XYZ MALANG)
In the manufacturing process Bus and Mini Bus, a lot of the raw materials required. Raw materials are stored at many warehouses (especially on Body PT. XYZ Malang). Materials / goods are highly vulnerable to lost or stolen. The most influential factor in it is the counting system inventory / materials and administration. These changes will have an impact on the process of goods more accurate calculation based on the demand of production. Losses will have a greater likelihood of being used if the system can not address the calculation of the goods/raw materials better. And administration system that can cope with the calculation of the goods/raw materials are better here is a system that can calculate expenditures for production based on the incoming bill alone, and can calculate the receipt of goods in accordance with the letter received by the supplier. The system can also provide reports based on existing transactions during a certain period. With the inventory system and the administration is then the difference between the goods that previously occurred can be minimized and raw material inventory accounting system can work better
Mobile Sensing Systems
[EN] Rich-sensor smart phones have made possible the recent birth of the mobile sensing research area as part of ubiquitous sensing which integrates other areas such as wireless sensor networks and web sensing. There are several types of mobile sensing: individual, participatory, opportunistic, crowd, social, etc. The object of sensing can be people-centered or environment-centered. The sensing domain can be home, urban, vehicular Currently there are barriers that limit the social acceptance of mobile sensing systems. Examples of social barriers are privacy concerns, restrictive laws in some countries and the absence of economic incentives that might encourage people to participate in a sensing campaign. Several technical barriers are phone energy savings and the variety of sensors and software for their management. Some existing surveys partially tackle the topic of mobile sensing systems. Published papers theoretically or partially solve the above barriers. We complete the above surveys with new works, review the barriers of mobile sensing systems and propose some ideas for efficiently implementing sensing, fusion, learning, security, privacy and energy saving for any type of mobile sensing system, and propose several realistic research challenges. The main objective is to reduce the learning curve in mobile sensing systems where the complexity is very high. This work has been partially supported by the "Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovacion", through the "Plan Nacional de I+D+i 2008-2011" in the "Subprograma de Proyectos de Investigacion Fundamental", project TEC2011-27516, and by the Polytechnic University of Valencia, through the PAID-05-12 multidisciplinary projects.Macias Lopez, EM.; Suarez Sarmiento, A.; Lloret, J. Analysis Of Binus International University Information Technology’s Business Architecture
without doubt, IT has become an enabler that transform Binus from a computer training center to become one of the best IT university in Indonesia. In order to maintain to be the best computer university, IT based business processes are needed. Binus University attempts to improve their quality of graduates by continuosly applying the development of IT in the curriculum and subject syllabuses without ignoring the conditions outlined by the government. It is not only applying IT in the curriculum but also to support business activities.
The method used to achieve the objective is done through interviews, done by interviewed the dean of program, quality assurance, operations manager and head of IT department. The data gathered will then be processed which results can be analyzed thus reaching a conclusion in the form of diagram that represents the business architecture and the gap analysis.
With the commitment of Binus International University to continuously improve the quality of education using Information Technology (IT) as an enabler not only to support its academic operation but also its business activities, the overall IT architecture, in particular Business architecture, becomes the key driver of its organization. This paper will provide the analysis result of Binus International University’s Business Architecture using a combination of IASA ITABOK and TOGAF framework. The data gathered through interview across various departments and benchmark with other STMIK are presented and an overall Binus Business Architecture was proposed.

STEPPING – smartphone-based portable pedestrian indoor navigation
Many current smartphones are fitted with GPS receivers, which, in combination with a map application form a pedestrian navigation system for outdoor purposes. However, once an area with insufficient satellite signal coverage is entered, these navigation systems cease to function. For indoor positioning, there are already several solutions available which are usually based on measured distances to reference points. These solutions can achieve resolutions as low as the sub-millimetre range depending on the complexity of the set-up. STEPPING project, developed at HCU Hamburg - Germany aims at designing an indoor navigation system consisting of a small inertial navigation system and a new, robust sensor fusion algorithm running on a current smartphone. As this system is theoretically able to integrate any available positioning method, it is independent of a particular method and can thus be realized on a smartphone without affecting user mobility. Potential applications include -- but are not limited to: Large trade fairs, airports, parking decks and shopping malls, as well as ambient assisted living scenario
