The effect of a scanning flat fold mirror on a CMB B-mode experiment

We investigate the possibility of using a flat-fold beam steering mirror for a CMB B-mode experiment. An aluminium flat-fold mirror is found to add $\sim$0.075% polarization, which varies in a scan synchronous way. Time-domain simulations of a realistic scanning pattern are performed, and the effect on the power-spectrum illustrated and a possible method of correction applied.Comment: 8 pages, 5 figures. Pengaruh Kebijakan Tata Cara Pembuatan dan Pelaporan Faktur Pajak Berbentuk Elektronik terhadap Pengusaha Kena Pajak dengan Tingkat Pemahaman sebagai Variabel Moderasi (Studi Empiris pada Kpp Pratama Pondok Aren)

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of the policy of procedure of making and reporting tax invoice electronic form to taxable entrepreneur with level of understanding as moderation variable. This study used primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed in KPP Pratama Pondok Aren. Data processing using Statistical Product and Service Solution for Windows version 22 (SPSS version 22). The analysis method used is Data Quality Test (Validity Test, Realibility & Multicolinearity Test), Multiple Linear Regression Test, Correlation Coefficient Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, F Test and T Test, Absolute Difference Test. Based on the results of multiple regression test and multiple moderation regression, partially the policy of making procedure has no effect on the taxable entrepreneur but the reporting of tax invoice in the form of electronics has an effect to the taxable entrepreneur. While the procedures for making and reporting tax invoices in the form of electronic, influence the taxable entrepreneurs. While simultaneously the procedure of manufacture and reporting tax invoice in the form of electronics do not affect the taxable entrepreneurs with the level of understanding as a moderation variable.

Model Bermain Peran Dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Pada Kompetensi Dasar Menerapkan Prinsip-prinsip Pelayanan Prima

The objective of the study was to improve the material mastery by using roleplay learning model which was indicated by at least 75% students got 75 for theirlearning achievement and all students were actively involved in the learning process. Itwas a classroom action research. The subject of the research was students at class XOffice Administration at SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung in the academic year of2013/2014. The study was consisted of two cycles which each cycle consisted ofplanning, implementation, action, and reflection. The data were collected by test andobservation sheets for students and teachers. The results of the study showed that: (1)Role play model can improve students' learning achievement on the basic competenceof applying the principles of excellent service with the average of students' learningachievement on the 1st cycle was 74.5, and rose up to 81.62 on the 2nd cycle, and theclassical completeness was 72.5% on the 1st cycle and increased up to 95% on the2nd cycle, (2) the students' attitude toward learning was 63.10% on the 1st cycle andincreased up to 84.4% on the 2nd cycle

Pengaruh Konsentrasi Karbon terhadap Performa Elektrokimia Katoda Lifepo4 untuk Aplikasi Baterai Lithium Ion Tipe Aqueous Electrolyte

Baterai lithium ion rechargeable telah dipertimbangkan sebagai sebuah sumber tenaga listrik yang digunakan untuk berbagai aplikasi. LiFePO4 yang digunakan sebagai katoda, dipilih karena memiliki sifat yang ramah lingkungan tetapi memiliki konduktivitas yang lemah. LiFePO4 dilakukan proses konduktif coating menggunakan sukrosa dengan pemanasan 600oC selama 3 jam didalam atmosfer argon untuk membentuk karbon coating LiFePO4 (LiFePO4/C) dengan variasi persentase berat karbon 9%, 14.5%, dan 17.8% karbon. Dari analisis cyclic voltammetry penambahan karbon coating dapat meningkatkan stabilitas didalam aqueous electrolyte. Hasil galvanostatic charge/discharge didapatkan hasil terbaik pada LiFePO4/C dengan persentase berat karbon 9% dengan kapasitas discharge 13.3 mAhg-1 dan mengalami penurunan kapasitas sebesar 2.2% setelah cycle ke 100. Pengembangan Algoritma Biogeography-based Optimization (BBO) Untuk Penyelesaian Single Machine Total Weighted Tardiness Problem (SMTWTP)

Permasalahan penjadwalan adalah salah satu permasalahan populer yang masih banyak diteliti. Salah satu masalah penjadwalan dasar adalah Single Machine Total weighted Tardiness Problem (SMTWTP). Permasalahan tersebut termasuk NP-hard sehingga tidak sesuai untuk diselesaikan dengan metode eksak. Saat ini telah banyak berkembang metode metaheuristik yang mampu memberikan solusi cukup bagus untuk permasalahn NP-hard. Salah satu metode metaheuristik baru yang mengadaptasi fenomena biogeografi adalah Biogeography-based Optimization (BBO). Algoritma BBO diketahui memiliki performansi yang cukup bagus untuk permasalahan kontinyu. Pada penelitian ini dikembangkan sebuah algoritma BBO untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan diskrit yaitu SMTWTP. Dalam penelitian ini BBO mampu mencapai 57 nilai optimal dari 75 kasus berbeda. BBO memiliki performansi yang lebih baik dari Particle Swarm Optimization dengan 19 nilai optimal tetapi tidak lebih baik dibandingkan dengan Genetic Algorithm modifikasi yang mampu mencapai 67 nilai optimal
