    This study aims to determine the effect of work ability and welfare benefits on employee performance at PT. Graha Sawit Makmur in Sei Sijenggi Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The population in this study are employees of PT. Graha Sawit Makmur as many as 100 respondents. The number of samples is 100 employees of PT. Graha Sawit Makmur. The sampling technique in this research is the saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique that the writer uses in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection used is by using a questionnaire given to the respondents. The data is processed using SPSS 20.0 for windows. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, with Y = 10,694 + 0.849 X1+0.627 X2+ e. The results of the analysis obtained that the t-count value for the workability variable (X1) was 6.636 when compared to the t-table value of 1.660. Then the t-count obtained is greater than the t-table value or 6.6361.660. The calculated t value for the Welfare Allowance variable (X2) is 5,602 when compared to the t table value of 1,660. So it can be concluded that the variables X1 and X2 have a positive and significant effect on work performance. The calculated f value is 1577.695 with a sig level of 0.000, therefore the sig value is 0.000 0.05 and the calculated F value is 1577.695 F table 2.70 this shows that Ho is rejected so it can be concluded that the independent variables X1, and X2 simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable Y. The value of R shows a multiple correlation, namely the ability to work and work benefits is 0.985 or 98.5%. This means that the relationship is close, the larger R means the closer the relationship. R square (R2) or the square of R shows the coefficient of determination is 0.970 or 97%, meaning that the percentage of influence between work ability and work benefits on work performance. Used for one independent variable, while more than one independent variable should use Adjusted R Square. Adjusted R Square is the value of R2 that is adjusted so that the image is closer to the quality of the assessment model in the population. From the table above, it can be read that Adjusted R Square (R2) is 0.970 or 97% while the remaining 3% is explained by other factors. Keywords: Work Ability, Welfare Benefits and Employee Performanc

    This study aims to determine the effect of giving bonuses and allowances on employee morale at PT. Telkom Medan City. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. This research was conducted at PT. Telkom Medan City, which is located at Jalan Monginsidi No. 8, Aggrung, Medan Polonia, Medan City, North Sumatra. The time of the research starts in January 2021 until July 2021. The population is the office employees of PT. Telkom Medan City as many as 78 people. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique. The sample of this study was set at 78 people. The results of this study indicate that partially the bonus has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Telkom Medan City. Partially, allowances have a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Telkom Medan City. The value of Fcount = 85.282 Ftable = 2.73 and a significance of 0.000 0.05, meaning that the bonus and allowance variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on morale at PT. Telkom Medan City. The value of Adjusted R Square (R2) is 0.686, meaning that bonuses and allowances explain their effect on employee morale, which is 0.686 or 68.6%, while the remaining 28.4% is explained by other factors not examined in this study. Keywords: Bonus, Allowance, Work Spirit

    Penelitian ini menganalisis Pengaruh Networking Dan Service Quality Terhadap Peningkatan Penjualan Produk Kerupuk Kulit Ikan Patin Di Pusat Pengembangan Produk Unggulan Daerah Deli Serdang. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pusat Pengembangan Produk Unggulan Daerah Deli Serdang yang beralamat di JL.Medan-Tebing Tinggi Dusun V KM 21 Desa Tanjung Baru, Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa, Kabupaten Dei Serdang. Penelitian ini dimulai dari pra riset yang dilakukan pada bulan Februari-Juni 2022. populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 52 pedagang. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Berhubung jumlah Pedagang Di Pusat Pengembangan Produk Unggulan Daerah Deli Serdang berjumlah 52 orang (kurang dari 100 orang), maka semua pedagang diambil jadi objek penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien sebesar 0,223, dimana nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (2.256 > 1.6746) dan signifikan sebesar 0,029 lebih kecil dari 0,05 artinya Networking berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Penjualan Produk Kerupuk Kulit Ikan Patin Di Pusat Pengembangan Produk Unggulan Daerah Deli Serdang, maka Ha1 diterima. Nilai koefisien sebesar 0,661, dimana nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (6.688 > 1.6746) dan signifikan sebesar 0,000 lebih besar dari 0,05 artinya Service Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Penjualan Produk Kerupuk Kulit Ikan Patin Di Pusat Pengembangan Produk Unggulan Daerah Deli Serdang, maka Ha2 diterima. Nilai Ftabel sebesar 3,19. Dari uraian tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa Fhitung (39.806) > Ftabel (3,19), dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis ketiga diterima, artinya Variabel Networking (X1) dan Service Quality (X2) berpengaruh secara serentak (simultan) terhadap Variabel Peningkatan Penjualan (Y)

    This study analyzes the influence of technology acceptance and website service quality on customer e-satisfaction at PT. Rackh Across Asia. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Samples were taken using the slovin formula, and using a probability sampling technique, namely proportionate stratified random sampling. The results of using the slovin formula in this study the researchers took a sample of 113 consumers at PT.Rackh Lintas Asia. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression method using the SPSS program. The research results obtained a coefficient value of 0.631, where the T-count > T-table (8.998 > 1.6584) and a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05 meaning that Acceptance Technology has a positive and significant effect on Customer E-Satisfaction, so Ha1 is accepted. The coefficient value is 0.243, where the T-count > T-table (3.446 > 1.6584) and a significant value of 0.001 is less than 0.05, meaning that Website Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer E-Satisfaction, so Ha2 is accepted.     This study aims to determine the effect of the promotional mix on consumer decisions in purchasing Sedaap brand instant noodles in Dalu X A Village, Tanjung Morawa District. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were the people of Dalu X A Village, totaling 250, with 154 respondents taking samples using the slovin formula. The results of this study were collected through a questionnaire which was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The sampling method used in this research is stratified random sampling. The results of this study indicate that X1 is significant by 0.000 <0.05, thus advertising has a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions, sales promotion X2 is significant by 0.000 <0.05, thus sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions, and publicity X3 is significant at 0.000 <0.05, thus publicity has a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions. Fcount is 98.520 > Ftable 2.43 and sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the F test prove that advertising X1, sales promotion X2 and publicity X3 simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Y's purchasing decisions

    This study aims to determine the effect of education and work experience on employee performance at CV. Inti Perkasa in Sei Buluh Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The population in this study are employees of CV. Inti Perkasa In Sei Buluh Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, there were 120 respondents. The number of samples is 100 employees CV. Inti Perkasa in Sei Buluh Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The data analysis technique that the writer uses in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection used is by using a questionnaire given to the respondents. The data is processed using SPSS 20.0 for windows. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, with Y = 21.879 + 0.377 X1+0.291X2+ e. The results of the analysis obtained that the t value for the education variable (X1) was 4,950 when compared to the t table value of 1,660. Then the t-count obtained is greater than the t-table value or 4.9501.660. The results of the analysis obtained that the t value for the work experience variable (X2) was 4,335 when compared to the t table value of 1,660. Then the t-count obtained is greater than the t-table value or 4.335 1.660. So it can be concluded that the variables X1 and X2 have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The calculated f value is 501.927 with a sig level of 0.000, therefore the sig value is 0.000 0.05 and the calculated F value is 501.927 F table 2.70 this shows that Ho is rejected so it can be concluded that the independent variables X1, and X2 simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable Y. The value of Ajusted R Square is 0.951.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kesadaran Merek dan Komunikasi Pemasaran Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Studi Pada Aroma Bakery & Cake Shop Amplas Medan). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Aroma Bakery & Cake Shop Amplas, Jln. Panglima Denai, Kota Medan. Pelaksanaan penelitan dimulai dari bulan  Maret 2023  sampai  dengan selesai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Aroma Bakery and Cake Shop Amplas Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen pembeli roti yang datang ke Aroma Bakery and Cake Shop Medan Amplas. Untuk menyederhanakan jumlah sampel, penulis menggunakan rumus di sampaikan Ferdinand (2014). Dengan demikian maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 112 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, studi dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Metode analisis penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan program Statistical Product Sofware Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kesadaran Merek secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Komunikasi Pemasaran secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Secara simultan diperoleh nilai Fhitung (81.549) > Ftabel (3,08), dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 artinya Kesadaran Merek dan Komunikasi Pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Studi Pada Konsumen Aroma Bakery & Cake Shop Medan Amplas)

The data collection instrument in this study was through observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis used by the author consists of data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and drawing conclusions (verification). This research is about public complaints about the provision of SAMSAT Lubuk Pakam services, including the lack of an unbalanced number of apparatus (public servants) with the community, the absence of a service queue serial number, the lack of parking space, the open space is not closed, not air conditioned, mineral water is not provided. in the waiting room, the waiting room is too narrow, there is no glass divider for services and there are no wifi and TV facilities so that those who pay taxes don't get bored waiting. Because the number of people who pay with the number of apparatus (public services) is not balanced. From the results of the research, the reliability and guarantees provided by the SAMSAT officers were considered very good by the taxpayers and in accordance with the expectations of the taxpayers, so that the taxpayers were satisfied with the services of the SAMSAT officers. Efforts made by SAMSAT Lubuk Pakam to obtain service quality in increasing taxpayer satisfaction include improving services through information technology, providing mobile SAMSAT services (cars), increasing professional human resources and providing optimal services, improving service facilities so that excellence is achieved. , providing counseling and socialization about motor vehicle tax to taxpayers at both the sub-district and district levels

    Pelatihan dasar kepemimpinan diidentifikasi sebagai solusi potensial untuk mengatasi tantangan kedisiplinan siswa di SD Negeri 101201 Desa Sipispis. Dengan memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan kepemimpinan kepada pemimpin sekolah dan guru, diharapkan terjadi perubahan positif dalam mengelola kedisiplinan siswa. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode kualitatif sebagai pendekatan riset. Metode ini digunakan untuk menggambarkan karakteristik dari permasalahan yang diamati. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa pelatihan tersebut memiliki dampak positif terhadap kedisiplinan siswa. Pemimpin sekolah dan guru mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru dalam komunikasi, manajemen tim, dan motivasi siswa, yang secara langsung mempengaruhi kedisiplinan siswa. Kolaborasi dengan komunitas dan keluarga menjadi faktor kunci dalam merancang program yang sesuai dengan konteks sosial dan ekonomi Desa Sipispis
