    Development of Tools of the X-Ray Collimator (Dev-X)

    Background: Technological developments, especially in the field of radiology, is growing rapidly. The radiology quality assurance system has also developed, one of which is the Collimator Test Tools. The method of testing x-ray beams using this tool has also been developed, such as using film and using IP. However, the development of this method has a drawback, namely that the examiner is required to have special skills in image post-processing. The development of Collimator Test Tools by utilizing the nature of x-rays which causes certain substances such as calcium tungstate or zinc sulfide to glow light (luminance) has been done a lot, but there is no study of these products. Therefore, the researcher wants to develop a product by designing a Collimator test tool based on digital image analysis technology (Dev-X) and a digital camera with Android-based calculations on a wirelessly connected smartphone as an update of the testing method. Objective: To create a collimator test tool for x-ray machines based on digital image analysis technology (Dev-X). Methods: This is a research experiment with a posttest group only design type. Research Location at the Radiology Laboratory of the Radiodiagnostic and Radiotherapy Engineering Academy (ATRO) Bali. Result: Functional Test of Dev-X Products (hardware and software), all components function properly. However, it cannot be assessed significantly from statistical results. Conclusion: The creation and proper functioning of hardware and software tools collimator test tool Dev-Xon android smartphone and show the calculation results of the x-ray beam automatically.

    The Use of “Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobakteri” on Rice Field Seed Cigeulis and Situbagendit Variety on Growth and Outcome. Rice plant is a very important food crop which is the staple food of more than half of the world's population.  Rice plants as a rice producers contain nutrients for the human body needs.  Rice cultivation affects the availability of nutrients. PGPR is bacteria which has potentiality to forming colonies around the roots to help provide nutrients for plants, facilitate nutrients absorption for plants, and improving the plants’ production. Rhizobakteri is bacteria in rhizosfer which aggressively forming plants’ roots, and give benefits for plants by spur growth. The aimed of this study is to find out the potentiality of  PGPR in improving growth and results of rice production. The experimental design that used was randomized block design, with 4 treatments.     Analisis Hasil Tangkapan Per Upaya Penangkapan Dan Pola Musim Penangkapan Sumberdaya Ikan Kakap Merah (Lutjanus SP.) Yang Didaratkan Di Ppn Brondong, Lamongan, Jawa Timur

    Kakap Merah (Lutjanus sp.) merupakan komoditas ekspor yang memiliki harga rata-rata tertinggi dibandingkan ikan lainnya di PPN Brondong. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hasil tangkapan per upaya penangkapan sumberdaya Kakap Merah yang didaratkan di PPN Brondong dan menganalisis pola musim penangkapan sumberdaya ikan Kakap Merah yang didaratkan di PPN Brondong. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey dan deskriptif. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 90 orang responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil tangkapan per upaya penangkapan adalah analisis CPUE dan standarisasi alat tangkap sedangkan untuk mengetahui pola musim penangkapan digunakan metode rata-rata bergerak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Hasil tangkapan per upaya penangkapan atau CPUE (Catch Per Unit Effort) sumberdaya Kakap merah yang didaratkan di PPN Brondong tahun 2008-2014 berfluktuasi dan cenderung mengalami penurunan dengan nilai rata-rata CPUE sebesar 3511,40 kg/trip/tahun. Berdasarkan nilai IMP diketahui bahwa musim puncak penangkapan Kakap merah terjadi pada bulan November. The method in this research was survey and descriptive method. The sampling method was purposive sampling with 90 respondent. Data Analysis to know Catch Per Unit Effort used CPUE analysis and fishing gear standaritation method, while data analysis to know fishing season pattern used moving average method. The result showed that Catch Per Unit Effort of red snapper resources landed in Brondong Archipelagic Fishing Port, Lamongan have fluctuation and inclined to be down.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim psikologis dan kualitas pelayanan pada perawat instalasi rawat inap RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. Kualitas pelayanan merupakan perilaku perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien sesuai dengan standar dan ukuran yang berlaku untuk memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan pasien sesuai dengan ilmu pengetahuan, keterampilan dan peralatan yang memenuhi standar. Iklim psikologis merupakan persepsi individu terhadap lingkungan organisasi meliputi lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan, tim kerja dan peran serta karakteristik pekerjaan yang mampu mempengaruhi perilaku individu organisasi. Teknik Sampling menggunakan simple random sampling dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 75 perawat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Iklim Psikologis yang terdiri dari 48 aitem (α= 0,962) dan Skala Kualitas Pelayanan yang terdiri dari 34 aitem (α= 0,932). Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi sederhana dengan hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,617 dan p= 0,00. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan peneliti yaitu, terdapat hubungan positif antara iklim psikologis dan kualitas pelayanan dapat diterima. Semakin positif iklim psikologis yang dimiliki perawat, maka semakin baik pula kualitas pelayanan yang akan diberikan. Sumbangan efektif iklim psikologis terhadap kualitas pelayanan sebesar 38,1% sedangkan 61,9% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diungkapkan penelitian ini

    Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a medical imaging technique that combines magnetic fields and radio waves to create images and analysis of body tissue, blood circulation and metabolic function of the body. Some indications for MRI brain include detecting and identifying cases such as multiple sclerosis, infarction, hemorrhage, infection, trauma, and tumor or metastatic disease. Hemorrhagic stroke is bleeding that occurs when the blood vessels leading to the brain leak. Hemorrhagic stroke occurs when blood comes out of a blood vessel due to tearing of the blood vessel wall. Blood vessel walls can be weakened by the process of atherosclerosis and can also be due to congenital defects. The research method used was qualitative research. With a case study type of research. Data collection was carried out from July 2023 to August 2023 using a 3 Tesla MRI aircraft. The patient samples used in this study were three patients with complaints in the head. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The MRI brain examination procedure in hemorrhagic stroke cases at one of the hospitals in Jakarta uses the Plain localizer axial, sagittal and coronal sequence, T1_fl2_axial, T2_tse_darkfluid_axial, T2_tse_axial, ep2d_diff_4scan_trace, asl_3d_axial, tof_cs_carotids, flow_pc3d_MRV, tof_brain_MRA, T2_swi_axial. In this case, there is a different sequence used, namely T2_swi_axial.     Magnetic Resonance   Imaging  (MRI)  is  a  medical  diagnostic  imaging  technique  that  works  on  the  principle  of  nuclear  magnetic  resonance.    MRI  aircraft  can  produce  internal  diagnostic  images  of human  needs  both  in sagittal, coronal,  and transverse  cuts  by not using  ionizing  radiation  (X-rays)  and also  not  using     radioactive  substances  but  based  on  the  principle of magnetic  resonance of hydrogen  atomic  nuclei   to reveal  anatomically  and  pathologically  to  establish  clinical  diagnoses,  one    of     which  is  Intraosseus  hemangioma  in  the  wrist  joint.  Intraosseous  hemangioma  is  classified  as   a   benign  tumor  of  a  vascular  nature.  The  use of dixon  sequences  is  proposed  for the assessment of   the  water  content    of   metaphysical  bone  marrow,  with  a  short  scan  time.    Dixon  sequence  imaging  can  be  used for suppression of fat in the  extremities,  but  also  for  quantification  of  fat  in  bones.     Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a diagnostic examination modality in medical science using a magnetic field without using X-rays. MRI has the advantage of being able to create images and showing clearer and more sensitive anatomical differences in soft tissues in the body such as the extremities, brain, bone marrow and musculoskeletal to establish a clinical diagnosis, one of which is Supraspinatus Injury to the Shoulder. Supraspinatus is a tear or rupture of the tendon of the supraspinatus muscle. The supraspinatus is part of the shoulder rotator cuff. Most of the time, it is accompanied by another rotator cuff muscle tear. This can occur due to trauma or repeated microtrauma and appears as a partial or full thickness tear. The rotator cuff is a fibrous connective tissue that surrounds the top of the humerus bone and functions to maintain the stability of the glenohumeral joint by pulling the humerus towards the scapula. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research with an observational approach. Data collection was carried out from 08 August 2023 to 07 September 2023 using the Mri Philips Achieva 1.5 Hestia aircraft.
