Pentaquark states with the QQQqqˉQQQq\bar{q} configuration in a simple model

We discuss the mass splittings for the $S$-wave triply heavy pentaquark states with the $QQQq\bar{q}$ $(Q=b,c;q=u,d,s)$ configuration which is a mirror structure of $Q\bar{Q}qqq$. The latter configuration is related with the nature of $P_c(4380)$ observed by the LHCb Collaboration. The considered pentaquark masses are roughly estimated with a simple method. One finds that such states are probably not narrow even if they do exist. This leaves room for molecule interpretation for a state around the low-lying threshold of a doubly heavy baryon and a heavy-light meson, e.g. $\Xi_{cc}D$, if it were observed. As a by product, we conjecture that upper limits for the masses of the conventional triply heavy baryons can be determined by the masses of the conventional doubly heavy baryons.Comment: 19 pages, 1 figure, 10 tables; Version accepted by Eur. Analysis of the Factors Associated with Negative Conversion of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 RNA of Coronavirus Disease 2019

AIM: To understand the factors associated with negative conversion of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) RNA, targeted surveillance and control measures can be taken to provide scientific basis for the treatment of the disease and to improve the prognosis of the disease. METHODS: Using the method of retrospective cohort study, we collected the data of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients in Tongji Hospital of Wuhan, China from 10 January to 25 March, 2020. Among the data of 282 cases, 271 patients, according to whether the negative conversion happened, were divided into negative conversion group and control group. We made the quantitative variables into classification; Chi-square test single-factor and Cox regression were used in univariate analysis and extracted 30 meaningful variables, then through the collinearity diagnosis, excluded the existence of collinear variables. Finally, 22 variables were included in Cox regression analysis. RESULTS: The gender distribution was statistically significant between two groups (p < 0.05). While in the negative conversion group, the patients of non-severe group occupied a large proportion (p < 0.001). The median time for the negative conversion group was 17 days, and at the end of the observation period, the virus duration in control group was 24 days (p < 0.05). A total of 55 variables were included in univariate analysis, among which 30 variables were statistically different between the two groups. After screening variables through collinearity diagnosis, 22 variables were included in the Cox regression analysis. Last, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), age, fibrinogen (FIB), and disease severity were associated with negative conversion of SARS-CoV-2 RNA. CONCLUSION: Our results suggest that in the treatment of COVID-19, focus on the age of more than 65 years old, severe, high level of LDH, FIB patients, and take some targeted treatment, such as controlling of inflammation, reducing organ damage, so as to provide good conditions for virus clearance in the body

糖尿病培训手册在培养糖尿病护士的应用

Objective: To explore the nursing service mode for specialized nurses in diabetes and its application effect. Methods:In view of the actual situation of our hospital, a special training manual named with Diabetes training manual was prior composed. 40 specialized nurses in diabetes were trained with the special training manual. Training lasted for 3 months. After the training, the specialized nurses were assessed with the specialty knowledge of Diabetes Mellitus, the skill of clinical procedures, and the knowledge about patients' health education. Results: The skill of the trained nurses was improved. The satisfaction of patients was enhanced.Conclusion: Diabetes training manual can be used for specialized nurses in diabetes.目的  探讨糖尿病护士培训方式。方法  对2013年1—10月本院内分泌科的40名糖尿病护士培训,根据以往医院的培训，结合本院实际，应用自编的糖尿病培训手册，最后考核糖尿病专科理论、操作及宣教能力考核，培训时间为3个月。结果  培训前与培训后比较差别有统计学意义（P＜0.05），理论、操作及健康宣教能力较培训前提高；提高了患者及新护士的满意度。结论  糖尿病培训手册可以用于培养糖尿病新护士

Peste des Petits Ruminants Virus in Heilongjiang Province, China, 2014

During March 25–May 5, 2014, we investigated 11 outbreaks of peste des petits ruminants in Heilongjiang Province, China. We found that the most likely source of the outbreaks was animals from livestock markets in Shandong. Peste des petits ruminants viruses belonging to lineages II and IV were detected in sick animals

A Pressure Control Method for Emulsion Pump Station Based on Elman Neural Network

In order to realize pressure control of emulsion pump station which is key equipment of coal mine in the safety production, the control requirements were analyzed and a pressure control method based on Elman neural network was proposed. The key techniques such as system framework, pressure prediction model, pressure control model, and the flowchart of proposed approach were presented. Finally, a simulation example was carried out and comparison results indicated that the proposed approach was feasible and efficient and outperformed others
