Pengaruh Berbagai Komposisi Limbah Pertanian terhadap Kadar Air, Abu, dan Serat Kasar pada Wafer

This experiment aims to know water content, ash, and crude fiber of wafer of various agricultural as feed and to know the best water content, ash, and crude fiber from wafer of various composition of agricutural waste. This experiment was held Juny-July 2014 in Bandar Baru Village Sukau Subdistrick West Lampung Regency. This sample were analyzed in the Laboratory of Animal Nutrition and Feed Science, Department of Animal Husbandry, Lampung University. The experimental design used in this research was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three treatments and four replications. The treatments were : A: sweet potato 8% + potato 3% + leaf couliflower 5% + China cabbage 10% + carrot 50% + chayote 5% + tomato 15,99 % + molasses 3% + salt 0,01%; B: sweet potato 15% + potato 5% + leaf couliflower 10% + China cabbage 15% + carrot 40% + chayote 6% + tomato 5,99 % + molasses 3% + salt 0,01%; C: sweet potato 20% + potato 7% + leaf couliflower 15% + China cabbage 20% + carrot 23% + chayote 8% + tomato 3,99 % + molasses 3% + salt 0,01%. The data were analyzed by using variance analysis with significant level of 5% and or 1%, and will be followed by the Least Significant Difference test (LSD). The results of this study showed that the composition of wafer with various agricultural wastes was not significant effect (P> 0.05) on water content, but significantly (P <0.05) of the crude fiber content and highly significant (P <0.01) against of the ash content. Kedudukan Hukum Creative Commons Dalam Dunia Maya Berbasis “Publik Domain” Ke Dalam Undang-undang No. 19 Tahun 2002 Tentang Hak Cipta

Dalam skripsi ini, penulis membahas mengenai Implementasi lisensi creative common di dalam Undang-undang no. 19 Tahun 2002 tentang Hak Cipta. Dalam skripsi ini akan dibahas upaya kedudukan hukum yang konkret secara formil dalam Undang-undang, Rundang-undang, Peraturan-peraturan di Indonesia, serta hal-hal yang terkait akan sejarah dan perkembangan lisensi creative common. Landasan dasar penulis untuk mengangkat judul ini karena berkembangnya dunia maya di Indonesia yang semakin pesat dan hampir menjadi kebutuhan setiap individu masyarakat Indonesia, yang kurang akan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya suatu perlindungan hukum terutama hak cipta akan karya-karya cipta di dunia maya untuk masuk, dilihat, dan diunduh oleh semua kalangan tanpa ada yang mengontrol setiap saat. Fakta yang beredar bahwa banya pencipta karya seni (creator) takut memasukan karya seninya ke dalam dunia maya karena maraknya pembajakan, hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya perlindungan hukum akan hak cipta yang dianggap perlu ada Perubahan seriring perkembangan era atau teknologi terutama dunia maya. Tujuan tulisan ini bagi pemerintah (Ditjen HAKI) yaitu sebagai rujukan yang khususnya bagi mahasiswa ilmu hukum yang sedang mempelajari tentang linsensi-lisensi hak cipta baru yang sedang berkembang seiring perkembangan dunia maya. Bagi pihak masyarakat dan lembaga-lembaga pendidikan dapat digunakan sebagai rujukan dalam hal sebagai wahana atau alternatif pilihan lisensi hak cipta yang baru dalam karya cipta. Penulis mau melakukan perbandingan atau kajian teoritis akan perkembangan dunia maya saat ini dengan Undang-undang di Indonesia, maka penulis menggunakan suatu metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif, yaitu penelitian yang difokuskan untuk mengkaji penerapan kaidah-kaidah atau norma-norma dalam hukum positif dengan cara mengkaji dan menginterpretasikan hal-hal yang terdapat dalam ketentuan-ketentuan dan bahan-bahan hukum yang berupa peraturan Perundang-undangan yang ada beserta literatur lainnya dengan menggunakan pendekatan peRundang-undangan, karena yang diteliti adalah berbagai aturan hukum yang menjadi focus sekaligus tema sentral penelitian

Mycobacterial infection of intraparenchymal bronchogenic cysts

Bronchogenic cysts (BCs) may rarely cause some interesting and unusual complications. Although infection is a common complication of BCs, there are only two patients with BC infected with mycobacterium in English literature. Two intraparencymal BCs infected with mycobacterium are presented here as unusual complications. Cystectomy was performed for the cysts. They were given antituberculosis treatment. No complication or recurrences were detected in follow up period. © 2006 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved

Effect of Environmental Quality on Property Rental Values in Peri-urban Neighbourhoods of Minna, Nigeria

The study examined the effect of environmental quality on rental values of residential accommodation at the peripheral neighbourhoods of Minna, Nigeria. Cluster sampling method was employed in the selection of sampled areas and, six neighbourhoods were randomly selected. Sample size of 600 was drawn out of the total 18,387 households in the sampled neighbourhoods using Adams et al. (2007) simplified formula. Estimation rate of 50% and precision range of ±4 were adopted in determining the sample size. Various houses and infrastructure attributes were used in assessing environmental quality, while current rent passing in the year of study was adopted. Pearson moment correlation coefficient was employed in assessing the relationships between environmental quality and rents using environmental indices and mean rents. Results revealed a moderate linear relationship between environmental quality and rents in the 2 neighbourhoods (r= 0.48, N= 591, p= 0.000). The coefficient of determination (r2 = 0.23), implied that only about 23% variation in rents in the selected peri-urban neighbourhoods can be attributed to environmental quality factors; other variations in rents are explainable by other factors relating to physical, legal and locational attributes of individual building. The implication is that, developers invested in location that promised them optimum returns over a period of time without much consideration to the quality of the environment. The study recommends routine housing maintenance, infrastructure provision and refurbishment for the achievement of qualitative and sustainable environment.Keywords: environmental quality, rental value, peri-urban neighbourhood
