Features of cholinergic cardia regulation under conditions of hypokinesia
The features of cholinergic processes in the heart on the 4th, 8th, 16th and 30th days of hypokinesia were studied in experiments on 382 albino rats. It was shown that hypokinesia is attended by increased acetylcholine content in the atria, reduced choline acetyltransferase activity in the atria and ventricles and by increased activity of acetylcholinesterase in the ventricles and of pseudocholinesterase in both parts of the heart. The sensitivity of the heart to exogenic acetylcholine and to stimulation of the vagus nerve increases
Business Education, Institute of Business, and Entrepreneurship in Modern Russia
The authors have revealed the interrelation of business education, institute of business, and entrepreneurship in modern Russia. The authors’ analysis of motivation for business schools’ prospective students has allowed reveal this motivation’s components, factors, stipulating the motivation, and the desire of business schools’ students to start the entrepreneurship. On the basis of theoretical and practical study the authors have justified practical recommendations aimed at enhancing of the business schools’ attractiveness for potential consumers
The problem of stigmatization of HIV-infected patients by the medical workers: literature review
The presented article reveals the acute problem of the presence of stigmatization of HIV-infected patients by medical workers. HIV is a socially significant infection and it adversely affects all areas of an infected person's life. Therefore, combating its spread requires an interdisciplinary approach. At this stage in the history of the disease in question, the level of development of medicine allows HIV-positive people to live without the effect of an ailment on their physical health. The main difficulty now is the prevalence of prejudices about people living with HIV. These errors lead to the development of fear, avoidance and isolation of such people. As a result, HIV-positive people often encounter discrimination, which leads to the development of a sense of shame, self-infliction and a general depressive mood. Thus, the foregoing can lead to the development of indifference, both to oneself and to the possibility of infecting other people, which impedes the prevention of the spread of HIV/AlDS. By 2017, the basic prerequisites for the disappearance of stigma in the form of new bills, government decrees, the work of AIDS centers were created. In our opinion, the most noticeable changes should appear in the environment of medical workers who simply need to own such information. Having studied this problem, it will be possible to evaluate the effectiveness of the work done and outline further ways to combat the stigmatization of people living with HlV, not only in the professional environment of medical workers, but also among the general population
Investment behaviour of machine-building enterprises and the capital cost
The formation of an effective financial and investment model of engineering production requires the organization of capital cost management. This article is intended to consider the extent to which the features of the investment behaviour of Russian engineering enterprises affect the cost of capital. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd
Establishment of educational electronic publications as one of the strategic directions of improving the quality of training graduates
The quality of training depends on the excellence of educational material, its presentation and organization of educational process. In the traditional scheme of education face many challenges with a constantly increasing flow of information, complexity of knowledge, lack of illustrative material. The introduction of the computer in the learning process makes it possible to create a rich background and illustrative material in the most diverse form
Analysis of Synovial Fluid for Study of Diseases of Joints Using the Method of Raman Spectroscopy
This paper presents the results of experimental studies using the synovial fluid Raman spectroscopy method, which was obtained from the joint cavity during the operation. By analyzing the composition of the synovial fluid, it was found that with the development of the degenerative-dystrophic process in the synovial fluid of the affected joint, the total number of components at wave numbers: 1155 cm-1 (Hyaluronic acid (C-O, C-C)) and 1250 cm-1 (Amide III). The introduced optical coefficients allow estimating the synovial fluid in osteoarthritis and further this method of Raman spectroscopy can become a new diagnostic screening for the detection of articular pathology.

The Boltzmann equation for colourless plasmons in hot QCD plasma. Semiclassical approximation
Within the framework of the semiclassical approximation, we derive the
Boltzmann equation describing the dynamics of colorless plasmons in a hot QCD
plasma. The probability of the plasmon-plasmon scattering at the leading order
in the coupling constant is obtained. This probability is gauge-independent at
least in the class of the covariant and temporal gauges. It is noted that the
structure of the scattering kernel possesses important qualitative difference
from the corresponding one in the Abelian plasma, in spite of the fact that we
focused our study on the colorless soft excitations. It is shown that
four-plasmon decay is suppressed by the power of relative to the process of
nonlinear scattering of plasmons by thermal particles at the soft momentum
scale. It is stated that the former process becomes important in going to the
ultrasoft region of the momentum scale.Comment: 41, LaTeX, minor changes, identical to published versio
EFFECT OF TRANSPLANTATION OF IMMUNOCOMPETENT CELLS TREATED WITH CAFFEINE ON THE PARAMETERS OF THE NERVOUS SYSTEM FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITY
It was demonstrated that in vitro treatment with caffeine splenocytes of mice (CBAxC57Bl / 6) F1 with a passive type of behavior in «open field» modifies the functional activity of these cells, manifested in changes in spontaneous and induced cytokine production; the intravenous injection of these cells is accompanied by modulation of the parameters of the motor and exploratory activity of recipients, the nature of which depends on the dose of caffeine. At the same time were shown some changes in the synthesis of cytokines by brain cells of mice-recipients. Possible mechanisms for modulating effect of transplanted immune cells on recipient's behavior were discussed
CONTAMINATION OF PHYTOGENIC FOODS WITH PATHOGENIC AND OPPORTUNISTIC ENTEROBACTERIA
Studying contamination of vegetables and fruit pathogenic and opportunistic enterobacteria was conducted. It is shown that in washouts from a surface of fruits and greens often enough there are representatives of investigated. group. At the same time, the bacteriological analysis of superficially processed fruits has revealed occurrence Enterobacteriaceae in vegetative fabrics where they exist in quality endophytic microorganisms. The received, results proved possibility of preservation of pathogenic and. is conditional-pathogenic bacteria in vegetative fabrics after sanitary processing that testifies that the products of a phytogenesis used. in food without thermal processing can be a source of an infection of the person
