Obsah práce se soustředí na minimalizování negativních dopadů na environment ze strany výrobců osobních automobilů. Úvodní část je věnována environmentální politice zaměřené na ochranu ovzduší a klima. Součástí první části je také legislativa a nástroje environmentální politiky. Po této části se práce zaměřuje na automobilový průmysl a jeho regulaci, technické inovace a alternativní pohony. V poslední části je představena nabídka ekologických vozidel jednotlivých producentů osobních automobilů v České republice, je zde provedena případová studie týkající se environmentální strategie společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s., dotazníkové šetření týkající se zájmu o ekologické vozy a v neposlední řadě je zde provedeno zhodnocení investice ekologického vozu s alternativním pohonem

Cílem projektu byla kritická edice (komentovaný přepis) německého popisu liberecké stavby Božího hrobu z roku 1772 (Gruendliche Beschreibung ...in der Stadt Reichenberg Buntzlauer Creyses neuerbauten Heiligen Grabes, Prag 1772), dále překlad tohoto textu do češtiny a historický komentář ve formě studie. Doprovodnými materiály se měl stát soubor dobových i současných vyobrazení Božího hrobu, soupis pro téma relevantních archivních pramenů a regionální i odborné (obecné) literatury

Analysis of the state strategic documents of municipalities at the beginning of the new programming period

This thesis deals with the strategic plan, which is described from the perspective of creation and related processes and procedures in the theoretical part. Work is devoted to the analysis of the content and form of the plan. From this perspective, addressing the status of the plans and their quality in selected cities of various sizes in the South Region in the new programming period 2014-2020 and further analysis are compared both programming periods 2007-2013 and 2014-2020. The selected cities are Pisek, Strakonice, Milevsko, Protivin, Blatná and Vodňany. Such research sample was chosen to represent the county and smaller cities, where there is a significant change in strategy documents compared to cities of a higher category

Model for recognising the gender of customers of mobile network operators

The aim of this work is to create a model for gender prediction of customers using prepaid cards based on data from the operator. The data on which the model is built come from customers who have switched from a prepaid card to a tariff plan. The method used to solve the task is a logistic regression, specifically a variant with a binary explanatory variable. The work also includes editing the data file using cluster analysis and various approaches to selecting the variables that enter the model. Several models were created on the basis of various data modifications, which were subsequently compared using the value of the Akaike information criterion. The last part of the work contains an evaluation of the resulting model on the basis of metrics based on the confusion matrix, the ROC curve and the AUC value. Among the main findings of the work is that the biggest influence on a customer’s gender decision is the phone brand that uses and information on the length of calls and the number of text messages sent. Another finding is that on the basis of telecommunications data the model can better predict women than men.Cílem práce je na základě dat od operátora sestavit model na predikci pohlaví zákazníků používajících předplacené karty. Data, na kterých se model staví, pochází od zákazníků, kteří přešli z předplacené karty na tarifní plán. Použitou metodou pro řešení úlohy je logistická regrese, konkrétně varianta s binární vysvětlovanou proměnnou. Součástí práce je také úprava datového souboru pomocí shlukové analýzy a různé přístupy k výběru proměnných, které do modelu vstupují. Vytvořeno bylo několik modelů na základě různé úpravy dat, které se následně porovnaly pomocí hodnoty Akaikeho informačního kritéria. Poslední část práce obsahuje vyhodnocení výsledného modelu na základě metrik vycházejících z klasifikační tabulky, ROC křivky a hodnoty AUC. Mezi hlavní zjištění práce patří, že největší vliv na rozhodnutí o pohlaví zákazníka má značka telefonu, který používá, a informace o délce hovoru a počtu poslaných SMS zpráv. Dalším zjištěním je, že model dokáže na základě telekomunikačních dat lépe predikovat ženy než muže

Předmětem práce je strategický plán, který je v teoretické části práce popsán z pohledu jeho tvorby a s ní související procesy a postupy. Práce se věnuje analýze obsahu a formy plánu. Z tohoto pohledu řeší stav plánů a jejich kvalitu ve vybraných městech různých velikostí v Jihočeském kraji v novém programovém období 2014-2020 a v další analýze jsou porovnávána obě programová období 2007-2013 a 2014-2020. Vybranými městy jsou Písek, Strakonice, Milevsko, Protivín, Blatná a Vodňany. Immunoproteomics: "The key approach to identification of new vaccine antigens against bacterial infections."

Tato práce je zaměřena na identifikaci nových antigenů pomocí imunoproteomiky. Zabývá se novou ochranou proti bakteriálním infekcím a popisuje nové studie potenciálních kandidátů pro výrobu vakcín. Další částí této práce je popis základních imunoproteomických metod.This work is focused at identifying new antigens by imunoproteomics. It deals with a new protection against bacterial infections, and describes a new study of potential candidates for vaccine production.
