REGULATION OF INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN BIOLOGICAL AND ADOPTED CHILDREN IN FOSTER FAMILIES

During the last five years in the Russian Federation the number of children returned from foster families to state social services has been growing. One of the reasons for the return is a violation of interpersonal communications between biological and adopted children. The leading effect of fluid inertia on the motion of rigid bodies at low Reynolds number

We investigate the influence of fluid inertia on the motion of a finite assemblage of solid spherical particles in slowly changing uniform flow at small Reynolds number, Re, and moderate Strouhal number, Sl. We show that the first effect of fluid inertia on particle velocities for times much larger than the viscous time scales as rootSl Re given that the Stokeslet associated with the disturbance flow field changes with time. Our theory predicts that the correction to the particle motion from that predicted by the zero-Re theory has the form of a Basset integral. As a particular example, we calculate the Basset integral for the case of two unequal particles approaching (receding) with a constant velocity along the line of their centres. On the other hand, when the Stokeslet strength is independent of time, the first effect of fluid inertia reduces to a higher order of magnitude and scales as Re. This condition is fulfilled, for example, in the classical problem of sedimentation of particles in a constant gravity field

FOSTER FAMILY: WORLD TENDENCIES AND NATIONAL TRADITIONS

The author considers experience in organization and activities of foster families in Germany, USA, Italy and Russia. The emphasis is placed on the global tendency to return children temporarily transferred to foster families to their biological parents. Scientific approaches and technologies of preserving the relationship between a child and his or her biological parents are identified. The author presents methods and technologies of finding and teaching foster families. National specificity of social and pedagogical support of an adopted child is presented. 

THE SOCIOCULTURAL STANDARDS OF UPBRINGING CHILDREN IN THE SIBERIAN ORPHANAGES

The article shows the formation and development of socio-cultural standards of upbringing children in orphanages in Siberia (on the example of Novosibirsk). It is established, that at the opening of the first orphanages such traditions as democratism, educational orientation, multiculturalism and the spiritual-moral direction of contents of education were established. During the historical development of the country and the city, the sociocultural landmarks have been changing, but their essential characteristic remained unchanged

The article describes the pedagogical essence of the concept  of «extraction». The author shows the features of the mechanism of extraction in the purposeful pedagogical process. Specifi city of extraction of the social consciousness of children-orphans and children left without parental care is determined. Means of realization of the mechanism of extraction of the child’ social consciousness in a foster family are described. It is proved that the extraction of an orphan’s identity is carried out through the organization of life and understanding the family identity
