    Pengaruh Subtitusi Ampas Tahu pada Pakan BR2 terhadap Berat Hidup, Berat Potong, Berat Dada dan Berat Paha Ayam Broiler

    This study aims to determine the effect of tofu dregs substitution in BR2 feed on live weight, cut weight, breast weight and thigh weight for broiler chickens. This research was carried out in Poultry Housing of Animal Husbandry Study Program and the Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty, Timor University during 48 days, from July until August, 2020. This research used 96 broilers that is days old chick. The experimental design used the completely randomized design (CRD) consist of four treatments and four replication. The treatment that given is: P0 (100% commercial BR2 feed), P1 (95% commercial BR2 feed + tofu waste 5%), P2 (90% commercial BR2 feed + tofu waste 10%), and P3 (85% commercial BR2 feed + tofu waste 15%). The observed variables are live weight, cut weight, percentage of cut weight, breast weight, percentage of breast weight, thigh weight and percentage of thigh weight. The results of statistical analysis show that substitution of tofu waste in BR2 feed from a level of 0.05% to a level 0,10% can increase breast weight, but had no effect on live weight, cut weight and thigh weight of broiler chickens. It was eliminated that tofu pulp can be used to replace BR2 feed by 10%.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh subtitusi ampas tahu pada pakan BR2 terhadap berat hidup, berat potong, berat dada dan berat paha ayam broiler. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kandang Ternak Unggas Program Studi Peternakan dan Laboratorium Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Timor, Kefamenanu selama 42 hari, sejak bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan 96 ekor ayam broiler umur sehari (Day Old Chick). Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola searah, terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah P0(100% pakan BR2 komersial), P1(95% pakan BR2 komersial + ampas tahu 5%), P2(90% pakan BR2 komersial + ampas tahu 10%) dan P3 (85% pakan BR2 komersial + ampas tahu 15%). Variabel yang diamati adalah berat hidup, berat potong, persentase berat potong, berat dada, persentase berat dada, berat paha dan persentase berat paha. Analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa subtitusi ampas tahu dalam pakan BR2 dari level 0,5% sampai dengan level 15 % berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap berat hidup, berat potong, berat dada dan berat paha ayam broiler. Disimpulkan bahwa ampas tahu dapat digunakan untuk menggantikan pakan BR2 sebesar 15%

    ABSTRAK Fotografi semakin banyak diminati oleh masyarakat yang berkembang menjadi kebutuhan dalam mendokumentasikan berbagai evet atau peristiwa, baik untuk kebutuhan pemerintah, perusahan, maupun pribadi atau keluarga. Masyarakat selalu ingin memilih fotografi dengan kualitas yang bagus. Namun, karena kurangnya informasi disertai banyaknya jasa fotografi yang beredar, sering kali membuat masyarkat kesulitan untuk menentukan jasa fotografi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka perlu adanya suatu metode yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengambilan keputusan secara tepat bagi para pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam penentuan jasa fotografi dengan cara membandingkan antara jasa fotografi yang satu dengan yang lain. Adapun kriteria yang menjadi pertimbangan yaitu Profesionalitas, Teknologi, Lokasi Pengambilan Gambar, Pelayanan, Kapasitas, Waktu Kerja, Budget, dan Paket dengan alternatif pilihan berupa jasa fotografi Opa, Caldera, Kanjeng, Timor Art, Jess, dan Nakama. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 orang masyarakat Di Kota Kefamenanu. Data diolah menggunakan metode AHP untuk menghasilkan urutan rangking yang lebih konsisten dari kriteria. Dari hasil menggunakan metode AHP didapatkan bahwa Profesionalitas menjadi prioritas pertama pilihan responden, disusul oleh Teknologi, Lokasi Pengambilan Gambar, Pelayana, Kapasitas, Waktu Kerja, Budget dan prioritas terakhir adalah Paket. Sedangkan urutan prioritas alternatif, dimana Opa  menjadi prioritas pertama, disusul oleh Caldera, Kanjeng, Timor Art, Jess dan Nakama menjadi prioritas terakhir. &nbsp

    We consider a spherically symmetric distribution of dust and show that it is possible, under general physically reasonable conditions, for an overdensity to evolve to an underdensity (and vice versa). We find the conditions under which this occurs and illustrate it on a class of regular Lemaitre-Tolman-Bondi solutions. The existence of this phenomenon, if verified, would have the result that the topology of density contours, assumed fixed in standard structure formation theories, would have to change and that luminous matter would not trace the dark matter distribution so well.Comment: LaTeX, 17 pages, 4 figures.     A description of interventions promoting healthier ready-to-eat meals (to eat in, to take away, or to be delivered) sold by specific food outlets in England: a systematic mapping and evidence synthesis

    Abstract Background Ready-to-eat meals (to eat in, to take away or to be delivered) sold by food outlets are often more energy dense and nutrient poor compared with meals prepared at home, making them a reasonable target for public health intervention. The aim of the research presented in this paper was to systematically identify and describe interventions to promote healthier ready-to-eat meals (to eat in, to take away, or to be delivered) sold by specific food outlets in England. Methods A systematic search and sift of the literature, followed by evidence mapping of relevant interventions, was conducted. Food outlets were included if they were located in England, were openly accessible to the public and, as their main business, sold ready-to-eat meals. Academic databases and grey literature were searched. Also, local authorities in England, topic experts, and key health professionals and workers were contacted. Two tiers of evidence synthesis took place: type, content and delivery of each intervention were summarised (Tier 1) and for those interventions that had been evaluated, a narrative synthesis was conducted (Tier 2). Results A total of 75 interventions were identified, the most popular being awards. Businesses were more likely to engage with cost neutral interventions which offered imperceptible changes to price, palatability and portion size. Few interventions involved working upstream with suppliers of food, the generation of customer demand, the exploration of competition effects, and/or reducing portion sizes. Evaluations of interventions were generally limited in scope and of low methodological quality, and many were simple assessments of acceptability. Conclusions Many interventions promoting healthier ready-to-eat meals (to eat in, to take away, or to be delivered) sold by specific food outlets in England are taking place; award-type interventions are the most common. Proprietors of food outlets in England that, as their main business, sell ready-to-eat meals, can be engaged in implementing interventions to promote healthier ready-to-eat-food. These proprietors are generally positive about such interventions, particularly when they are cost neutral and use a health by stealth approach
