    Food business is one of the favorite business in Semarang, especially café. It’s proven with the rising of the growth number by 2010 to 2016 in Semarang area. One of the favorite café is Blackbone Coffee, located in Banyumanik. The tight competition in this business become one of the factor of decreasing selling in Blackbone Coffee. Therefore creative ideas are needed to hold the business on. The goal of this study is to explain the influence of the café’s atmosphere, promotion appeal, and product’s variety to the purchase decision, where the brand image is used as the intervening variable between the café’s atmosphere, promotion appeal, and product’s variety of the purchase decision in the Blackbone café. Those factors have the bisggest impact in the purchase decision by the customers. Sample were collected from 100 repondents. Respondents' answers were analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS program. The result show that café’s atmosphere, promotion appeal, and product variety has positive and significant impact on brand image variable. 0,383 for café atmosphere, 0,161 for promotion appeal, and 0,459 for product variety. Brand image as the intervening variable has positive and significant impact on purchase decision variable with 0,443

    GAMBARAN KARAKTERISTIK IBU HAMIL DALAM VAKSINASI COVID-19 DI KOTA PADANG

    Vaksinasi COVID-19 pada ibu hamil menjadi salah satu upaya untuk mengurangi penyakit berat dan risiko infeksi terhadap COVID-19. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui gambaran karakteristik ibu hamil dalam vaksinasi COVID-19 di Kota Padang. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian yaitu ibu hamil trimester II dan trimester III dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 206 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian  penelitian kuesioner. Hasil Penelitian: Rata- rata umur ibu hamil yang vaksinasi COVID-19 adalah 30,26 tahun, sedangkan rata-rata umur ibu hamil yang tidak vaksinasi COVID-19 adalah 30,37 tahun, ibu hamil yang melakukan vaksinasi memiliki pendidikan SMA (51,3%), sedangkan ibu hamil yang tidak ikutserta vakisinasi memiliki pendidikan SMA (45,5%), ibu hamil yang ikutserta vaksinasi COVID-19 merupakan ibu rumah tangga (84,6%), sedangkan ibu hamil yang tidak ikutserta vaksinasi COVID-19 memiliki pekerjaan ibu rumah tangga (80,2%), ibu hamil yang ikutserta vaksinasi COVID-19 merupakan multigravida (51,3%), sedangkan  ibu hamil yang tidak ikutserta vaksinasi COVID-19 merupakan multigravida (67,1%). Kesimpulan : Rata-rata umur ibu yang ikutserta vaksinasi dan tidak ikut vaksinasi COVID-19 hampir sama, sebagian besar ibu hamil yang ikutserta vaksinasi dan yang tidak ikut vaksinasi COVID-19 memiliki pendidikan SMA, pekerjaan ibu rumah tangga, dan multigravida

    This study aims to determine health education's effect on menstruation on readiness to face menarche in grade V and VI students at SDN 39 Kinali in 2019. The research method is pre-experimental quantitative research with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The results of this study are the readiness of respondents to face menarche before being given health education is 91.50, after being given health education is 101.25 the mean difference between the respondent's willingness to meet menarche before and after health education with statistical test results obtained in P = 0.001 with a difference in mean Average 9750. Untuk  dapat memilih Perguruan Tinggi calon mahasiswa melakukan survey terlebih dahulu tentang informasi masing-masing Perguruan Tinggi yang khsususnya berada di kota Medan. Dengan menggunakan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan maka sebuah permasalahan dapat mudah teratasi dengan cepat khususnya mengenai pemilihan dalam menentukan Perguruan Tinggi terbaik di kota Medan. Dalam penelitian ini Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dibuat menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting.     Loss Analysis of Propulsion System on an Electric Railway

    Electric Railway (KRL) is a train that is based on eletrification system. The electrification system in the KRL supplies electrical energy to the train locomotive and several other carriage units, so the train can run. Electrical energy can be either AC or DC source. There are two electrical systems to support the performance of KRL, propulsion system and auxiliary system. The propulsion system is a driving system and than the auxiliary system is the system that handles the electrical load on KRL. In this research, discuss about the loss of propulsion system on KRL LAA Electric DC, AC Traction Motor. The propulsion system consists of several components, such as pantograph, circuit breaker, capacitor filter, IGBT VVVF inverters and AC traction motors. The component has different losses and different efficiencies. There are five test conditions for AC traction voltage inputs of 160.5V, 321V, 493.9V, 635V and 645V. By calculating using equations, from the five test conditions it can be seen that the propulsion system has the lowest power loss with the highest efficiency at the input voltage of AC 635V traction motors, which obtained the power loss of inverter VVVF IGBT 41.996kW with the efficiency 90.67% and the power loss of AC traction motor 18.219kW with the efficiency 91.45%

    Analisis Kualitatif dan Kuantitatif Kandungan Asam Salisilat pada Sediaan Kosmetika Semi Padat yang Beredar di Pasar Beringharjo, Yogyakarta

    Sediaan kosmetika yang diaplikasikan pada wajah dapat mempengaruhi struktur kulit dan penampilan. Bahan yang ditambahkan pada sediaan kosmetika untuk memperbaiki penampilan wajah salah satunya yaitu senyawa asam salisilat, zat anti acne & keratolitik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif senyawa asam salisilat dalam sediaan semi padat. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berasal dari Pasar Beringharjo Yogyakarta, dengan kriteria berupa sediaan semi padat yang dapat diaplikasikan pada wajah. Sampel A merupakan sediaan gel anti acne dengan hasil positif mengandung asam salisilat dan dilakukan penetapan kadar. Sedangkan sampel B (cream antibakteri & antijamur) dan sampel C (cream foundation), tidak mengandung asam salisilat. Persamaan regresi linier standar asam salisilat Y=0,0114X+0,0911 dengan nilai linieritas R=0,9963 dan LOD 5,186 ppm serta LOQ 15,714 ppm. Hasil penetapan kadar asam salisilat dalam sampel A yaitu 1,24 ± 0,06 % (b/b). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kadar asam salisilat dalam sampel A memenuhi persyaratan Peraturan Kepala Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia dan the Chinese Hygienic Standard, yaitu tidak lebih dari 2%

    This study entitled "Analysis of Organizational Culture Influence on Employee Performance PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Pontianak". This study aims to determine the description of the organizational culture and the employee performance, and the cultural influences on the performance of employees of PT. Pos Indonesia. Forms are used in the research is descriptive research. Techniques of data collection in this study is using questionnaires, interview and literature study. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to analyze the effect of the independent variables which is organizational culture and the dependent variable that is employee performance. Based on the results of the study, concluded that the overall organizational culture and employee performance PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Pontianak be in good category. From the analysis of multiple linear regression, partial nor simultaneously organizational culture had no effect on performance.
