Nouveaux schémas de commande et d'observation basés sur les modèles de Takagi-Sugeno

This thesis addresses the estimation and controller design for continuous-time nonlinear systems. The methodologies developed are based on the Takagi-Sugeno (TS) representation of the nonlinear model via the sector nonlinearity approach. All strategies intend to get more relaxed conditions.The results presented for controller design are split in two parts. The first part is about standard TS models under control schemes based on: 1) a quadratic Lyapunov function (QLF); 2) a fuzzy Lyapunov function (FLF); 3) a line-integral Lyapunov functions (LILF); 4) a novel non-quadratic Lyapunov functional (NQLF). The second part concerns to TS descriptor models. Two strategies are proposed: 1) within the quadratic framework, conditions based on a general control law and some matrix transformations; 2) an extension to the nonquadratic approach based on a line-integral Lyapunov function (LILF) using non-PDC control law schemes and the Finsler’s Lemma; this strategy offers parameter-dependent linear matrix inequality (LMI) conditions instead of bilinear matrix inequality (BMI) constraints for second-order systems. On the other hand, the problem of the state estimation for nonlinear systems via TS models is also addressed considering: a) the particular case where premise vectors are based on measured variables and b) the general case where premise vectors can be based on unmeasured variables. Several examples have been included to illustrate the applicability of the obtained results.Cette thèse aborde l'estimation et la conception de commande de systèmes non linéaires à temps continu. Les méthodologies développées sont basées sur la représentation Takagi-Sugeno (TS) du modèle non linéaire par l'approche du secteur non-linéarité. Toutes les stratégies ont l'intention d'obtenir des conditions plus détendu. Les résultats présentés pour la conception de commande sont divisés en deux parties. La première partie est environ sur les modèles TS standard au titre des schémas de commande basés sur: 1) une fonction de Lyapunov quadratique (QLF); 2) une fonction de Lyapunov floue (FLF); 3) une fonction de Lyapunov intégrale de ligne (LILF); 4) un nouveau fonctionnelle de Lyapunov non-quadratique (NQLF). La deuxième partie concerne des modèles TS descripteurs. Deux stratégies sont proposées: 1) dans le cadre quadratique, des conditions basées sur une loi de commande général et quelques transformations de matrices; 2) une extension de l'approche non quadratique basée sur LILF utilisant un schéma de commande non-PDC et le lemme du Finsler; cette stratégie offre conditions sur la forme d’inégalité matricielles linéaires (LMI) dépendant des paramètres au lieu des contraintes sur la forme d’inégalité matricielles bilinéaires (BMI) pour les systèmes de second ordre. D'autre part, le problème de l'estimation de l'état pour les systèmes non linéaires via modèles TS est également abordé considérant: a) le cas particulier où les vecteurs prémisses sont basées sur les variables mesurées et b) le cas général où les vecteurs prémisse peuvent être basés sur des variables non mesurées. On the discrete-time integral sliding mode control

A new discrete-time integral sliding mode control (DISMC) scheme is proposed for sampled-data systems. The new control scheme is characterized by a discrete-time integral switching surface which inherits the desired properties of the continuous-time integral switching surface, such as full order sliding manifold with eigenvalue assignment, and elimination of the reaching phase. In particular, comparing with existing discrete-time sliding mode control, the new scheme is able to achieve more precise tracking performance. It will be shown in this work that, the new control scheme achieves O(T2) steadystate error for state regulation with the widely adopted delaybased disturbance estimation. Another desirable feature is, the proposed DISMC prevents the generation of overlarge control actions, which are usually inevitable due to the deadbeat poles of a reduced order sliding manifold designed for sampled-data systems. Both the theoretical analysis and illustrative example demonstrate the validity of the proposed scheme

The most important resource in any institution is the personnel involved in work activities, but it acquires special importance when customer service is involved as the main organizational process, where the behavior of the server directly influences the quality and satisfaction of the services provided. Due to the above, this work exposes the impact of socio-labour competencies on the quality service offered by the library staff of a public university through a comprehensive training process where a diagnosis of situational competencies was carried out to configure the training strategy through the focus on socio-labour skills (soft skills) and based on the strategy based on "learning by playing" contribute to the professional development of staff. Finally, a comparative analysis of the perception of the service by the main actors reported important changes before and after the intervention.Uno de los recursos más importantes en toda institución es el personal involucrado en las actividades laborales, pero adquiere valor significativo cuando como principal proceso organizativo, se brinda un servicio al cliente, donde la conducta del servidor influye directamente en la calidad y satisfacción de los servicios. Por lo anterior, este trabajo expone el impacto de las competencias sociolaborales en el servicio de calidad que ofrece el personal bibliotecario de una universidad pública mediante un proceso integral de capacitación donde se realizó un diagnóstico de las competencias situacionales para configurar la estrategia de intervención mediante la capacitación con enfoque en las competencias sociolaborales (habilidades blandas) y, a partir de la técnica “aprender jugando”, se logró el desarrollo profesional del personal. Gig Economy, las plataformas digitales para el trabajo: ¿flexibilidad o precariedad laboral?

This article aims to identify, from a qualitative approach, the influence of the Gig Economy on labor precariousness by analyzing its psychosocial impact on the worker. The result is obtained from a systematic, bibliographic and documentary review of official sources related to the opportunities offered by the work of digital platforms where it was identified that the worker achieves autonomy and professional freedom, but also a situation of labor precariousness when comparing this new format of labor relationship with the traditional work that establishes formal working conditions, benefits and remuneration in accordance with the current law. Therefore, it is concluded that this new form of work offers the advantage of acting autonomously and with freedom of decision; however, lacking working conditions that guarantee some social benefits, the worker is left in a situation of insecurity, uncertainty and vulnerability.El presente artículo tiene como objetivo identificar, desde el enfoque cualitativo, la influencia de la Gig Economy en la precariedad laboral mediante el análisis de su impacto psicosocial en el trabajador. El resultado se obtiene a partir de una revisión sistemática, bibliográfica y documental de fuentes oficiales relativas a las oportunidades que ofrece el trabajo de plataformas digitales donde se identificó que el trabajador logra autonomía y libertad profesional, pero también una situación de precariedad laboral al comparar este nuevo formato de relación laboral con el trabajo tradicional que establece condiciones laborales formales, prestaciones y remuneración de acuerdo con la ley vigente. Por lo tanto, se concluye que, esta nueva forma de trabajo ofrece la ventaja de actuar de manera autónoma y con libertad de decisiones; sin embargo, al carecer de condiciones laborales que den garantía de alguna prestación social, el trabajador queda en situación de inseguridad, incertidumbre y vulnerabilidad. &nbsp

Yield and nutraceutical quality of tomato fruits in organic substrates/Rendimiento y calidad nutracéutica de tomate en sustratos orgánicos

The objective of this study was to determine the proportion of sand, solarized manure, vermicompost and soil capable of increasing tomato fruit yield and lycopene content. The treatments were: T1: 80 % Sand- 20 % Vermicompost (SV), T2: 80 % Sand- 20 % Solarized manure (SSM1), T3: 80 % Sand - 20 % Pelite ?Steiner solution (SPSS), T4: 80 % Sand- 5 % Soil - 15 % Vermicompost (SSoV), T5: 85 % Sand - 15 % Solarized manure (SSM2) and T6: 80 % Sand - 5 % Soil - 15 % Solarized manure (SSoSM). The organic substrates T5, T4, T1 and the control (T3) obtained larger fruits and yields. The lycopene content in tomato fruits grown in the organic substrates was 26 % higher than that obtained in the control treatment. Gestión del nivel de desgaste emocional del servidor público que brinda atención a mujeres en situaciones de crisis

The objective of the research presented in this article is to analize the situation in the Women's Attention Directorates (DAM's) of the state of Tabasco, there is a great demand for the service to attend to cases of women in crisis situations, usually violated, to such an extent. degree that the work dynamics of the public servant is required in time and continuous daily service, sometimes, without rest or recess between one and another personal situation of each of the women who require the support service. The foregoing, coupled with the profile and personal skills of the public servant, generate a level of physical, mental and emotional wear and tear since not all staff have the professional profile for the function of emotional support towards women who have been violated. Therefore, a diagnosis was considered necessary to identify the level of attrition in this position and to be able to establish support strategies to strengthen personal skills and develop others, required by the functions, to improve the quality of life of public servants in each one of the DAM'S of the state of Tabasco.La investigación que se presenta en este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la situación en las Direcciones de Atención a la Mujer (DAM’s) del estado de Tabasco donde existe una gran demanda del servicio para atender casos de mujeres en situaciones de crisis, por lo regular violentadas, a tal grado que la dinámica de trabajo del servidor público se ve exigida en tiempo y continuo servicio diariamente, en ocasiones, sin descanso o receso entre una y otra situación personal de cada una de las mujeres que requieren el servicio de apoyo. Lo anterior, aunado al perfil y habilidades personales del servidor público generan un nivel de desgaste físico, mental y emocional puesto que no todo el personal cuenta con el perfil profesional para la función de apoyo emocional hacia las mujeres violentadas. Por lo tanto, se consideró necesario un diagnóstico para identificar el nivel de desgaste en este puesto y poder establecer estrategias de apoyo para fortalecer las habilidades personales y desarrollar otras, requeridas por las funciones, para mejorar la calidad de vida de los servidores públicos en cada una de las DAM’S del estado de Tabasco
