CLONOGENIC STROMAL CELLS - FORERUNNERS OF HEMATOPOIETIC AND LYMPHOID TISSUE

    No full text
The work covers the cells forming the stromal colonies in the cultures of the hematopoietic and lymphoid tissue. The aim is to determine the cellular type and to characterize the stromal colony-forming cells being responsible for formation of the microencircling in the hemopoiesis and immunity organs, to develop the model for study of the stromal cells of this category. The cellular type and clonogenic properties of the colony-forming stromal cells have been determined. The characteristic complex (syntheses, receptors, markers, adhesiveness, phagocytic activity, radiosensitiveness, migration ability a.o.) has been studied. The model for study of the clonogenic stromal forerunners has been developed. The investigation methods and model for quantitative taking stromal cell-forerunners into consideration and also for study of the exo- and endogenic origin factors influencing directly or indirectly on them through the hematopoeitic and lymphoid cells have been developed.
