berupa model proses/fungsional, model data, modul program, dan antar muka perangkat lunak

Dwilogi Saman:sebuah Kajian Struktur Naratif

This research aims to describe the structure of formal and narrative structures contained in Dwilogi Saman. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a form of research is qualitative terms. The source of the data in this research is Novel Saman and Larung by Ayu Utami with the data is quote of a paragraph, clause or word which related to research problems. Result of research on the narrative structure of the novel, 1) relating to the formal structure indicated by the title, volume of the text, language and style of the novel. 2) relates to narrative structure, shown by the plot of the novel which is divided into an early stage, middle stage and final stage. 3) relating to the implementation of research result in the learning process in higher education can be implemented in the course study of prose fiction. Thus, it can be concluded that the work of Ayu Utami, Dwilogi Saman, there is a formal structure and narrative structure of interrelated , and build elements of the novel and can be used as teaching materials in colleges

Schematic of Humorous Discourse of Stand-up Comedy in Indonesia

This qualitative research design was conducted to describe the schema, cohesion, coherence, and context contained in the stand-up comedy performed by famous comics (performer of stand-up comedy) in Indonesia. The data were in the form of the text of stand-up comedy performed by Raditya Dika. Ernest Prakarsa, dan Pandji Pragiwaksono. The source of the data was video-audio stand up comedy on YouTube channel http://www.youtube.com. Next, the data gathered and analyzed grounded in the theory of schematic, cohesion, coherence and humorous discourse. The results show that that the schemata appear in the set-up section and each schema appears based on the experience of comics. The schema appears variously including dating, children, family, education, personal experience, social and so forth. The cohesion found in the stand-up comedy performed by the comics is only a few and without coherence in it. The context arising also depends on the main theme of the stand-up comedy

Konstruksi Media Terhadap Transgender

This research was a study conducted on transgender as one of the media spotlight. This study aimed to describe how the media portrays the existence of transgender in Indonesia through media. In this case the researchers looked at the cases of Dena Rachman. Results showed that there was particular justification of media in portraying negatively the behavior of people who become transgender or the like. The portrayal makes people against for the decision and behavior taken by Dena Rachman. Changing the male identity to be a female is very unusual. Especially for those who think that identity is inherent and unchangeable. Yet this identity is socially constructed and liquid. Dena Rachman'a changing reinforces the notion that gender is only two, namely men and women
