    Content of biologically active substances in sweet cherry fruits at different stages of fruit development in the conditions of the living mulch

    Received: August 19th, 2022 ; Accepted: October 7th, 2022 ; Published: October 19th, 2022 ; Correspondence: [email protected]Сontent of soluble solids, sugars, titrated acids, ascorbate, glutathione, phenolic substances, anthocyanins, total reducing activity of fruits tissues in sweet cherry fruits studied at different stages of fruit development during 2018 and 2019 in an organic sweet cherry orchard (Prunus avium L. / Prunus mahaleb) in the Southern Steppe of Ukraine. The aim of the research was to determine how the living much conditions (compared to bare fallow) affect the content of biologically active substances in sweet cherry fruits at different stages of ripening. It was determined that the fruits of sweet cherry accumulated significantly more ascorbate, phenolic substances and anthocyanins in the conditions of living mulch (compared to the fruits of the trees on bare fallow). So, at the stage of picking ripeness, the content of ascorbate in sweet cherry fruits in the conditions of living mulch was 29 and 22% more compared to bare fallow (respectively, in 2018 and 2019), phenolic substances - by 47 and 23%, anthocyanins - by 36 and 26%. The revealed regularities can be explained by stressful conditions of competition with natural herbs, which activate the synthesis of anti-stress, antioxidant biologically active substances in plant tissues (including fruits). Since it is the antioxidants of the fruits that have a physiological value for humans, it can be stated that the fruits grown in the conditions of living mulch have a higher therapeutic and preventive value than the fruits grown on bare fallow

    Improving the environmental production of electrodes for solar panels

    Biodegradable aminosiloxanes have been synthesized by the interaction of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane with monoethanolamine in the presence of a binary antioxidant and an alkali metal alcoholate. The synthesized compounds were used to develop flux compositions for tinning copper wire and producing electrodes for solar panels. The wetting ability, fluxing activity and biodegradability of the flux were investigated. The possibility of using a flux for hot tinning of copper wire is shown, which makes it possible to increase the environmental friendliness of the production of electrodes for solar panels

    Synthesis and research of polyfunctional silylureas used in electric deposition of tin-indium alloy

    Polyfunctional silylureas were synthesized by the interaction of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane with isocyanates of various structures in an inert aromatic solvent. Commercially available diisocyanates such as isophorone diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate, 2,4-toluene diisocyanate were used as isocyanates. In this case, freshly distilled toluene was used as a solvent. The structures of the obtained compounds were confirmed by the data of IR and NMR1H spectroscopy. Using the synthesized compounds, formulations of compositions for electrodeposition of a tin-indium alloy on a copper wire were developed. The possibility of using silylureas of various structures as effective surfactants used in the electrodeposition of the tin-indium alloy is shown. The operational characteristics of the obtained wire were investigated, including the wire diameter, coating thickness, tensile strength, electrical resistance, and direct current electrical resistivity

    Bovine Leukemia Virus (BLV) isolates genetic analysis in perinatally infected cattle at young age

    The purpose of the research is to identify perinatal infection in the dynamics, and assess the number and genetic status of bovine leukemia proviruses isolated from young animals, and correlations between some indicators of the infectious process based on gene diagnostics methods.Materials and methods. We used the material from cattle of different age groups: 1, calves (30–40 minutes after birth before colostrum and 15 to 45 days); and 2, heifers (not older than two years). Radial immunodiffusion (RID), real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and phylogenetic analysis were used. Results and discussion. An assessment is given for perinatal infection of the young cattle. The detection rate of the infection in the calves was 4.15% (PCR) and 1.09% (RID); and 1.1% (PCR) and 0.88% (RID) in the heifers. A 36-fold decrease of the infection was found in positive dynamics (2013–2022) from 14.5 to 0.4% with passing through 0% (2020) and being at the level of 0% (2022). The proviral load ranged from 2.02 × 104 to 8.38 × 106 GE/mL in the blood of the examined animals. The BLV isolates obtained were shown to belong to two genotypes, GIV and GVII (env), and clade 1 (pol). We assessed an overestimation of the number of the proviruses by a factor of three in the animals under two years of age (3.83 × 106GE/mL) relative to that in the 1-month-old calves (1.3 × 106 GE/mL), and by a factor of nine for GIV relative to GVII. It is important to develop gene diagnostics algorithms to increase the effectiveness of routine tools to prevent the spread of this retrovirus infection in young animals at an early stage, which is confirmed by a decrease to 0% of detected retrovirus infection in young animals over time. The provirus number was higher in the heifers than the calves; the proviral load level was higher in the multiparous dairy cows than the nulliparous animals, and quantitative indicators were higher in the animals’ blood with the GIV genotype relative to those with the GVII genetic variant of the BLV

    The development prospects of the mining industry are closely related to the state and development of modern mining machinery and equipment that meet the technical and quality requirements of mining enterprises. Enterprises are focused on a quantitative assessment – the volume of mineral extraction, depending on the functioning efficiency of a promising series of mining machines, which include modern mining excavators. Downtime and unplanned shutdowns of mining excavators directly depend on the operating conditions of the mining machine, which has negative influence on the machine as a whole and its technical condition, which entails a decrease in the efficiency of using expensive mining equipment and economic losses of the mining enterprise. The rationale for external factors that affect the operating time and technical condition of mining excavators is given. For a more detailed assessment of the influence of external influences on the efficiency of operation of mining machines, the influencing factors are divided into two groups: ergatic, directly related to human participation, and factors of a natural-technogenic nature, where human participation is minimized. It was revealed that factors of a natural-technogenic nature have the greatest influence. An algorithm is proposed for a comprehensive assessment of the technical condition and forecasting of operating time both in nominal and in real operating conditions, taking into account factors of a natural and technogenic nature. It is proposed, based on the developed program for planning and evaluating the life of a mining excavator, to adjust the schedules for maintenance and repair (MOT and R) in order to minimize the number of unplanned downtime of a mining excavator and maintain it in good condition

    Nowadays in medical departments, the main problem is to keep big amount of information and create logical connections between them to increase efficiency of medical personal. You need to store different amount of information in different columns and sometimes create new one, but without developer, it is a problem, because you need to edit structure of database.To prevent this problem developers using software package that helps them to modify database schema. Moreover, the same tool medical personal could use as well.First of all we need to understand what exactly you working with, what type of information will be worked on, also ensure on simple examples (the way it could be easy) what needs to be done. Next step consist of algorithm structure and base structure, it is the main part of development.Packages that you need could be an assembly of several languages for example: C#, SQL, Python. Any type of connection that focused on this, called «NoSQL»Main difference: NoSQL gives you more abilities than simple SQL, by using combination of languages that focused on result and efficiency.Instead of most NoSQL databases it offers a concept of «eventual consistency» in which database changes are propagated to all nodes «eventually» (typically within milliseconds) so queries for data might not return updated data immediately or might result in reading data that is not accurate, a problem known as stale reads. Additionally, some NoSQL systems may exhibit lost writes and other forms of data loss. Fortunately, some NoSQL systems provide concepts such as write-ahead logging to avoid data loss. For distributed transaction processing across multiple databases, data consistency is an even bigger challenge that is difficult for both NoSQL and relational databases. Even current relational databases do not allow referential integrity constraints to span databases. There are few systems that maintain both ACID transactions and XI Open XA standards for distributed transaction processing.В статье рассмотрены проблемы разработки баз данных для медицинских учреждений в Украине и средства их решения. Основным условием такой разработки является возможность создания единого реестра для медицинских учреждений Украины для дальнейшего его внедрения, использования и анализа результатов применения. Представлен комплекс средств, которые рекомендуется применять разработчикам программного обеспечения для повышения эффективности работы персонала учреждения, на примере НДСБ «ОХМАТДЕТ». Описываются подходы, позволяющие разработчику хранить больше данных и образовывать между ними логические связи для предоставления пользователю большей свободы действий и возможностей при работе с базой данных.В статті розглянуто проблеми розроблення баз даних для медичних установ в Україні та засоби їх вирішення. Основною умовою такого розроблення є можливість створення єдиного реєстру для медичних установ України для подальшого його впровадження, використання та аналізу результатів застосування. Представлено комплекс засобів, що рекомендовано вживати розробникам програмного забезпечення для покращення ефективності роботи персоналу установи, на прикладі НДСЛ «ОХМАТДИТ». Описуються підходи, що дозволяють розробнику зберігати більше даних та утворювати між ними логічні зв'язки для надання користувачу більшої свободи дій і можливостей при роботі з базою даних
