Patient Satisfaction: the Importance of Its Measurement in Improving the Quality of Care and Services in a Public Paediatrics Department
Patient satisfaction is crucial to healthcare quality since it represents how far the delivered care and services meet the subjective and objective needs and requirements of the patient. Our study aimed to conduct a survey in order to describe factors which influence patient satisfaction about the conditions of access to a public paediatrics department. The survey consisted in asking 44 questions to a sample of 105 outpatients. Statistical analysis showed that dissatisfaction was mainly associated with waiting time and the waiting room. The Multiple Factor Analysis helped defining different patients’ profiles and several actions were implemented. Machine learning algorithms for forecasting and categorizing euro-to-dollar exchange rates
Forecasting changes in foreign exchange rates is a well-explored and widely recognized area within finance. Numerous research endeavors have delved into the utilization of methods in machine learning to analyze and predict movements in the foreign exchange market. This work employed several machine-learning techniques such as Adaboost, logistic regression, gradient boosting, random forest classifier, bagging, Gaussian naĂŻve Bayes, extreme gradient boosting classifier, decision tree classifier, and our approach (we have combined three models: logistic regression, random forest classifier, and Gaussian naive Bayes). Our objective is to predict the most advantageous times for purchasing and selling the euro about the dollar. We integrated a range of technical indicators into the training dataset to enhance the precision of our techniques and strategy. The outcomes of our experiment demonstrate that our approach outperforms alternative methods, achieving superior prediction performance. Our methodology yielded an accuracy of 0.948. This study will empower investors to make informed decisions about their future EUR/USD transactions, helping them identify the most advantageous times to buy and sell within the market
Predicting market performance using machine and deep learning techniques
Today, forecasting the stock market has been one of the most challenging issues for the “artificial intelligence” AI research community. Stock market investment methods are sophisticated and rely on analyzing massive volumes of data. In recent years, machine-learning techniques have come under increasing scrutiny to assess and improve market predictions over traditional approaches. The observation in time is due to their dependence. Their predictions are crucial tasks in data mining and have attracted great interest and considerable effort over the past decades. Tackling this challenge remains difficult due to the inherent characteristics of time series data, including its high dimensionality, large volume of data, and constant updates. Exploration of Machine Learning and Deep Learning methods undertaken to enhance the effectiveness of conventional approaches. In this document, we aim precisely to forecast the performance of the stock market at the close of the day by applying various machine-learning algorithms on the two data sets “CoinMarketCap, CryptoCurrency” and thus analyze the predictions of the architectures
Situation de la pêche aux petits métiers après l'ouverture du nouveau chenal dans la lagune de Nador
Artisanal fishing is the main socioeconomic activity in Nador lagoon, located on the Mediterranean coast in the North East of Morocco. This activity is not part of the official circuit. In 2009, after the deterioration of water quality, public authorities have decided to open an artificial channel with the aim of improving the circulation of water in the lagoon. This work aims to be an update of the state of knowledge of artisanal fishing in the Nador lagoon, after the opening of the new channel, through a diagnosis based on the exploitation and analysis of socioeconomic indicators. The analysis shows that fishermen operate with six jobs. The annual fishing effort is estimated at 72,385 fishing trips. The overall catch is estimated at 1,157 tons annually for a raw product of 28,180,146 MAD. The economic analysis shows that invested capital is 20,723,000 MAD. For a number of 15.4 fishing trips per month, the monthly net profit per boat is 2,465 MAD. The added value produced by all boats is about 6.3 million MAD.

Evolution Temporelle Et Spatiale De La Macroflore Benthique De L’ecosysteme Lagunaire De Nador
The objective of the present study undertaken in 2011is to evaluate the status of the benthic macroflora of the Nador lagoon after the management works carried out in 2009 to improve the lagoon environmental quality. Relying on a previous study carried out in 1987, the results of analysis in 2011 showed that the lagoon seabed macroflora recorded a marked decline and an overall change in its distribution and specific composition. The marine Phanerogams, represented by Cymodocea and Zostera, in association with Caulerpa, which were the main vegetationin 1987, were replaced by a macroflora highly dominated by macroalgae (64.3% of the total area), essentially represented by Rhodophyceae (58% of total area). In 2011, the genus Alsidiumwas the main representative in the macroflora(55% of total area),while the genus Caulerpa, and Phanerogamssaw their area of occurrence regress to 25.6% and 18% respectively
Association rules forecasting for the foreign exchange market
Several association rule mining algorithms exist, and among them, Apriori is one of the most commonly used methods for extracting frequent item sets from vast databases and generating association rules to gain insights. In this research, we have applied a data mining technique to implement association rules and explore frequent item sets. Our study introduced a model that employs association rules to uncover associations between the foreign exchange market, the gold commodity, and the National Association of Securities Dealers automated quotations (NASDAQ). We suggested a method that used data mining to identify the good points of buying and selling in the foreign exchange market by utilizing technical indicators such as moving average convergence divergence (MACD) and the stochastic indicator to create association rules. The experimental findings indicate that the proposed model successfully generates strong association rules
GENERIC QUALITY STANDARDS VS. SPECIFIC QUALITY STANDARDS: THE CASE OF HIGHER EDUCATION
Quality as a new requirement for the field of higher education leads institutions to seek to satisfy generic or specific quality standards imposed directly or indirectly by its customers. The aim of this study is to compare between ISO9001, as a generic quality standard, and the Code of Practice of the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA), as a specific quality standard. A correlation matrix is drawn and correlation rates are calculated to show similarities and differences between them. This paper shows, first, that ISO9001 and QAA Code of Practice are compatible. Second, implementing a quality management system in accordance with ISO9001 requirements can constitute an adequate framework for the application of the QAA Code of Practice requirements. Third, to make the ISO9001 requirements closer to a specific quality standard in the field of higher education, it is recommended to complete these standards by specific requirements to the field of higher education
