Peculiarities Of Intercultural Communication In Texts Of Tatar Educational Electronic Media: The Problem Of Calculation

Modern man is subject to the influence of the media, forming the world picture in his mind − his values, worldview, attitudes, concepts etc. This is especially noticeable on the linguistic level, when people who know the native language, in the process of intercultural communication is influenced by another language. In this article we intend to demonstrate the facts of the language tracing in the transmission of information from Russian into the Tatar language for example, on the websites of the official institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan. Using the method of continuous sampling, we selected the actual material and identified more than 300 cases of copying, the most relevant ones are presented in this paper. The descriptive method, comparative and contrastive types of methods were used I this work. We identified that in the texts of the tatar electronic media tracing is the most frequent kind of lexical and grammatical transformations of language units.The study showed that in media texts all styles of speech that are experiencing significant influence of the spoken style, the growth of dialogical and polylogical along with minimizing redundancy, standardizing the clichés are represented that are often trace forms with the Russian language and adversely affect the natural development of the Tatar literary language. The results can find application in the development of methods of Internet text analysis, teaching courses in journalism, translation studies, linguistics, cultural linguistics, sociolinguistics, and separate parts can be used to develop recommendations for optimization of computer communication in the Tatar language

Review of publications on the functioning of the tatar language in mass media in the Republic of Tatarstan

Article represents results of review and partial content-analysis of two leading media in Tatar and Russian languages concerning exposure of language situation in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2017-2018. News net title ProKazan.ru (http://www.prokazan.ru), where news of city of Kazan are presented in Russian language, and leading information agency of the Republic of Tatarstan “Tatar-Inform” (http://www.tatar-inform.ru) in Tatar and Russian languages were analyzed. Major methods used in course of conduction of this study were description method and method of quantitative content-analysis in aggregate with their practices. Study showed that portal of information agency “Tatar-Inform” is more informative in quantitative and qualitative aspects of published materials; dominating genre in both portals is information message in form of notes and extended notes containing sufficiently large quantity of event details, give fact with details, opinions of competent persons; presence of mini-conclusion is possible; main theme at exposure of events related to functioning of Tatar and Russian languages in the Republic of Tatarstan is the theme of Tatar language teaching in educational system of the republic. Practical significance of the study is comprised in the fact than major provisions, recommendations and conclusion stated in this work may be used in in studies related to further development of the review and content-analysis of media; at teaching of courses on journalism and sociology; at composing of electronic media rating.

Allusive Proper Names in the 13th Century Poem “Kissa-I Yusuf” by Kul Gali

The article presents the results of a study of the allusive proper names functioning in the 13th-century literary text “Kissa-i Yusuf” by Kul Gali. The purpose of the research presented in this article is to find and analyze the use of allusive proper names in the poem “Kissa-i Yusuf” (Tale of Yusuf). For studying a combination of descriptive, comparative historical and functional-stylistic methods. The study shows that in the 13th-century poem “Kissa-i Yusuf” by Kul Gali there are proper names that express the author’s intention and represent the way of conveying the author’s conception.El artículo presenta los resultados de un estudio de los nombres propios alusivos que funcionan en el texto literario del siglo XIII "Kissa-i Yusuf" por Kul Gali. El propósito de la investigación presentada en este artículo es encontrar y analizar el uso de nombres propios alusivos en el poema "Kissa-i Yusuf" (Cuento de Yusuf). Para estudiar una combinación de métodos descriptivos, comparativos históricos y funcionales-estilísticos. El estudio muestra que en el poema del siglo XIII "Kissa-i Yusuf" de Kul Gali hay nombres propios que expresan la intención del autor y representan la forma de transmitir la concepción del autor
