    Pergantian Senjata NPC pada Game FPS Menggunakan Fuzzy Sugeno

    Pengembangan kecerdasan buatan dalam game bertujuan untuk membuat aksi dan reaksi yang secara otomatis pada NPC (Non-Player Character). Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana sistem Perubahan senjata secara otomatis pada NPC berdasarkan Perubahan kondisi lingkungan yang dihadapi. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan jenis senjata yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah fuzzy sugeno. Untuk menghasilkan output fuzzy yang bervariasi, maka digunakan variabel jarak musuh dan jumlah teman. Desain pergantian senjata yang dibuat menggunakan software Matlab selanjutnya diujicobakan dalam game First Person Shooter menggunakan Torque Game Engine. Dalam hasil ujicoba game terjadi respon pergantian senjata pada masing-masing NPC terhadap kondisi yang dihadapi sesuai dengan rule fuzzy yang sudah didesain sebelumnya.

    Penentuan Status Mutu Air Situ Gede, Kota Tangerang Menggunakan Metode Indeks Kualitas Air-National Sanitation Foundation (IKA-NSF)

    Situ Gede merupakan salah satu situ alami yang memiliki luas 5,07 Ha, terletak di wilayah Kecamatan Tangerang, Kota Tangerang. Situ Gede berfungsi sebagai daerah tangkapan air, pengendali banjir, tempat rekreasi dan habitat biota air seperti ikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas air Situ Gede berdasarkan parameter fisika, kimia serta biologi dan dibandingkan dengan baku mutu berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah RI No. 82 Tahun 2001 serta menentukan status mutu perairan air Situ Gede dengan menggunakan Metode Indeks Kualitas Air-National Sanitation Foundation (IKA-NSF). Selain itu, untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas sekitarnya, dilakukan survei dengan melakukan identifikasi kegiatan domestik. Berdasarkan hasil hasil analisis kualitas air diketahui bahwa parameter yang melebihi baku mutu adalah kekeruhan, TSS (Total Suspended Solid), fosfat, Dissolved Oxygen (DO) dan Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD), sedangkan Status Mutu Situ Gede berada dalam kategori tercemar sedang, dengan nilai IKA-NSF sebesar 65,21, diduga sumber pencemar berasal dari kegiatan sekitarnya domestik seperti sampah. Dengan demikian maka solusi yang dapat diterapkan adalah dengan mengendalikan masuknya sampah ke dalam perairan dengan mengikutsertakan masyarakat sekitarnya, serta melakukan pengolahan air limbah domestik yang dapat diterapkan dimasyarakat sekitarnya.Kata Kunci: kualitas air, status mutu, perairan sit

    Direct inference and control of genetic population structure from RNA sequencing data

    RNAseq data can be used to infer genetic variants, yet its use for estimating genetic population structure remains underexplored. Here, we construct a freely available computational tool (RGStraP) to estimate RNAseq-based genetic principal components (RG-PCs) and assess whether RG-PCs can be used to control for population structure in gene expression analyses. Using whole blood samples from understudied Nepalese populations and the Geuvadis study, we show that RG-PCs had comparable results to paired array-based genotypes, with high genotype concordance and high correlations of genetic principal components, capturing subpopulations within the dataset. In differential gene expression analysis, we found that inclusion of RG-PCs as covariates reduced test statistic inflation. Our paper demonstrates that genetic population structure can be directly inferred and controlled for using RNAseq data, thus facilitating improved retrospective and future analyses of transcriptomic data

    The purpose of this research is to study the challenges thar exist in the Minangkabau International Airport, Padang Pariaman, West Sumatera and surrounding settlements. Find out how to fly at aiports. The primary data collection method is carried out using a Sound Level Meter, to measure aircraft compability when taking off and landing at 16 points in April – May 2018. The measurement point is determined based on ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) The results of the study show the facts above. Point 4 with a distance of 1000 meters from the end of the runway and has an intensity of 97.9 dB(A) and point 5 as far 2000 meters located at the airport which has a resolution level of 89.5 dB(A), according to Minister of Transportation Decree No. 48/2002 Point 4, a distance of 1000 meters from noise sources is included in the level III area. Based on the results obtained from the highest level in the regional area produced by Boeing 737-800 aircraft at 97.9 dB(A) and lower flying intensity at Point 3 at 61.7 dB (A.     This research was conducted to determine the Husein Sastranegara International Airport Noise Area in Bandung with the Weighted Equivalent Continuous Perceived Noise Level (WECPNL) method. There are 12 measurement points determined based on the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) at a distance of 650 m parallel to the runway, and 1000 m, 2000 m, 3000 m and 4000 m from the end of the runway. Noise intensity measurements using the Environment Meter CEM DT-8820, tripod and GPS. Data analysis was done in the study using the Weighted Equivalent Continuous Perceived Noise Level (WECPNL) method. Based on Government Regulation No. 40 of 2012 concerning the Development of Environmental Conservation in the Airport it is known that the location in the Noise Zone Level 1 is 70 £ WECPNL < 75, the Noise Zone Level 2 is 75 £ WECPNL < 80 and the Noise Zone Level 3 is WECPNL ³ 80. In the Noise Zone Level 3 there are school buildings, offices, parks and residential areas. At Noise Level 1 there are school buildings, parks and residential areas. The results of the study concluded that the highest WECPNL index value is on the runway 650 m WECPNL index value of 72,6, 1000 m distance of WECPNL index value of 68,7, 2000 m distance of WECPNL index value of 66,7, distance of 3000 m value the WECPNL index is 66,5 and the distance of 4000 m the value of the WECPNL index is 66,6. The WECPNL index results at Bandung Husein Sastranegara International Airport have a Level 3 Noise Zone and a Noise Level 1 Area which have school buildings and settlements that should not be all owed. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the concept of sound suppression in the form of planting trees and usage of building materials

    Penyuluhan dan Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Minyak Jelantah Menjadi Lilin dan Sabun di Kelurahan Cisalak, Depok, Jawa Barat

    Konsumsi minyak goreng di Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun sehingga menyebabkan limbah minyak jelantah juga semakin meningkat. Minyak jelantah merupakan limbah minyak goreng yang telah digunakan berulang kali dengan kandungan senyawa bersifat karsinogenik dan persisten. Kedua sifat tersebut berbahaya bagi kesehatan dan lingkungan jika minyak jelantah dikonsumsi dan dibuang ke lingkungan tanpa adanya pengolahan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran warga Kelurahan Cisalak, Depok, Jawa Barat khususnya Ibu PKK dan Karang Taruna akan dampak negatif dari minyak jelantah bagi kesahatan dan lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan mengenai dampak negatif minyak jelantah dan memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan limbah minyak jelantah menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai ekonomis.. Melalui kegiatan ini, sebanyak 30 peserta dapat memahami dampak negatif dari minyak jelantah. Peserta juga mendapatkan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan minyak jelantah sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan produk ekonomis seperti lilin dan sabun
