Pembangunan Pedesaan Berbasis Teknologi Informasi Dan Komunikasi (Studi Pada Gerakan Desa Membangun)
Pembangunan pedesaan mengalami Perubahan signifikan sejak digitalisasi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Teknologi media hibrida terbukti mempermudah desa-desa inovatif membangun jejaring dan memberdayakan komunitasnya guna mempersempit kesenjangan TIK, salah satunya adalah melalui Gerakan Desa Membangun (GDM). Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui profil dan program Gerakan Desa Membangun (GDM); (2) Mengetahui paradigma pembangunan pedesaan berbasis TIK yang dijalankan GDM; (3) Mengetahui masalah dan strategi pengembangan TIK di pedesaan; (4) Mengetahui pengembangan media komunikasi pedesaan berbasis TIK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan, dengan menganalisis konten website GDM (http://desamembangun.or.id/) dan konten website desa berbasis desa.id yang berafiliasi dan dikembangkan oleh GDM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) GDM lahir sebagai kritik atas praktik pembangunan perdesaan yang cenderung top down dengan program pelayanan publik, pengelolaan sumber daya, penerapan teknologi tepat guna serta perlindungan warga desa; (2) Paradigma pembangunan pedesaan yang dijalankan GDM berbasis TIK dengan mengoptimalkan aplikasi sistem informasi desa dan internet pedesaan; (3) Permasalahan pengembangan TIK berkaitan dengan rendahnya infrastruktur TIK di pedesaan dan kapasitas masyarakat dalam pembangunan yang diselesaikan dengan strategi pelatihan dan pendampingan; (4) Media komunikasi pedesaan yang dikembangkan adalah website desa dengan domain desa.id, pengembangan aplikasi open source, dan interkoneksi desa
Hygiene Perseorangan Santri Pondok Pesantren Wali Songo Ngabar Ponorogo
Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat terutama hygiene perseorangan di pondok pesantren pada umumnya kurang mendapatkan perhatian dari santri. Hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan timbulnya penyakit scabies. Faktor yang mempengaruhi penularan penyakit ini adalah sosial ekonomi yang rendah, hygiene perseorangan yang jelek, sanitasi lingkungan yang buruk, perilaku yang tidak mendukung kesehatan, dan hunian yang padat. Tujuan penelitian ini: 1) Menguraikan kepedulian pimpinan pondok tentang hygiene perseorangan. 2) Menguraikan kegiatan penumbuhkembangan upaya hygiene perseorangan bersumber masyarakat pondok. 3) Menguraikan pendanaan/sarana dari pondok tentang personal hygiene. 4) Menguraikan kreativitas dari pondok yang berhubungan dengan hygiene perseorangan. 5) Menguraikan pengetahuan hygiene perseorangan santri. 6) Menguraikan sikap hygiene perseorangan santri. 7) Menguraikan tindakan hygiene perseorangan santri. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah descriptive. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah santri yang tinggal di asrama putra pada tahun 2005-2006 berjumlah 249, sampel berjumlah 30 orang, dan tehnik pengambilan sample systematic random sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepedulian pimpinan pondok belum ada. (2) Kegiatan untuk menumbuhkembangkan upaya hygiene perseorangan di pondok belum terencana dengan baik. (3) Pendanaan pondok tentang hygiene perseorangan belum ada. (4) Kreativitas usladz dan santri dalam membuat pesan-pesan kesehatan di pondok belum ada. (5) Pengetahuan santri tentang hygiene perseorangan 50% baik. (6) Sikap hygiene perseorangan santri 83,3% positif, dan (7) Tindakan hygiene perseorangan santri 83.3% rendah. Hasil di atas menunjukkan bahwa hygiene perseorangan santri perlu ditingkatkan. Kemudian untuk mengubah kebiasaan yang masih kurang baik diperlukan pemberdayaan seluruh potensi yang ada di pondok

Dynamical Horizons: Energy, Angular Momentum, Fluxes and Balance Laws
Dynamical horizons are considered in full, non-linear general relativity.
Expressions of fluxes of energy and angular momentum carried by gravitational
waves across these horizons are obtained. Fluxes are local, the energy flux is
positive and change in the horizon area is related to these fluxes. The flux
formulae also give rise to balance laws analogous to the ones obtained by Bondi
and Sachs at null infinity and provide generalizations of the first and second

Quasi-Local Linear Momentum in Black-Hole Binaries
We propose a quasi-local formula for the linear momentum of black-hole
horizons inspired by the formalism of quasi-local horizons. We test this
formula using two complementary configurations: (i) by calculating the large
orbital linear momentum of the two black holes in an unequal-mass, zero-spin,
quasi-circular binary and (ii) by calculating the very small recoil momentum
imparted to the remnant of the head-on collision of an equal-mass,
anti-aligned-spin binary. We obtain results consistent with the horizon
trajectory in the orbiting case, and consistent with the net radiated linear

High-energy Modification Hydrates of Copper(II) Sulphate: heats of solution and infrared spectrum
High-energy modification of lower hydrates of copper(II) sulphate have been prepared and their
heats of solution measured. The values obtained are higher than previously found for the salt. A new
mechanism of dehydration has been proposed and supported by ir study of deuterated sample
Reduction of Thiocyanate Complexes of Fe(III) in the Presence of Activated Carbon
Fe (III) complexed with SCN- was found to be reduced to Fe(II) in the
presence of activated carbon. The rate of disappearance of the complex was
determined spectro photometrically and was found to be first order with respect
to Fe(I1I). The enthalpy and entropy of activation are 100 ± 10 kJ/mole and
14.1 ± 0.8 J/mole-K respectively. Some Fe was found to be adsorbed on the
catalyst where the actual reduction was suggested to take place. The accompanying
oxidation reaction has been suggested to be mainly that of the thiocyanate
ions adsorbed at the positive centres on the catalyst
Non-symmetric trapped surfaces in the Schwarzschild and Vaidya spacetimes
Marginally trapped surfaces (MTSs) are commonly used in numerical relativity
to locate black holes. For dynamical black holes, it is not known generally if
this procedure is sufficiently reliable. Even for Schwarzschild black holes,
Wald and Iyer constructed foliations which come arbitrarily close to the
singularity but do not contain any MTSs. In this paper, we review the Wald-Iyer
construction, discuss some implications for numerical relativity, and
generalize to the well known Vaidya spacetime describing spherically symmetric
collapse of null dust. In the Vaidya spacetime, we numerically locate
non-spherically symmetric trapped surfaces which extend outside the standard
spherically symmetric trapping horizon. This shows that MTSs are common in this
spacetime and that the event horizon is the most likely candidate for the
