    This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Perception of Organizational Support, Organizational Culture and Servant Leadership on Employee Performance at the Office of the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of the Mentawai Islands Regency. This research is exploratory research with quantitative method. Sampling technique with census, so sample size 84 employee. This research uses SPSS 16. This results of this research showed, perceptions of organizational support have positive and significant effect to employee performance, organizational culture have positive and significant effect to employee performance, and then servant leadership have positive and significant effect to employee performance.     Peran Worklife Balance dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebagai Variabel Mediasi

    The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of (1) Worklife balance on employee performance (2) Job Stress on employee performance (3) Worklife balance on OCB (4) Job Stress on OCB (5) OCB on employee performance (6) OCB as mediating role between Worklife balance and employee performance (7) OCB as mediating role between Job Stress and employee performance. The population in this study is employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP2B Sumbagteng, amounting to 50 people, with census techniques. Data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis with analysis tools SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study found that: (1) Worklife Balance has a significant effect on employee performance (2) Job stress is contradictory and has a significant effect on OCB and employee performance (3) The magnitude of the effect of Worklife Balance on OCB is shown by the coefficient of determination R² of 0.261 or 26,1% (4) The magnitude of the influence of OCB on employee performance is shown by the coefficient of determination R² of 0.375 or 37,5% (5) Then there is also an indirect relationship with partial mediation by the OCB variable

    Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk melakukan pengujian mediator kompetensi instruktur: digital sikll dan industry 4.0 skills-sets terhadap kesiapan tenaga kerja Indonesia dalam menghadapi dunia krja masa depan pada balai latihan kerja padang, sehingga nantinya akan dapat membantu balai latihan kerja padang untuk mengatasi masalah kesiapan tenaga kerja Indonesia dalam menghadapi dunia kerja masa depan. penelitian ini memamakai metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik totak sampling sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 160 responden yang merupakan calon tenaga kerja. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Smart PLS yang berguna mencari adanya pengaruh antar variabel dengan mediatornya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya semakin tinggi keterampilan digital peserta pelatihan BLK Padang maka semakin tinggi kesiapan kerja perserta pelatihan dalam memasuki dunia kerja masa depan, semakin tinggi industri 4.0 digital skill-set peserta pelatihan BLK Padang maka semakin tinggi kesiapan kerja perserta pelatihan dalam memasuki dunia kerja masa depan, semakin tinggi kompetensi instruktur BLK Padang maka semakin tinggi kesiapan kerja perserta pelatihan dalam memasuki dunia kerja masa depan, semakin tinggi kompetensi intruktur pelatihan maka hubungan keterampilan digital peserta pelatihan BLKI Padang dengan kesiapan kerja perserta pelatihan dalam memasuki dunia kerja masa depan akan semakin kuat, semakin tinggi kompetensi intruktur pelatihan maka hubungan industri 4.0 skill-set peserta pelatihan BLKI Padang dengan kesiapan kerja perserta pelatihan dalam memasuki dunia kerja masa depan akan semakin kua

    Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is one of the requirements to increase company productivity in order to be able to compete and survive in the era of globalization in the world free market economy. PT Semen Padang, as the largest industry in West Sumatra, is engaged in producing and trading cement, experiencing work accident problems. This study aims to determine the influence of internal and external labor factors moderated by the strategy of increasing the supervision of the implementation of work safety on work accidents at PT Semen Padang. The research method was a cross-sectional survey by interviewing 165 respondents who were selected by simple random sampling from a population of 423 people based on the formula of Issac and Michael. The results showed that the Variable Strategy for the Improvement of the Implementation of Work Safety Supervision (K3) was 0.019 <0.05, which means that the Strategy for Improving the Implementation of Safety Supervision had an influence on internal factors on work accidents. There is no significant effect on external factors with a value of 0.277> 0.05 on work accidents. The conclusion is that the better the internal and external factors in the workforce, the smaller the work accident rate. It is recommended that a supervisory program related to work stress and fatigue, supporting facilities and infrastructure and appropriate work tools be added to the OHS Supervision Improvement Strategy program

This study aims to examine the effect of Transformational Leadership Style on Organizational Commitment, test the effect of Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance and examine the effect of Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Engagement at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bukittinggi. The samples used according to these characteristics were 53 samples which were in accordance with the acceptable samples for parametric analysis (30<x<500).     FACTORS AFFECTING IMPLEMENTATION E-GOVERNMENT IN THE GOVERNMENT OF WEST SUMATRA PROVINCE (Study on West Sumatra Provincial Government Employees)

    This study aims to determine the factors that influence the implementation of E-Government in the Government of West Sumatra Province. The number of samples taken as many as 100 respondents. Based on the results of the validity test, it can be seen that all statements used to measure the E-Government variable are declared valid, because each statement has a corrected item total correlation coefficient above 0.65. While the reliability test with internal consistency test has a composite reliability value that meets the criteria. Based on the test results, all variable indicator statements have met the criteria of validity and reliability. The results of hypothesis testing using SPSS for windows version 23.0 with t-test analysis or t-test indicate that the quality of Human Resources and Communication has a positive and significant effect on the implementation of E-Government in the government of West Sumatra Province. Meanwhile, Infrastructure and Leadership have no significant effect on the implementation of E-Government in the West Sumatra Provincial government

    This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence and work stress on nurse commitment with satisfaction as a mediating variable at Andalas University Hospital, Padang. The population is all employees at Andalas University Hospital. The sampling method used is the census method. The research data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 75 respondents. Data processing and analysis was carried out using SmartPLS. The results showed that emotional intelligence, job stress and job satisfaction had a significant effect on nurse commitment, emotional intelligence and work stress had a significant effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction served as a partial mediation between emotional intelligence and work stress on nurse commitment

    Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja menggunakan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard dilihat dari perspektif proses bisnis internal dan pembelajaran/pertumbuhan pada Bank X. Variabel penelitian dari perspektif proses bisnis internal yaitu proses inovasi, proses operasi dan layanan purna jual dan perspektif pembelajaran/pertumbuhan yaitu kepuasan pekerja, retensi pekerja dan produktivitas pekerja, Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan 133 pegawai yang menjadi responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, dimana hasil yang diperoleh yaitu hasil penilaian kinerja Bank X dari perspektif proses bisnis internal sebesar 4,44 dengan rating B deskripsi Very Good dan hasil penilaian kinerja Bank X dari perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan sebesar 4,11 dengan rating B deskripsi Very Good.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) sebagai variabel moderasi pada guru di SMAN 1 Tilatang Kamang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian explanatory dengan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sensus, dengan jumlah sampel 57 guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Squares – Structural Equations Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan program smartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) tidak memoderasi kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja guru di SMAN 1 Tilatang Kamang
