MOTIVATIONAL MECHANISMS OF ROSACEA TIDES: Part I
The subject of the study – rosacea tides. The aim of the study was to find out the triggering role of sexual motivations in the development of rosacea tides. These data indicate the role of sexual motivation as a vital need and in case of failure of a number of necessary mechanisms for its implementation there are disorders in the leading centers of regulation of homeostasis, the earliest - in the hemodynamic center, which becomes one of the triggers of labile vascular response. in the centers of the brain and in the microcirculatory tract of the skin.Keywords: rosacea tides, sexual motivation, vascular reactions
The main factors and prospects for the restoration of biodiversity in technogenic territories (on the example of the Poltava Mining and Processing Plant)
Mining activities radically change natural ecosystems, the recovery of which is not possible without the restoration of native or transformed communities of autotrophic and heterotrophic organisms. In order to analyze the success of biodiversity restoration using unified methods, an inventory of higher plant flora and avifauna species in the technogenic territories of the Poltava Mining and Processing Plant was carried out. The dominant species identified in mining dumps, tailings, bypass and drainage canals, urban wastewater treatment and bioengineering facilities and on the PMP territory have been studied in detail. The studies were carried out in the spring-summer period of 2021–2022. The avifauna includes 140 species belonging to 18 orders and 45 families (Passeriformes predominate – 62.0%). 103 species nest on the PMP territory, 32 nomadic and 5 transient species are also registered. The nesting avifauna is dominated by representatives of both native nemoral (16.0%, n = 103) and forest-steppe (13.0%) and tropical (14.0%) avifauna. A significant number of birds belong to limnophiles, which prevail in the territories of the urban wastewater treatment plant (66.7%, n = 30) and tailings (62.5%, n = 24). They are also common in the bypass and drainage canals, where hydro- and hygrophilous phytocenoses have formed, similar to floodplain and real meadows as part of adjacent wetland ecosystems. Among the surrounding natural biogeocenoses, there are no steppe ones with their inherent unique floristic composition, which explains the small number of stepants in the studied flora and campophiles in the avifauna. In recovery successions, general patterns were revealed: biogeocenoses surrounding the technogenic territories of the PMP are the main source of producer diasporas and a variety of consumers, which are so necessary for the restoration of degraded landscapes. Phanerophytes from the genera Populus, Pinus, Fraxinus, Ulmus, Morus, Juglans, etc. are determinants in the sylvacenoses formed on the dumps and territories of the plant. Therefore, dendrophiles characteristic of neighbouring pine and floodplain forests, as well as garden phytocenoses in the private sector territory, dominate in the ornithocomplexes. Nationally rare avifauna includes 5 species, two of which nest. Among the identified bird species, the following nesting species are listed in the Red Book of Ukraine: Columba oenas, Himantopus himantopus, as well as transient and nomadic species: Hieraaetus pennatus, Haliaeetus allbicilla, Milvus migrans. The success of the natural formation of plant communities, the rich ornithological complex with the participation of rare species, and the location of the PMP territory within the migration routes indicate the expediency of further research into the possibilities of their inclusion in the nature reserve fund with the status of “territory of renaturalization”

Research subject is structure-functional unit of skin. The objective of work is to identify cosmetic importance of issues of anatomy, embryology and structure-functional units of skin. In clinical practice dermatologists often do not put much attention on issues of such anatomic characteristics as form, markings, color, changes of which in the meantime is one of the most important reasons why patients go to cosmeticians. The analysis of modern scientific studies testifies to necessity for scrupulous accountancy of skin’s structure components development both in pre- and postnatal periods of human life. It will allow to avoid many clinical mistakes and provide pathogeneticly well-grounded correction of skin’s variable changing, both pathological and «cosmetological».Keywords: skin, histology. Особенности финансового состояния компаний с убывающими доходами
The recent rise in inflation in Europe, caused by the pandemic, the increase in prices for energy resources and the violation of the logistics of energy supplies, has led to a decrease in company income. This makes it relevant to study the financial condition of companies with falling revenues. The purpose of this study is the development of tools for quantifying the impact of falling company incomes is becoming essential for making adequate management decisions. Until recently, such tools in capital structure theory did not exist. Two main theories of the capital cost and capital structure — Brusov — Filatova — Orekhova (BFO) theory and Modigliani — Miller (MM) theory — described companies with constant revenue: the first — for arbitrary age company, the second — for perpetuity companies. Within last couple years both these theories have been generalized for the case of variable revenue. In this paper the peculiar properties of the financial state of companies with falling income are studied within the modern capital cost and capital structure theory — Brusov–Filatova– Orekhova (BFO) theory, generalized for the case of variable revenue. As part of the goal, the tasks are solved to study the behavior of the main financial indicators (the cost of raising capital, the discount rate, the company’s capitalization, the cost of equity, and others), their dependence on debt financing, the age of the company in the face of declining income, which will make it possible to make adequate management decisions and reduce risks for companies. Недавний рост инфляции в Европе, вызванный пандемией, ростом цен на энергоресурсы и нарушением логистики энергопоставок, привел к снижению доходов компаний. Это делает актуальным изучение финансового состояния компаний с падающей выручкой. Целью настоящего исследования является разработка инструментов для количественной оценки влияния падения доходов компании на ее финансовые индикаторы, что необходимо для принятия адекватных управленческих решений. До недавнего времени таких инструментов в теории структуры капитала не существовало. Две основные теории стоимости капитала и структуры капитала — Брусова–Филатовой–Ореховой (БФО) и Модильяни–Миллера (ММ) — описывали компании с постоянным доходом: первая — для компаний произвольного возраста, вторая — для бессрочных компаний. За последние пару лет обе эти теории были обобщены на случай переменных доходов. В данной работе особенности финансового состояния компаний с падающими доходами исследуются в рамках современной теории стоимости и структуры капитала — теории Брусова–Филатовой–Ореховой (БФО), обобщенной на случай переменных доходов. В рамках поставленной цели решаются задачи по изучению поведения основных финансовых показателей (стоимости привлечения капитала, ставки дисконтирования, капитализации компании, стоимости собственного капитала и других), их зависимости от заемного финансирования, возраста компании в условиях снижения доходов, что позволит принять адекватные управленческие решения и снизить риски для компаний
In Situ SERS Sensing by a Laser-Induced Aggregation of Silver Nanoparticles Templated on a Thermoresponsive Polymer
A stimuli-responsive (pH- and thermoresponsive) micelle-forming diblock copolymer, poly(1,2-butadiene) 290 - block -poly( N , N -dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate) 240 (PB- b -PDMAEMA), was used as a polymer template for the in situ synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) through Ag + complexation with PDMAEMA blocks, followed by the reduction of the bound Ag + with sodium borohydride. A successful synthesis of the AgNPs on a PB- b -PDMAEMA micellar template was confirmed by means of UV–Vis spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy, wherein the shape and size of the AgNPs were determined. A phase transition of the polymer matrix in the AgNPs/PB- b -PDMAEMA metallopolymer hybrids, which results from a collapse and aggregation of PDMAEMA blocks, was manifested by changes in the transmittance of their aqueous solutions as a function of temperature. A SERS reporting probe, 4-mercaptophenylboronic acid (4-MPBA), was used to demonstrate a laser-induced enhancement of the SERS signal observed under constant laser irradiation. The local heating of the AgNPs/PB- b -PDMAEMA sample in the laser spot is thought to be responsible for the triggered SERS effect, which is caused by the approaching of AgNPs and the generation of “hot spots” under a thermo-induced collapse and the aggregation of the PDMAEMA blocks of the polymer matrix. The triggered SERS effect depends on the time of a laser exposure and on the concentration of 4-MPBA. Possible mechanisms of the laser-induced heating for the AgNPs/PB- b -PDMAEMA metallopolymer hybrids are discussed

Safe Use of Contrast Media in Radiology (Clinical Guidelines)
In recent years, the frequency of contrast-enhanced radiological studies has increased significantly, and the issues of their selection and rational use do not lose their relevance. These methodological recommendations represent a complete up-to-date guide for using contrast agents (CA) in radiology. Types of currently used CA in computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and ultrasound examinations are described. Safety rules for injection of each CA type are systematized, the principles of dosing and possible side effects are explained. In addition, it is important to highlight the issues of interactions between CA and other drugs that patient might take, in particular, the possible deterioration of renal function when using CA in diabetes mellitus patients taking metformin. It should be noted that these recommendations have undergone significant changes in recent years. Also questionnaire templates for patients prior to the contrast-enhanced study are given in the supplements. The methodological guidelines are based on current publications of international experts on CA use in radiology as well as on the data of two major guidelines: American College of Radiologists (ACR) Guidelines (2023) and European Society of Urogenital Radiology (ESUR) Safety Recommendations (2018, version 10). Thus, the information presented is validated, which provides grounds for its application in real clinical practice. The guidelines will be actualized as new scientific evidence becomes available, but to date they appear to be the most relevant
Применение клетчатки льняной как физиологически функционального ингредиента в производстве обогащенных пищевых концентратов
Application of secondary products of oilseed crops processing, which due to high nutritional and biological value, can be enriching ingredients during production of functional food products, is an important area of research and improvement of food technology. The paper presents the results of study of physical and chemical, fatty acid and vitamin and mineral composition, as well as nutritional value of domestic flaxseed fiber samples in Belarus. Based on data obtained, it was determined that flaxseed fiber can be used for production of functional food concentrates with the purpose to enrich them with dietary fibers, polyunsaturated fatty acids and protein. When choosing food concentrates for enrichment with these nutrients, current trends of food industry development focused on production of high nutritional value products of in bulk consumption were considered, including the level of physiologically active ingredients, instant food, with long shelf life, etc. Assortment of new types of food concentrates with flaxseed fiber has been developed. Mathematical simulation methods helped to determine rational dosages of enrichment ingredient, experimental batches of products were produced, their nutritional value, quality and safety indicators were studied. The data obtained can be used for design of new types of enriched and specialized food products. Использование вторичных продуктов переработки масличных культур, которые за счет своей высокой пищевой и биологической ценности могут выступать в качестве обогащающих ингредиентов при производстве функциональных продуктов питания, является актуальной областью исследования и совершенствования пищевых технологий. В статье приведены результаты исследования физико-химического, жирнокислотного и витаминно-минерального состава, а также пищевой ценности образцов клетчатки льняной белорусского производства. На основе полученных данных установлена возможность использования клетчатки льняной в производстве пищевых концентратов функционального назначения с целью их обогащения пищевыми волокнами, полиненасыщенными жирными кислотами, белком. При выборе пищевых концентратов для обогащения данными нутриентами учтены современные тенденции развития пищевой промышленности, ориентированные на производство продукции повышенной пищевой ценности массового потребления, в том числе по содержанию физиологически активных ингредиентов, продуктов быстрого приготовления, с длительными сроками хранения и др. Разработан ассортимент новых видов пищеконцентратной продукции с клетчаткой льняной. С применением методов математического моделирования определены рациональные дозировки внесения обогащающего ингредиента, изготовлены опытные партии продукции, исследованы их пищевая ценность, показатели качества и безопасности. Полученные данные могут быть использованы при проектировании новых видов обогащенной и специализированной пищевой продукции.
