A method to measure the resonance transitions between the gravitationally bound quantum states of neutrons in the GRANIT spectrometer
We present a method to measure the resonance transitions between the
gravitationally bound quantum states of neutrons in the GRANIT spectrometer.
The purpose of GRANIT is to improve the accuracy of measurement of the quantum
states parameters by several orders of magnitude, taking advantage of long
storage of Ultracold neutrons at specula trajectories. The transitions could be
excited using a periodic spatial variation of a magnetic field gradient. If the
frequency of such a perturbation (in the frame of a moving neutron) coincides
with a resonance frequency defined by the energy difference of two quantum
states, the transition probability will sharply increase. The GRANIT experiment
is motivated by searches for short-range interactions (in particular
spin-dependent interactions), by studying the interaction of a quantum system
with a gravitational field, by searches for extensions of the Standard model,
by the unique possibility to check the equivalence principle for an object in a
quantum state and by studying various quantum optics phenomena
Dietary therapeutic and preventive food products in complex therapy of gastroinal tract diseases associated with helicobacter pylori
Introduction. The paper presents modern literature and clinical research data on the efficacy and safety of dietary therapeutic and prophylactic foods in the complex therapy of diseases associated with Helicobacter pylori. Aim. To assess the efficacy and safety of the use of dietary therapeutic and prophylactic food products in the complex therapy of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract associated with Helicobacter pylori. Materials and methods. To evaluate the efficacy of dietary therapeutic and prophylactic food products such as Vegetable Puree Soup with Herbs and Oatmeal, Oatmeal Porridge with Herbs and Flax Seed, Protein-Sea Buckthorn Cocktail (LEOVIT Nutrio LLC), the main group of patients with gastrointestinal diseases (n = 41) was formed, which was further divided into four subgroups. Each of three subgroups received one specialty food product, and the fourth subgroup received all three products. Changes in complete blood count were evaluated using Sysmex XT-2000i analyzer, those in proteinograms – using SAS1, SAS2 protein fraction analyser and those in metabolic liver disorders, lipid profile and glucose level – using Konelab PRIME 30i (Thermo Fisher Scientific) analyzer. All parameters were studied three times: Before use, 14 and 60 days after use of the products. Results and discussion. After 14 days, complaints of lack of appetite decreased in the main group, discomfort in the epigastrium, feeling of heaviness and nausea decreased. After 60 days, 100% of patients reported no heartburn, belching, nausea, pain, rumbling in the abdomen, appetite and stool returned to normal. There was a marked significant (p <0.05) decrease in the level of alpha-1 globulin against the background of an increase in albumin, a decrease in the concentration of CRP and ESR, the levels of leukocytes and neutrophils in all subgroups of the main group after 60 days. Conclusions. The investigated products are safe, no adverse reactions were noted, including the phenomena of intolerance and allergies, and are recommended for use in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract associated with Helicobacter pylori. © 2021, Remedium Group Ltd. Experience of application of specialized food product of dietary therapeutic and dietary preventive nutrition in case of inflammatory diseases of gastrointestinal tract
Introduction. In almost all diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, the inflammatory process plays an important pathogenetic role and affects the course of the disease and the determination of treatment tactics. The most physiological way to prevent and treat inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, of course, is dietary nutrition. Purpose: To study the anti-inflammatory effect of a specialized product specialized therapeutic and dietary prophylaxis nutrition «Vegetable soup with oatmeal herbs» based on a study of clinical and laboratory parameters and dynamics of inflammatory markers. Materials and methods. An open single-center prospective observational study was conducted in parallel groups. The main group and the comparison group were 14 and 10 patients with gastrointestinal diseases, respectively. Only patients of the main group received a specialized product «Vegetable Soup with herbs and oatmeal». All participants were assessed the dynamics of clinical blood analysis indicators (hemoglobin, white blood cells, red blood cells, leukocyte formula indicators) and the dynamics of proteinogram indicators (total protein and protein fractions-albumins and globulins) and C-reactive protein (CRP). Results. The anti-inflammatory effect after administration of the specialized product occurs in 14 days and is expressed in a reliable reduction of leukocytosis, blood sedimentation rate (BSR), CRP. After 2 months after the start of the product intake, the BSR values decreased significantly by 35%, the CRP by 51% from the baseline and the leukocyte content decreased by 14.5%. Against the background of a dietotherapy in 14 days levels α1-глобулина, α2-глобулина and γ-globulin began to decrease, and in 2 months level α1-globulins decreased by 40% of initial level to the reference values. The level of α2-globulins and γ-globulin also decreased significantly, while the albumin concentration in the blood increased significantly. In the comparison group, changes in these parameters did not reach a reliable degree of significance. Conclusions: the specialized product «Vegetable Soup with herbs and oatmeal» has an anti-inflammatory effect, characterized by a decrease in anti-inflammatory laboratory parameters, which manifests itself after 14 days of administration, can be recommended for inclusion in the diets of patients with gastrointestinal diseases during exacerbation and during remissions as well. © 2020, Remedium Group Ltd. Deep convolutional neural networks in hyperspectral remote sensing data processing
Abstract:
During the last decade the deep convolutional neural networks (DСNN) were successfully applied in the fields related to processing of large satellite images of high resolution that are used in various inverse problems on retrieval of the earth atmosphere characteristics and the earth boundary reflectance via remote sensing data analysis.
The presented paper contains the information on the research state related to application of neural network methods to satellite hyper-spectral image processing, including brief information on the main features of convolutional neural networks (CNN), deep learning (DL) and autoencoders (AE) that are used for information compression. Up to present time a considerable number of DСNN models created is located for open access in the Internet. These verified models with well performance allow to develop new advanced models of DСNN. A brief information on some Internet models of open access is contained in the present paper. A more detailed information on neural network models located in open Internet access, and also on large data sets that are necessary for DСNN tuning, will be contained in the second part of the present paper, that is planned to be published.Note:
