La ricerca didattica sugli impliciti dâaula. Opzioni metodologiche
Temi e prospettive
L'articolo presenta una rassegna di sintesi dei contributi piĂš significativi del XV Congresso Biennale dell'ISATT (International Study Association on Teachers and Teaching) dal titolo Back to the Future: Legacies, Continuities and Changes in Educational Policy, Practice and Research (5-8 luglio 2011 - Minho,Braga Portogallo)
La ricerca didattica sugli impliciti dâaula. Opzioni metodologiche
The article sums up the methodological alternatives
on the research of the classroom educational practices. The hypothesis is that there is a practice knowledge which has a value of theoretical didactic knowledge, as long as, to make this evident, one choices
hermeneutic phenomenological approaches.
The elective statute proposed is collaborative research (Day,1996; Perla, 2010) between researcher and teacher; an eye for an improved function of research (meaning the evidence-based research); a systematic
questioning of an own world of implicity of the researcher in order to avoid the risk of
interpretative deductions on material which is mainly narrative research
Innovating university teaching with micro-credentials: an ongoing research experimentation
Abstract
The experience of the Covid-19 lockdown has suddenly accelerated the awareness process of the entire university faculty about the need to hybridise their teaching with digital tools (Trentin, Bocconi 2015; Perla, Scarinci, Amati 2021) transforming traditional scholarship of the Italian University in a gigantic field of experimentation of innovative practices (Perla, 2020, p. 562). This has brought out the importance of supporting the quality of university teaching through the commitment to address precise Faculty Development policies, specifically through the development of innovative experiences and the design of paths based on micro-credentials. This contribution reports some actions promoted by the University of Bari aimed at the innovation of university teaching and the results of a pilot course on micro-credentials
The results of a collaborative research-training â UNIBA-Apulian USR (Regional Education Department), that had as main objective the identification of lines of development of the Apulian School through a mapping of evaluation documentations (Self-evaluation report and improvement plans) of schools of all levels (679 in total) â showed the urgent need to standardize the modeling and tools for self-evaluation and improvement of schools. At the end of the research, DidaSco group has launched a training program in 80 Apulian schools with the aim to plan a new and more effective Improvement plan. It is described a new model of the DidaSco Improvement Plan, actually being tested / implemented in Apulian schools.
In italian school the focus on Specific Learning Disorders is highlighting the opportunity to intervene early with multiprospettive analysis that enable the identification and possible solution of the socalled Learning Disabilities (Hamill, 2000). The article provides the results of a project to upgrade the learning skills in accordance with the scientific paradigm of the Consensus Conference (2007,2011) and the expansion of the learning domain-specific (Lucangeli, 2013) in the framework of inclusion didactics (Perla, 2013; Caldin, 2013, Medeghini et alii, 2013). The project was planned and implemented in collaboration with the Department of Education, Psychology, Communication of the University of Bari âAldo Moroâ and the Comprehensive School âA. Chiarelliâ in the territory ofTaranto with a group of students attending primary school, identified by a screening procedure, with the aim of identifying new methods of assessment and intervention to be offered to teachers to support their inclusive teaching (Perla, 2013). The study proposed to reach several objectives: to identify specific problems in a cognitive domain (reading, reading comprehension, spelling and calculation) by administering standardized assessment tools (quantitative analysis); to evaluate the perception of the teacher on pupil performance considering some key variables (qualitative analysis); to motivate students to study through tasks in which they could gradually experiencesuccess; to improve the skills base through training in small group; to assess the maintenance of the results over time (follow-up to 3 months). The study, presented by investigating the interdependent relationship of learning disability (Hamill, 2000) with the stimulus of the educational environment (family and / or school), has confirmed the manifest and conditioning circularity between learning difficulties and inclusive teaching methods. In italian school the focus on Specific Learning Disorders is highlighting the opportunity to intervene early with multiprospettive analysis that enable the identification and possible solution of the socalled Learning Disabilities (Hamill, 2000). Didattica per competenze nei Licei. Una ricerca collaborativa Scuola-UniversitĂ
What kind of Licei (High Schools) can be conceived from the analysis of their educational planning? What kind of transformations are taking place in the Licei system following the incorporation of didactics within the framework of âcompetenceâ? Is it possible to develop a competence-based curricular planning model for Italian Licei starting from the results of a research&training project? Guida alla Progettazione nel biennioâ (New Licei put to the competence test; A guide to de planning of the first two-year period) (Perla, 2014), provides a possible solution. This paper shows the results of a collaborative research that involved 21 Licei in Apulia, 21 school heads and 110 teachers in different subjects aimed at the development of a competence-based educational model for the first two-year period of Licei.
