Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je zpracování finanční analýzy a zhodnocení finanční situace podniku Jarico, s. r. o.. Jako podklad jsou použity konečné rozvahy a výkazy zisku a ztráty za období 2010 - 2012. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. První část se zabývá definicí finanční analýzy, jejími uživateli a popsáním metod finanční analýzy včetně jednotlivých ukazatelů. Základní informace o firmě a výpočet jednotlivých ukazatelů lze nalézt v části následující. Poslední část práce vyhodnocuje pomocí finanční analýzy ekonomickou situaci podniku. Závěr práce shrnuje dosavadní poznatky a obsahuje navrhovaná možná opatření a řešení.The main aim of the bachelor thesis is financial analysis processing and to evaluate a financial situation of the compady Jarico, s. r. o.. As base are using final balance sheets and profit and loss statement period in 2010 2012. The thesis consists of three parts. In the first part there is financial analysis definition, it's users and describing financial analysis methods included particular indicators. Basic information about the company and calculation of indicators are in the next part. The last part of thesis evaluate the economic situation in company using financial analysis. The end of thesis push off existing knowledges and there is a propasal possible measure and solution

Coherent evolution of potential vorticity anomalies associated with deep moist convection

Potential Vorticity (PV) elegantly describes synoptic- and planetary-scale dynamics, but it has received less attention on smaller scales. On the convective scale PV is characterised by dipoles associated with convective cells. We show that the PV dipoles are consistent and associated with statistically significant flow anomalies. Our hypothesis is that there is a coherent evolution of the PV dipoles. This hypothesis is tested by tracking convective cells in the nonhydrostatic COSMO-DE Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP) model during nine severe weather events. The 3135 convective cells used in this study are representative of deep moist convection over western Europe in the COSMO-DE model. Composites of the evolution of convective cells are made, and differences between “normal” and intense cells are discussed. Even when averaging over 3135 cells during nine cases, a clear horizontal PV dipole pattern can be seen with associated flow anomalies. Compared to normal cells, intense cells (identified using PV, precipitation rate or vertical velocity) have a more monopole morphology, which resembles supercells. The consistency of the PV dipoles implies that PV is also a useful diagnostic on the convective-weather scale

The Importance and Impact of the Antimonopoly Office in the Czech Republic in Area of Procurements

This bachelor thesis deals with the importance and impact of the Antimonopoly Office in areas of the public procurement. The theoretical part firstly describes the activities of the Office for the Protection of Competition. History of the Office, its competence and structure is approached there. Furthermore, individual issues, which the Office for the Protection of Competition does, are mentioned. In the main part, there is a closer description of the Public procurement and its legal regulations. Moreover, a separate chapter is a division of the Public procurement, further explanation of the term the contracting authority, the principles which have to be abided for the award of the Public procurement and the types of tender procedure. The analytical part concentrates on the development of agenda of the Antimonopoly Office in areas of the public procurement in the years 2010 to 2014. Part of this chapter states specific cases of the misconduct investigated by the Antimonopoly Office
