Pantoea Spp. is a plant bacteria that has been identified as an emerging pathogen in humans related with outbreaks and many clinical infections. It is referred to as a "mystery bacterium of evil and good" since it may cause both bad and good. With the proposed investigation, the researchers hope to uncover a significant risk component that is connected with reoccurring urinary tract infections (UTI). They also hope to identify bacterial reasons and antibiotic susceptibility profiles that can be used to lower the threat of reinfection and prevent complications associated with recurrent UTI. In the existence of risk variables, the likelihood of developing a UTI increases; also, a correct susceptibility pattern increases the likelihood of achieving therapeutic effectiveness and preventing illness complications. Because of its capacity to infect immunocompromised persons and produce severe illness as a consequence of its multi - drug resistance, Pantoeasppregard is considered to be a dangerous opportunistic pathogen. In this paper we are going to focus on related bacteria, pathogenicity, resistance genes, classification

COVID-19 is a highly contagious disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome CoronaVirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2); which is a novel single-stranded positive RNA infection which consist of cytokines that activate the pathogenic systems that cause high respiratory pain condition, and adversely affect on multiple body organ in humans as per their immunity standards to fight against the virus. SARS-CoV-2 enters the host cell through Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme 2 (ACE 2). ACE 2 is a sub-part of the Renin-Aldosterone Angiotensin System (RAAS), intelligently communicated in the body's kidney, heart, lungs, and malignant tissues. The malfunctioning of RAAS in the body leads to hypertension, cardiovascular sicknesses, endocrine system and negatively affects a brain-body communication channel. Treatments on the RAAS structure, 'thiazolidinedione's and smoking, toxemia, kidney, lungs disorder due to the SARS-CoV-2 attack on the host cell and notice the behavioral changes of body organs the arrival of cytokines that causes multi-organ damage. This paper involves the study of the effects of coronavirus disease on multiple body-organ injuries

Faster and Slower Soliton Phase Shift: Oceanic Waves Affected by Earth Rotation

This research paper investigates the accuracy of a novel computational scheme (Khater II method) by applying this new technique to the fractional nonlinear Ostrovsky (FNO) equation. The accuracy of the obtained solutions was verified by employing the Adomian decomposition (AD) and El Kalla (EK) methods. The AD and EK methods are considered as two of the most accurate semi-analytical schemes. The FNO model is a modified version of the well-known Korteweg–de Vries (KdV) equation that considers the effects of rotational symmetry in space. However, in the KdV model, solutions to the KdV equations substitute this effect with radiating inertia gravity waves, and thus this impact is ignored. The analytical, semi-analytical, and accuracy between solutions are represented in some distinct plots. Additionally, the paper’s novelty and its contributions are demonstrated by comparing the obtained solutions with previously published results

This combined method can be used as an alternative to the conventional thermal pasteurization method as it protects the nutrient content better. The objective of this study was to determine the combined usage possibilities of ultraviolet (UV) and ultrasonic (US) processes in the pasteurization of pomegranate juice. For this purpose, UV, US, and combined UV+US pasteurization of pomegranate juice were optimized using experimental designs, such as the Central Composite Design (CCD) and Factorial Design (FD), and compared with the conventional pasteurization process. Total phenolic content (TPC), color a*, water-soluble dry matter (degrees Brix), turbidity, anthocyanin, DPPH, HPLC TPC, and yeast and mold count were used as quality parameters during all of the processes. The results showed that the application of 50 degrees C, 3.5 L/min flow rate and 5.1 mW/cm2 UV dose, and 10 min US (200 Watt) together reduced the microbial population below the detection limits. The integration of UV+US processes into the pasteurization process could limit microbial activity at lower temperatures and times than the conventional pasteurization process, thus preserving the existing bioactive compounds

Secured MCDM Model for Crowdsource Business Intelligence

In the current era, there are a plethora of mobile phone companies rendering different features. It is challenging to distinguish the best and create correlations among them. However, this can be accomplished through crowdsourcing. Crowdsourcing is the process of gathering information from multiple sources, and we use the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) process to determine which company’s model is the best among many. The weight value of each model is compared to the assigned values, and if one of the company product weights is greater than the assigned weight, that product is the best. Eventually, we can use this process to select the most preferred and best mobile phone model from among all other models. Gray Relational Analysis (GRA) is one of the most popular models, employing a grey co-efficient that estimates the data items by ranking. This model defines a process’s situation or state as black with no information and white with perfect information. In this work, AHP initially assumes criteria weights and assigns rank with the CR (Consistency Ratio) of 1.5%. The criteria weights are re-assigned based on the outcomes, and the CR remains constant as 1.5%. This work also provides an environmental-based attribute access control system, which adds the strength to the system by providing security and the integrity. So, this proposed work performs as a decision support system combined with the security enhancements, and hence it becomes a complete framework to provide a solution to a target application. The novelty of the proposed work is the combination of the crowdsourcing with the recommender system on a secured framework

Agriculture is crucial to the economic prosperity and development of India. Plant diseases can have a devastating influence towards food safety and a considerable loss in the production of agricultural products. Disease identification on the plant is essential for long-term agriculture sustainability. Manually monitoring plant diseases is difficult due to time limitations and the diversity of diseases. In the realm of agricultural inputs, automatic characterization of plant diseases is widely required. Based on performance out of all image-processing methods, is better suited for solving this task. This work investigates plant diseases in grapevines. Leaf blight, Black rot, stable, and Black measles are the four types of diseases found in grape plants. Several earlier research proposals using machine learning algorithms were created to detect one or two diseases in grape plant leaves; no one offers a complete detection of all four diseases. The photos are taken from the plant village dataset in order to use transfer learning to retrain the EfficientNet B7 deep architecture. Following the transfer learning, the collected features are down-sampled using a Logistic Regression technique. Finally, the most discriminant traits are identified with the highest constant accuracy of 98.7% using state-of-the-art classifiers after 92 epochs. Based on the simulation findings, an appropriate classifier for this application is also suggested. The proposed technique’s effectiveness is confirmed by a fair comparison to existing procedures
