La responsabilidad, como paradigma relacional, se presenta en el contexto de la justicia relacional (enfoque teórico iniciado por Antonio Márquez Prieto y otros investigadores de la Universidad de Málaga). Relational Justice as Virtuous Circle

La idea de justicia relacional, que conecta el mundo del Derecho con el giro relacional de la Sociología, de Pierpaolo Donati, al tiempo que incorpora la noción económica de reciprocidad de Luigino Bruni, pretende analizar la realidad jurídica en base a tres elementos, propios de un enfoque relacional interdisciplinar: institucionalidad, reciprocidad y socialidad. Por ello, el libro Le nuove virtú del mercato nell’era dei beni comuni (Bruni, 2012) constituye una oportunidad óptima para presentar la justicia relacional, precisando su sentido, en conexión con la idea de virtud y, más concretamente, con la buena fe. Este estudio alude, pues, a la justicia relacional, como categoría concreta de justicia, como nota presente –o ausente– en la relación jurídica, y como explicación del cierre del círculo virtuoso de la justicia (o, por el contrario, el círculo vicioso de la injusticia) en la relación.The idea of relational justice, which connects the world of Law with the relational turn of Sociology, of Pierpaolo Donati, while incorporating the economic notion of reciprocity of Luigino Bruni, attempts to analyze the legal reality based on three elements, typical of an interdisciplinary relational approach: institutionality, reciprocity and sociality. Cooperación, Solidaridad y Fraternidad

El conferenciante se refirió de forma amplia al proceso histórico de la revoluciones burguesas, destacando el papel de los tres principios que inicialmente componían el tríptico clásico (libertad, igualdad y fraternidad), papel que había resultado ser desigual, puesto que el tercero de ellos fue rápidamente olvidado y, más adelante, a lo largo de la historia, ha podido retornar a los ámbitos jurídico y político con otros nombres, como el de solidaridad. Acerca de la fraternidad detalló, entre otras ideas de importancia, su naturaleza compleja y relacional, puesto que contribuye a explicar también la noción de los otros dos principios. Hizo hincapié en que la fraternidad es un principio de realidad (porque no se elige al hermano) y al mismo tiempo de diferencia (porque permite la integración, no sólo de los iguales, sino también de los diferentes). Por último, lamentó la reciente reducción del tríptico en el ámbito de la Unión Europea, reduciéndolo al lema “libertad, seguridad y justicia”. El hecho de que la justicia asuma el papel que antiguamente ocupaba la fraternidad le llevó a insistir en que la justicia que propicia la fraternidad es de mucho mayor calado. Between Algorithms: Human Gender and Artificial One

La inteligencia artificial, que lleva ya décadas de desarrollo, supone cada vez más una realidad presente en las relaciones laborales, de forma sectorizada, pero evidenciándose al mismo tiempo en toda la realidad económica y social. Por ello aquí se aborda como fenómeno universal ante el que se intentan ofrecer medidas legales de regulación, las cuales, en la medida en que responden al binomio conducta-norma, resultan inadecuadas puesto que el desarrollo de la inteligencia artificial requiere un enfoque en el que entre en juego, como tercer elemento, la propia cultura humana de valores subyacentes. Desde este punto de vista se pretende llamar la atención sobre el hecho de que la inteligencia artificial constituye un fenómeno de enorme calado filosófico y, al mismo tiempo, supone una de las mejores oportunidades para el intento global de comprensión de lo que significa ser humano.Artificial intelligence, which has been in development for decades, increasingly supposes a reality that is present in labor relations, in a sectorized way, but at the same time becoming evident in all economic and social reality. For this reason, here we try to address it as an universal phenomenon facing which we try to offer legal regulatory measures, which, to the extent that they respond to the behavior-norm binomial, are inadequate since the development of artificial intelligence requires a focus on the that comes into play, as a third element, the human culture of underlying values. From this point of view, it is intended to draw attention to the fact that artificial intelligence constitutes a phenomenon of enormous philosophical significance and, at the same time, represents one of the best opportunities for the global attempt to understand what it means to be human

La relación laboral como relación social (justicia relacional y socialidad común)

This paper, after investigating when and why our productive economic system left the common good guidance (in pursuit of so-called «good overall» which circumvents the good of specific people) addresses the fact that the participation of workers in the original capitalist productive mechanism was a serious alienation from their genuine social structures. That is the sense of asserting that the legal relationship is not only commercial, but, above all, social. The approach proposed relational justice seeks justice in the relation, because the origin of social injustice is relational. What, beyond institutional or normative (essential to rebalance the bargaining inequality), calls attention to the living part of the relationship, participation and continuous reciprocal interaction. Ultimately enhancing the context of sociability –social relations– civilian, common which are important the «all» and «everyone».Este ensayo, tras indagar cuándo y por qué nuestro sistema económico productivo abandonó la orientación al bien común (en pos del llamado «bien total», que permite soslayar el bien de las personas concretas), aborda el hecho de que la inserción del trabajador en el mecanismo productivo capitalista originario produjo una seria alienación respecto a sus estructuras sociales genuinas. Ese es el sentido de afirmar que dicha relación jurídica no es solo mercantil, sino, sobre todo, de carácter social. El enfoque de justicia relacional propone buscar la justicia principalmente en la relación, porque el origen de la injusticia social es de carácter relacional. Lo que, más allá de lo institucional o normativo (imprescindible para reequilibrar la desigualdad negocial), exige atender a la parte viva de la relación, a la participación e interacción recíproca continua. Potenciando, en definitiva, un contexto de socialidad –relaciones sociales– de carácter civil, común, donde sean importantes el «todos» y el «cada uno»

Reformas laborales recientes han reforzado la referencia a la buena fe como condición necesaria para la negociación en determinadas situaciones laborales. Generic Battery Model based on a Parametric Implementation

Batteries are a common element used in many electronic applications. Therefore, the analysis and simulation of these applications requires a battery model in order to validate the behavior of the whole system. Since batteries are based on different technologies, a modeling approach valid for any technology is a potential good alternative. Since there are similarities among the different technologies, it is possible to address the modeling of batteries as generic energy storage elements with particular differences. This work presents a battery model valid for different technologies based on a parametric implementation

Automatized connection of the layers of planar transformers with parallel windings to improve the component behavior

Transformers with parallel windings are commonly used to reduce the losses in the windings. Windings losses depend on the winding positioning and the frequency effects because each winding affects the current sharing of itself and the neighboring windings. In this paper a methodology for determining the connections of the parallel windings that reduces the power losses (and temperature) in the windings of multi-winding transformers is presented. Other applications of the method, such as balanced current sharing and voltage drop reduction are also explored. Selection of the appropriate winding setup in planar inductors with parallel windings

The use of parallel windings in high frequency planar inductors is a common practice. Since the planar technology, commonly PCB layers, limits the maximum layer thickness, the use of parallel windings is usually required in order to reduce the current density and losses. The distribution of the current through each parallel winding depends on the winding positioning and the frequency effects. This effect is especially important in gapped inductors, because the energy stored in the gap region determines the current distribution through the windings. Therefore, the winding positioning is a critical task in order to obtain a balanced current distribution through all the parallel winding
