    There are still many young people who do not know Credit Union (CU) well, so they are reluctant to become CU members. This program aims to make the younger generation know CU more deeply so that the desire arises to join CU and plan their future well. This program uses an experiential learning approach in the form of a digital infographic competition. The result showed that the experiential learning method used in this program has a positive effect on participants' knowledge and attitude about CU. In addition, this program was also quite successful in attracting the interest and attention of Instagram social media users, as indicated by a large number of likes on the contestants' social media

    Indonesian Trail Making Test: Analysis of Psychometric Properties, Effects of Demographic Variables, and Norms for Javanese Adults

    Trail Making Test (TMT) has been widely used in Indonesia as an Executive Function (EF) test, however, no studies reported validity and reliability of the test. In this study, we analyzed TMT’s psychometric properties, including reliability and validity, effect of demographic variables such as education, age, and sex on the TMT, and propose norm scores for the urban population of Java Island. Four hundred ninety persons (aged 16-80 years) with varying education levels participated in the study. Four additional EF tests (Digit Span, Five Point, phonemic Verbal Fluency, and Stroop) were administered. Principal Component Analysis was used to test whether the structure of TMT supported theoretical foundations of EF. The test-retest reliability was estimated in different samples (N = 50). Results suggest that education increased and age decreased the performance, however there were no differences between high school graduates and undergraduates in the age range 16-39 years. The intraclass correlation as a reliability measure showed good results (TMTA, rs=0.76; TMT B, rs= 0.86; TMT B-A, rs=0.74). The PCA revealed that the TMT, Digit Span, and Five Point scores loaded highly on one construct, while Stroop, phonemic Verbal Fluency, and errors on Five Point test loaded highly on other. It can be concluded that TMT is a valid neuropsychological instrument measuring EF with high reliability score and has high sensitivity for education, and age effects. The study also provides TMT Norms and cut-off scores for Javanese population between 16 and 39 years old with senior high school and undergraduate level of education

    The Adaptation of Neuropsychological Test Adaptation: A Pilot Study for Memory Subtest

    Current studies of neuropsychology have been widely developed in various countries. neuropsychological assessment requires valid and reliable neuropsychological testing tools. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, neuropsychological assessment has not been widely available nor adapted. This study is a part of a longitudinal study to adapt neuropsychological tests into Indonesian norms, particularly in Memory domains, namely Digit Span Forward (DSF), Digit Span Backward (DSB) and Digit Span Sequence (DSS); symbol range, Visual Reproduction; Auditory Verbal Learning. The subjects of this pilot study were 219 (two hundred and nineteen) healthy adults with age range from of 18 to 64 years. Subjects were selected randomly with some initial criteria for detecting the presence or absence of cognitive dysfunction. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis model, to determine the difficulty level of each test items, and the results are shown using percentage of difficulty level of each item based on memory ability of respondents

    STUDY IN MILLENIALS: THE CORRELATION BETWEEN MEANINGFULNESS AND WORK ENGAGEMENT

    Abstract. Indonesian millennials have a low level of work engagement. Such a shame because this generation is dominating the workplace with 53% of the total workforce. Millennials tend to be more engaged with their work and company when they know the meaning of their work. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between meaningfulness and work engagement among Indonesian millennials. The subjects in this study consist of 223 respondents with age ranging from 24 to 39 years old. The measurement tools used in this study are Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) and Working and Meaning Inventory (WAMI) which had been adapted and tested for validity. The researcher uses Pearson Product Moment to analyze the result. Based on the hypothesis test, the correlation coefficient value (rxy) is 0.744 with a significance value of p = 0.000 (p <0.001), therefore the hypothesis is accepted. The results of the hypothesis test indicate that there is a positive relationship between meaningfulness and work engagement. So, when millennials can find out the meaning of their work, they can be more engaged with their work and company. Keywords: work engagement, meaningfulness, the millennial generatio

    Seni Bersahabat (SEBAT): Sebuah Program untuk Meningkatkan Psychological Well-Being pada Karyawan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Program Seni Bersahabat (SEBAT) terhadap peningkatan psychological well-being pada karyawan. Pada penelitian ini, terdapat 6 subyek yang terdiri dari 3 subyek pada grup kontrol dan 3 subyek pada grup eksperimen yang diambil dengan teknik accidental sampling. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan yakni pretest-posttest control group design. Penghitungan secara statistika menggunakan Mann-Whitney U Test dengan menghitung nilai gain score pada hasil pretest dan posttest. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis yang dilakukan diperoleh nilai U sama dengan 0,000 dan p sama dengan 0,05 serta selisih rata-rata pretest dan posttest pada karyawan kelompok eksperimen (6,33) lebih besar dari karyawan kelompok kontrol (0,00). Hal ini menunjukkan ada perbedaan peningkatan psychological well-being pada karyawan setelah mendapatkan program SEBAT. Karyawan yang mendapat program SEBAT mengalami perubahan psychological well-being yang lebih tinggi daripada karyawan yang tidak mendapat program SEBAT
