Saúde sexual da mulher lésbica e/ou bissexual: especificidades para o cuidado à saúde e educação sexual

The production of knowledge about the sexual health of lesbian and/or bisexual women is scarce, in order to collaborate to keep this social group exposed and at risk of transmitting Sexually Transmissible Infections (STIs) and HIV/AIDS. This reality has prompted us to conduct this review article on the sexual health of women who have sex with women (WSW). This is an integrative review in the Scopus, Cinahl, Lilacs and Scielo databases. The 16 articles found generally investigate: (1) WSW knowledge of STI and HIV/Aids transmission, (2) WSW sexual behaviors, and (3) Particularities in the health care of lesbian and/or bisexual women. The articles reveal the need to invest in public health policies, as well as in the qualification of professionals in sex education in order to provide information and guidelines focused on specific strategies to prevent STIs and HIV/AIDS.La producción del conocimiento sobre la salud sexual de mujeres lesbianas y/o bisexuales es escasa, y así colabora para mantener ese grupo social expuesto y en riesgo de contagio a las Infecciones Sexualmente Transmisibles (IST) y al VIH/SIDA. Esta realidad nos instigó a realizar este artículo de revisión sobre la salud sexual de las mujeres que tienen sexo con mujeres (MSM). Se trata de una revisión integrativa en las bases de datos Scopus, Cinahl, Lilacs y Scielo. 16 Artículos encontrados, en general, investigan: (1) El conocimiento de MSM como la transmisión de enfermedades de transmisión sexual y el VIH/SIDA, (2) los comportamientos sexuales de MSM e (3) Especificidades en el cuidado de la salud de la mujer lesbiana y/o bisexual. ANÁLISIS ESPACIAL DE LA VIOLACIÓN EN ADOLESCENTES: CARACTERÍSTICAS E IMPACTOS

ABSTRACTObjective: To analyze the correlation between raw rates of rape and year of occurrence, andspatial patterns of notified cases of rape against adolescents.Method: This was an ecological study, with a temporal trend, carried out based on notificationsmade between 2009 and 2014 of cases of rape against adolescents residing in the state ofPernambuco, Brazil, collected by the municipality through the Violent Crimes NotificationInformation System. The data were analyzed using TerraView software version 4.2.2. based onthe municipal digital cartographic databases of Pernambuco and the population size providedby the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics.Results: There was a positive linear correlation between raw rates and year of occurrence andspatial association among municipalities.Conclusion: Combating this violent crime requires changes in cultural conceptions andgovernment support to effectively implement intersectoral health actions.Objetivo: analisar a correlação entre as taxas brutas de violência por estupro e ano de ocorrência e opadrão espacial da ocorrência dos casos notificados de violência por estupro contra adolescentes.Método: estudo ecológico com tendência temporal, constituído a partir das notificações no períodode 2009 a 2014, referentes aos casos de violência por estupro contra adolescentes residentes noestado de Pernambuco, coletados por município pelo Sistema de Informação de Agravos deNotificação. Os dados foram analisados com o auxílio do programa TerraView versão 4.2.2, pormeio das bases cartográficas digitais dos municipais de Pernambuco e quantitativo populacionaldisponibilizado pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia de Estatística.Resultados: constatou-se a correlação linear positiva em relação às variáveis representadas pelastaxas brutas e ano de ocorrência e associação espacial entre os municípios.Conclusão: o enfrentamento deste agravo requer mudanças de concepções culturais e suportegovernamental para efetivação de ações intersetoriais de saúde.Objetivo: Analizar la correlación entre tasas brutas de violencia por violación, año de ocurrenciay estándar espacial de ocurrencia de los casos notificados de violencia por violación contraadolescentes.Método: Estudio ecológico con tendencia temporal, constituido por las notificaciones entre2009 y 2014 referentes a casos de violencia por violación contra adolescentes residentesen Pernambuco, Brasil, divididos por municipio, recolectados del Sistema de Informaciónde Enfermedades de Notificación. Datos analizados utilizando el programa TerraViewversión 4.2.2, además de bases cartográficas digitales de los municipios de Pernambuco ycuantificación poblacional brindada por el Instituto Brasileño de Geografía y Estadística.Resultados: Se constató correlación lineal positiva respecto de las variables representadas porlas tasas brutas y año de ocurrencia, y asociación espacial entre los municipios.Conclusión: Para enfrentar este estigma se requieren cambios en las concepciones culturalesy soporte gubernamental que garantice la ejecución de acciones intersectoriales de salud

Social network: evaluation of the support or containment contexts of lesbian mothers

ABSTRACT Objective: To evaluate the social network of lesbian mothers, from the social contexts of support or restraint. Method: Descriptive, exploratory study, of qualitative approach, based on the theoretical reference of Social Network, with eight lesbian mothers selected through Snowball technique, using semi-structured interview. Data analysis was performed with IRAMUTEQ software, through Similarity Analysis. Results: The social network is configured as: 1) Emotional distance and non-acceptance of motherhood by the family members - primary network elements; 2) Interference in the socio-cultural medium for the effectiveness of the mother-child bond - secondary network elements. Final considerations: Social network is grounded on trivialized and negative conceptions that highlight prejudice and disrespect. The discussion of this theme contributes to a greater visibility of those new family arrangements as well as to reduce stigmas e prejudices that pervade the social network components of these women
