MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN 4C’S ABAD 21 MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN GUIDED DISCOVERY LEARNING

Tujuan penelitian ini:  (1) Mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran penemuan terbimbing, (2) Mendeskripsikan peningkatan keterampilan 4C’s peserta didik, (3) Mengetahui ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik materi matriks di kelas XI SMKS Zainul Hasan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dalam 3 siklus. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam pemecahan masalah adalah model sistem spiral refleksi dengan tahap perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, refleksi dan perencanaan kembali. Metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi dan tes. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi aktivitas guru, lembar observasi ketrampilan 4C’s dan lembar tes. Hasilnya adalah secara keseluruhan rata-rata aspek keterampilan 4C’s peserta didik mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus III sebesar 14%. Masing-masing aspek keterampilan 4C’s mengalami peningkatan sebagai berikut: aspek keterampilan berpikir kritis  peserta didik dari siklus 1 sampai siklus 3 meningkat  sebesar 18%, aspek keterampilan berpikir kreatif meningkat sebesar 14 %, aspek keterampilan komunikasi meningkat sebesar 16% dan aspek keterampilan kolaborasi didik dari siklus 1 sampai siklus 3 meningkat  sebesar 11%. Hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat dari siklus I hingga siklus III dengan rata-rata kelas  sebesar 80,8. Ketuntasan klasikal peserta didik meningkat dari siklus I hingga siklus III mencapai 88%.The objectives of this study: (1) describe the application of the guided discovery learning model, (2) describe the improvement of students' 4C's skills, (3) determine the completeness of student learning outcomes in matrix material in class XI SMKS Zainul Hasan. The type of research used is classroom action research in 3 cycles. The research design used in problem solving is a reflection spiral system model with the stages of planning, action, observation, reflection and planning again. Data collection methods are observation and tests. The instruments used are teacher activity observation sheets, 4C's skill observation sheets and test sheets. The result is that the overall average of the 4C's skills of students has increased from cycle I to cycle III by 14%. Each aspect of 4C's skills increased as follows: aspects of students' critical thinking skills from cycle 1 to cycle 3 increased by 18%, aspects of creative thinking skills increased by 14%, aspects of communication skills increased by 16% and aspects of collaboration skills of students from cycle 1 to cycle 3 increased by 11%. Student learning outcomes increased from cycle I to cycle III with a class average of 80.8. The classical mastery of students increased from cycle I to cycle III reaching 88%. Pengelolaan wisata religi makam syaikhona muh. kholil bangkalan dan dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat

Tesis ini merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan di obyek wisata religi Makam syaikhona Muh. Kholil Bangkalan. Dalam penelitian ini ada dua rumusan masalah yang dikaji. (1) Bagaimana pengelolaan wisata religi Makam Syaikhona Moh. Kholil Bangkalan? (2) Bagaimana dampak pengelolaan wisata religi Makam Syaikhona Moh. Kholil Bangkalan terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode ini dipilih agar data penelitian bersifat mendalam dan menyeluruh mengenai pengelolaan wisata religi Makam syaikhona Muh. Kholil Bangkalan dan dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar. Data yang diperoleh kemudian disajikan secara diskriptif menggunakan teori manajemen pengelolaan G. R. Terry dan menggunakan indikator kesejahteraan yang ditetapkan oleh Biro Pusat Statistik Indonesia (BPSI). Dalam analisi data peneliti menggunakan reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pengelolaan wisata religi Makam syaikhona Muh. Kholil Bangkalan dikelolah oleh pihak swasta, meskipun wisata religi Makam syaikhona Muh. Kholil dikelola oleh pihak Swasta tetapi secara umum sistem pengelolaannya sudah menerapkan fungsi-fungsi manajemen pengelolaan, mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisaian, penggerakan dan pengawasan, sehingga dengan pengelolaan yang profesional masyarakat sekitar mendapat dampaknya, mulai dari peningkatan pendapatan, lingkungan yang aman dan tercukupinya kebutuhan masyarakat sehingga masyarakat bisa hidup sejahtera. Adapun ukuran kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat sekitar Makam syaikhona Muh. Kholil Bangkalan adalah terpenuhinya kebutuhan sehari-hari dan diberi kesehatan oleh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala Dari hasil penelitian ini , peneliti memberikan saran kepada pihak pengelola agar bisa berkoordinasi dengan Dinas prawisata agar lebih memperhatikan obyek wisata religi Makam syaikhona Muh. Kholil bangkalan. Dan bagi masyarakat sekitar agar bisa memanfaatkan peluang usaha mengingat jumlah pengunjung di Makam syaikhona Muh. ANALISIS EFISIENSI BISNIS KOMODITAS BUAH-BUAHAN DAN PERKEBUNAN UNGGULAN DI KABUPATEN BEKASI

Bekasi area is quite appropriate for the development of fruit and plantation crops. But development is very slow to compete with similar commodities from other blood. Seeded fruit and plantation commodities in Bekasi is the mango, rambutan, banan, guava water and guava with the R/C respectively 1.92, 5.95, 1.98, 2:14, and 2.03. Similarly for plantation commodities are coconut, melinjo, and sengon efficiently with the R/C respectively;1.42; 3.16; and 3.16. The allocation of production factors for commodities of fruit and plantation almost all of them can still be improved and are on increasing returns to scale except the bananas are on the decreasing returns to scale

For that, need to be investigated are the dominant variables that affect the interest of the students for entrepreneurship. In this case in addition to entrepreneurial learning, have also investigated the extent to which the role of personality and interest in the entrepreneurial environment of vocational students.The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the role of entrepreneurial learning, personality, interest in entrepreneurship and the environment against vocational students in the city of Jakarta. The results show that education does not play a role in fostering interest in entrepreneurship, while the personality and the environment play a role in fostering students' interest in entrepreneurship in vocational Bekasi

ANALISIS EFESIENSI BISNIS TANAMAN PANGAN UNGGULAN DI KABUPATEN BEKASI

Tanaman pangan yang berkembang di Kabupaten Bekasi adalah padi, jagung, ubi kayu, ubijalar, kedelai, kacang hijau, dan kacang tanah. Berdasarkan luas panen dan produktivitasnyatanaman pangan unggulan di Kabupaten Bekasi adalah padi, ubi kayu, dan jagung.Berdasarkan R/C komoditas pangan unggulan di Kabupaten Bekasi masih efisien. Hal iniditunjukkan oleh nilai R/C padi 2.17, R/C jagung 1.74, dan R/C ubi kayu 2.75. Penggunaanfaktor produksi pupuk dan pestisida untuk komoditas padi sudah tidak efisien tetapi masihberada dalam kondisi icreasing return to scale, sedangkan untuk komoditas ubi kayupenggunaan faktor produksi biit dan biaya panen sudah tidak efisien, dan komoditas ini sudahberada pada posisi decreasing return to scale. Untuk komoditas jagung penggunaan pestisidadan benih sudah tidak efisien lagi

ANALISIS FINANSIAL AYAM RAS PEDAGING (Kasus Pembesaran Ayam Ras Pedaging di Kecamatana Bekasi Barat)

Livestock industry aims to expand jobs and trying to increase the consumption of animal protein communities through the provision of meat, eggs, and dairy development. One of the cattle business has a good prospect of broiler business is that demand continues to increase along with the increase of population. The purpose of research is to look at business development and the sensitivity of broiler business. The research method used was the case study method. The data used in the analysis is the analysis of feasibility are: Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Sensitivity Analysis. The results showed that the chicken business "Tani Rahayu" deserves to be developed with a NPV of Rp 654.093.820,00, 30.1% IRR, B-C ratio 2,1, and a PP of 1,9 years

ANALISIS PERILAKU KONSUMEN DALAM PROSES PEMBELIAN IKAN HIAS AIR LAUT DI BUNAKEN AKUARIUM KOTA BEKASI

Competition ornamental fish in Bekasi increasingly stringent, requiring appropriate marketing strategies to excel compete. One way that can be taken by employers ornamental fish including Bunaken Aquarium, is a strategy to increase sales volume by studying and knowing the factors that influence consumers decide to buy ornamental fish. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the consumer characteristics of ornamental fish in Bunaken Aquarium, (2) ornamental fish type whatever demand by consumers, and (3) factors that influence the purchase of ornamental fish in Bunaken Aquarium.The method used in this study is a survey method. The data will be used in this study are primary and secondary data. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 100 respondents. Analysis of the data : (1) descriptive analysis to get an overview of consumer characteristics and type of ornamental fish that consumers demand; (2) factor analysis with factor analysis PCA extraction method. The results showed that the majority of respondents were male (71%), aged 20-30 years (81%), unmarried (73%), family size 3-5 people, educated scholars (49%), private sector employees ( 42%), and the average monthly income of more than Rp. 2,500,000. Ornamental fish species are widely purchased by consumers in the top five is Clown Fish, Blue Stone, Rivet, Beauty and Six Letter / Dori. The factors that influence consumer decisions in the purchase of ornamental fish are cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors

PENILAIAN KEGIATAN GERAKAN NASIONAL REHABILITASI HUTAN DAN LAHAN DI KABUPATEN BEKASI

Gerhan is a forest and land rehabilitation activities (RHL) is coordinated by utilizing all the capabilities of government and society in forest and land rehabilitation inthe area of the watershed (DAS) priority. Gerhan aims to achieve environmental improvements in reforestation and land rehabilitation efforts to tackle floods, landslides, droughts in an integrated, transparent and participatory of all parties, both from the government, local governments, communities, businesses, NGOs, farmer groups, and other community elements . The purpose of this activity is carried out to obtain the extent to which the performance of farmer groups as executor in the location of planting crops in the activities of GN-RHL in 2008 in the district of Jakarta.The methods used in conducting the evaluation / assessment / verification in the field consists of four parts, namely through the measurement and direct observation in the field (with sampling). Assessment conducted on the performance of farmer groups, the realization of planting area, the percentage of growing plants, and plant growth.The results showed that of 12 farmers' groups that considered only two groups of farmers who have sufficient performance category with a value of 14,00 and 14,40, while the performance of 10 other farmers only achieve <13,75 or less category. Average realization of planting area is 84,6%. Growing realization of the highest achievable Prosperous Farmers Group's work, which is 102% and the lowest is growing realization of Farmers Group Sentul Jaya, which is 64,6%. The average percentage growth of plants is 79,71%. and the highest attained Mukti Galih Farmers Group, which is 167,27% and Farmers Group Mulya 25,71% True.
