Implementation of Regulation of the Director General of Islamic Bimas Number 379/2018 concerning Marriage Guidance as an Effort to Create the Sakinah Family
This study discusses aboutimplementation of the regulation of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance No. 379/2018 regarding marriage guidance as an effort to create a sakinah family.. This study aims to determineimplementation of the regulation of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance No. 373/2017 regarding marriage guidance as an effort to create a sakinah family.Types of researchisdescriptive qualitative. Descriptive research, location inWatangpulu District, Sidrap Regency mthrough observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Sources of data are the Head of KUA, Penghulu and religious instructors as well as prospective brides. The results of this study indicate that 1) household dynamics in forming a sakinah family in Watangpulu District, Sidrap Regency, family dynamics if not handled seriously will lead to divorce, so that is the basis for the link between marriage and divorce; 2) Supporting factors a) For participants who follow marriage guidance are very enthusiastic. b) Guidance material that is easy to understand, and 3) Implementation of the regulation of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance No. 379/2018regarding marriage guidance for prospective brides in its implementation is quite effective
A first-principles study of helium storage in oxides and at oxide--iron interfaces
Density-functional theory calculations based on conventional as well as
hybrid exchange-correlation functionals have been carried out to study the
properties of helium in various oxides (Al2O3, TiO2, Y2O3, YAP, YAG, YAM, MgO,
CaO, BaO, SrO) as well as at oxide-iron interfaces. Helium interstitials in
bulk oxides are shown to be energetically more favorable than substitutional
helium, yet helium binds to existing vacancies. The solubility of He in oxides
is systematically higher than in iron and scales with the free volume at the
interstitial site nearly independently of the chemical composition of the
oxide. In most oxides He migration is significantly slower and He--He binding
is much weaker than in iron. To quantify the solubility of helium at oxide-iron
interfaces two prototypical systems are considered (Fe|MgO, Fe|FeO|MgO). In
both cases the He solubility is markedly enhanced in the interface compared to
either of the bulk phases. The results of the calculations allow to construct a
schematic energy landscape for He interstitials in iron. The implications of
these results are discussed in the context of helium sequestration in oxide
dispersion strengthened steels, including the effects of interfaces and lattice
strain.Comment: 13 pages, 10 figures, 4 table
The Return of Doi Menre' Ba‘da Duhul in Bugis Marriage Law, South Konawe: Islamic Education and Sociology of Islamic Law Perspective
Doi Menre' (gift money) can be returned after the divorce takes place even though husband and wife relations have previously occurred (ba‘da duhul). This research examines the practice of returning doi menre' (gifted money) ba‘da duhul, the social dynamics that influence it, as well as sociology of Islamic Law and Islamic Education perspectives regarding the practice of returning doi menre' (gifted money) ba‘da duhul for the Bugis community in South Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. This qualitative research employs a socio-empirical approach, including interviews with those who have returned doi menre' (gifted money) ba‘da duhul's, traditional leaders, community leaders, and religious leaders. The results of the research revealed that the return of doi menre' ba‘da duhul's was practiced in two stages, namely the pre-wedding verbal agreement stage and the stage of returning the doi menre' (gifted money). Three social dynamics influence the return of doi menre' ba‘da duhul's, namely; there was an oral agreement before the marriage took place, no solution was found to the marriage problems, and following the habits of some Bugis people in resolving divorce cases. Islamic education in the tradition of returning doi menre' ba‘da duhul in Bugis marriage law plays a foundation in forming principled, moral, fair in building a household, and contribute positively to social life. Sociological studies of Islamic law view that the practice of returning doi menre' (gifted money) is a managed system in the actions of the Bugis community which combines customary law and Islamic law in resolving divorce cases. In the end, research can participate in developing an assessment of the struggle between customary law and Islamic law in resolving marriage cases in Islamic communities

Dynamic Control of Dendritic mRNA Expression by CNOT7 Regulates Synaptic Efficacy and Higher Cognitive Function
Translation of mRNAs in dendrites mediates synaptic plasticity, the probable cellular basis of learning and memory. Coordination of translational inhibitory and stimulatory mechanisms, as well as dendritic transport of mRNA, is necessary to ensure proper control of this local translation. Here, we find that the deadenylase CNOT7 dynamically regulates dendritic mRNA translation and transport, as well as synaptic plasticity and higher cognitive function. In cultured hippocampal neurons, synaptic stimulation induces a rapid decrease in CNOT7, which, in the short-term, results in poly(A) tail lengthening of target mRNAs. However, at later times following stimulation, decreased poly(A) and dendritic localization of mRNA take place, similar to what is observed when CNOT7 is depleted over several days. In mice, CNOT7 is essential for hippocampal-dependent learning and memory. This study identifies CNOT7 as an important regulator of RNA transport and translation in dendrites, as well as higher cognitive function
Solution of hyperbolic bioheat transfer problems by numerical green's functions: the ExGA-linear θ method
This paper presents a time-domain formulation called Explicit Green's approach (ExGA) linear θ method for the solution of the bioheat equation. Starting from the hyperbolic bioheat equation, which includes the parabolic one as a special case, the linear method is incorporated into the standard ExGA time marching scheme. The numerical Green's function is firstly computed in the Laplace transform domain and then back-transformed to the time domain through the Stehfest inversion algorithm. The proposed formulation has the properties of stabilizing the results and suppressing numerical oscillations that appear in the presence of discontinuous solutions as assessed through the analysis of some bioheat transfer problems.
