Evaluation of Thermal Testing and X-ray Diffraction of Ka0,5Na0,5NbO3

The structure of perovskite-based material contained in the niobate and titanate. The fabric was a perovskite crystal structure having the formula ABO3. Ferroelectric and piezoelectric materials had a perovskite structure. This material could store an electric charge, which was good because of the polarization resulting in a material that was a dielectric. Unleaded piezoelectric material, K0,5Na0,5NbO3 (KNN), was synthesized using reliable state methods. Synthesis was done by first setting up K2CO3, Na2CO3, and Nb2O5 as a base KNN system. Studies cover X-ray diffraction, thermal analysis TGA-DTA and lattice parameter analysis. From the TGA-DTA analysis obtained for KNN calcination temperature at 7000C for 2 hours can produce a single-phase ABO3 where A = (K, Na) and B = (Nb). Fishes of the Lagunas Encadenadas (Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina), a wetland of international importance

The Lagunas Encadenadas form a large endorheic wetland. The system comprises a chain of five main lagoons (Alsina, Chochico, Del Monte, Del Venado, and Epecuen). During two recent collection trips, 13 species of fish were caught. From the collected material and available data in the literature the following points can be made: The fish fauna of this wetland comprises 18 species from 11 families and six orders. Four species (Cyprinus carpio, Hoplias malabaricus, Loricariichthys anus and Parapimelodus valenciennis) are new records for these water bodies. Fish species diversity decreases from east to west, ie from the most freshwater lagoon (Alsina, with 15 species) to the most saline (Epecuen, 1 species). Redescription of Hypoptopoma inexspectata (Holmberg, 1883), with notes on its anatomy (Siluriformes: Loricariidae).

Hypoptopoma inexspectata is diagnosed and redescribed based on the examination of additional material and comparison with its congeners. This poorly known hypoptopomine species is distributed in the Paraguay and Paraná river draínages. Hypoptopoma inexspectata is diagnosable based on the autapomorphy biserial arrangement of anterior snout rostral margin odontodes, laterally extended to limit between second and third infraorbital plates, with dorsally directed dorsad series separated from ventrally directed ventrad series by a narrow odontode-free area, which at the level of first and second infraorbital plates is reduced to a dividing line of the series. The species can be further distinguished by the combination (1) low number of canal-bearing lateral plates (20-22, typically 21), (2) presence of a shield of prepectoral dermal plates, (3) arrangement of abdominal plates in one paired series of 3-5 plates, (4) shorter least interorbital distance 4856% head lengh, (5) larger horizontal eye diameter 17-20% head lengh, and (6) least orbit-nare distance 812% head lengh. Pengaruh Motivasi Belajar, Budaya Sekolah, dan Gaya Belajar terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa SMP Metta Maitreya Pekanbaru

The study aims to determine the effects of learning motivation, school culture, andlearning styles to students\u27 achievement at SMP Metta Maitreya Pekanbaru. Thisresearch is using descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population ofthe study were junior high school students at Metta Maitreya Pekanbaru. The wholetotal of students in this school is 167 people with a total sample of 118 peopleselected minimum sampling techniques. Data were obtained from observation andresearch by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Data were analyzedusing mean scores and statistical analysis with multiple linear regression. Againstthe instrument to test the validity and reliability by using Cronbach alpha formula.The results showed that: (1) a significant difference between learning motivationtowards student achievement with t value 6.302 sig. 0.05. (4) there is a significant influencebetween learning motivation, school culture, and learning styles to studentsachievement at SMP Metta Maitreya Pekanbaru with regression equation Y = 5.075+ 0,791X1 + 1,105X2 + 0,113X3 + εn. From the results of F value is 65.507 with sig.<0.05 and a large coefficient of influence together amounted to 63.3%. From theseresults, it can be concluded that students\u27 motivation is balanced with the junior highschool policy in implementing the culture of the school in the school learningenvironment and learning styles students that can improve students\u27 achievement

KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI PADA ORGANISASI MAHASISWA INTERNASIONAL (Studi Deskriptif Kualitatif Komunikasi Organisasi pada AIESEC Local Committee Universitas Sebelas Maret)

Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, organisasi mahasiswa dan UKM tidak lagi hanya berada pada skala fakultas, universitas, maupun nasional. Beberapa organisasi mahasiswa bahkan berskala internasional. Salah satu organisasi internasional yang digerakkan oleh mahasiswa adalah AIESEC. Di UNS, AIESEC mulai dirintis pada tahun 2011.Untuk mendapatkan status sebagai LC dan mempertahankannya, AIESEC LC UNS harus memenuhi sejumlah syarat yang ditetapkan oleh AIESEC MC Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, AIESEC LC UNS membutuhkan member yang berkompeten, serta pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang baik agar member mau bertahan paling tidak satu term pada organisasi ini. Dalam mengelola member, AIESEC LC UNS melakukan upaya-upaya agar terjadi komunikasi organisasi yang baik. Terlebih, komunikasi organisasi merupakan sebuah proses yang bergantung dengan hubungan antarmanusia di dalam organisasi beserta lingkungan organisasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses komunikasi organisasi yang terjadi di AIESEC LC UNS sebagai sebuah organisasi mahasiswa internasional. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 member reterm AIESEC LC UNS. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi AIESEC LC UNS sebagian besar terjadi pada kegiatan-kegiatan yang diselenggarakan LC. Komunikasi formal (komunikasi ke atas, komunikasi ke bawah, komunikasi horizontal, dan komunikasi lintas saluran) terjadi pada weekly meeting, project hearing, synergize meeting, dan LC quarterly meeting. Peran Executive Board (EB) sebagai frontline managers juga sangat penting dalam jalannya komunikasi formal AIESEC LC UNS serta menyelesaikan hambatan-hambatan komunikasi yang ditemui. Komunikasi informal banyak terjadi pada team building, team days, team bonding, conference, welcoming and farewell party, dan kegiatan-kegiatan lain pada umumnya. Komunikasi informal justru dirasa membawa sejumlah manfaat bagi member, baik EB, manajer, maupun staff. Dalam mengelola komunikasi organisasinya, AIESEC LC UNS memaksimalkan penggunaan media sosial dan internet. Analisa Peningkatan Nilai Curve Number Terhadap Debit Banjir Daerah Aliran Sungai Progo

Besaran debit banjir akhir-akhir ini mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan. Peristiwa ini melatarbelakangi adanya penelitian tentang peningkatan debit banjir yang terjadi dengan Perubahan tata guna lahan dengan menganalisa nilai curve number tahun 2006 dan 2010. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan membandingkan nilai puncak hidrograf satuan terukur di stasiun Badran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Perubahan tata guna lahan DAS Progo dapat dilihat dari peningkatan nilai curve number komposit pada kondisi basah yaitu pada tahun 2006 sebesar 83,5 menjadi 86,2 pada tahun 2010. Kenaikan 2,7% ini mengakibatkan puncak hidrograf satuan terukur sebesar 16,3%
