This paper, after investigating when and why our productive economic system left the common good guidance (in pursuit of so-called «good overall» which circumvents the good of specific people) addresses the fact that the participation of workers in the original capitalist productive mechanism was a serious alienation from their genuine social structures. That is the sense of asserting that the legal relationship is not only commercial, but, above all, social. The approach proposed relational justice seeks justice in the relation, because the origin of social injustice is relational. What, beyond institutional or normative (essential to rebalance the bargaining inequality), calls attention to the living part of the relationship, participation and continuous reciprocal interaction. Ultimately enhancing the context of sociability –social relations– civilian, common which are important the «all» and «everyone».Este ensayo, tras indagar cuándo y por qué nuestro sistema económico productivo abandonó la orientación al bien común (en pos del llamado «bien total», que permite soslayar el bien de las personas concretas), aborda el hecho de que la inserción del trabajador en el mecanismo productivo capitalista originario produjo una seria alienación respecto a sus estructuras sociales genuinas. Ese es el sentido de afirmar que dicha relación jurídica no es solo mercantil, sino, sobre todo, de carácter social. El enfoque de justicia relacional propone buscar la justicia principalmente en la relación, porque el origen de la injusticia social es de carácter relacional. Lo que, más allá de lo institucional o normativo (imprescindible para reequilibrar la desigualdad negocial), exige atender a la parte viva de la relación, a la participación e interacción recíproca continua. Potenciando, en definitiva, un contexto de socialidad –relaciones sociales– de carácter civil, común, donde sean importantes el «todos» y el «cada uno»
