Pendekatan Spiritual Religius Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Fisik terhadap Anak dan Perempuan dalam Rumah Tangga

The purpose of this study was to determine the permissibility of hitting children who do not pray and a nuzyus wife in Islamic law and to find out that violence against children and women in the household is associated with the values ​​contained in Pancasila. The results showed that although hitting children who do not pray and wives who are nuzyus in Islam is permissible, the Prophet SAW taught to treat children and wives with respect, compassion, and gentleness. Not by hitting arbitrarily when the wife and children make mistakes. Because in Islam, if you are going to hit you must pay attention to the conditions for hitting in Islam, it cannot be done arbitrarily. Domestic violence which is increasingly cruel day by day does not at all reflect the human values ​​contained in Pancasila, Some Indonesian people no longer understand the philosophical values ​​that should be a guide in social life and also guidelines for behavior, so that domestic violence that often occurs today does not reflect the real Indonesian people according to the ideals of the ancestors.

MENELISIK PEMUTUSAN HUBUNGAN KERJA DALAM PERSPEKTIF POLITIK HUKUM NASIONAL PASCA UNDANG-UNDANG CIPTA KERJA

Pada 2020 terjadi Pandemi Covid-19 yang berdampak besar bagi Indonesia. Salah satu permasalahan yang menjadi sorotan kala itu adalah banyaknya pemutusan hubungan kerja oleh berbagai perusahaan terhadap karyawannya. Pada situasi yang demikian terjadi pemutusan hubungan kerja yang dikeluarkan oleh PT Indomarco Adi Prima, yang dimana terjadi pemutusan hubungan kerja ini hanya melibatkan satu pihak saja tanpa adanya karyawan yang terkena pemutusan hubungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja terhadap kasus pemutusan hubungan kerja karyawan PT Indomarco Adi Prima dan mengetahui keterlibatan elemen pemerintah terhadap pengaturan kebijakan perancangan Undang-Undang ditinjau dari politik hukum nasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian hukum normatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik analisis data secara kualitatif disajikan secara deskriptif-analitis. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja terhadap kasus kasus pemutusan hubungan kerja karyawan PT Indomarco Adi Prima masih kurang efektif dan harus menjadi bahan evaluasi dalam pemberlakuannya. PENDIDIKAN ANTIKORUPSI TERHADAP GENERASI ALPHA MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN BELA NEGARA

This community service uses the lecture, counseling, and discussion methods titled "Anti-Corruption Education Against Generation Alpha Using the State Defense Approach." The long-term goal of this service, the anti-corruption education program, is to be able to provide a sense of awareness and understanding of the notion of corruption, types of corruption, factors causing corruption, and prevention of corruption as a form of implementation of state defense that is adapted to the context of grade 5 school students. The specific target is the alpha generation, which is well educated regarding the understanding, types, causal factors, and prevention of corruption as well as the implementation of state defense. Kegiatan was carried out in the hall at Rawa Barat 05 State Elementary School, which had previously been coordinated with the principal, class teachers, and school stakeholder groups. The main purpose of this service is to implement the values of defending the state against the alpha generation in the spirit of anti-corruption in the future. This activity begins with a Pre test to determine how far the participants' knowledge is related to the theme, then education is given in accordance with the context of the 5th grade students, and the activity ends with a Post test.To create a generation that has anti-corruption values, good and correct materials and directions are needed. Through legal appeals regarding anti-corruption education for students, one of the efforts made by the author is to provide education to students, especially at SDN Rawa Barat 5. The specific objective of this service is to educate the alpha generation about the meaning, types, causes, and prevention of corruption as a means of defending the country. The main purpose of community service is to implement the values of defending the country for the alpha generation in the spirit of anti-corruption in the future. LAW ENFORCEMENT FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS AND ONLINE CHILDREN PROSTITUTION VENDORS (A FORM OF LEGAL REFORM IN HANDLING CRIMINAL CASES FOR CHILDREN)

This study discusses the enforcement of Law No. 21 of 2007 against perpetrators of child prostitution and also protects children as peddlers. cases of child prostitution in 2018 that have been recorded by the KPAI reached 93 cases spread throughout Indonesia. In 2020 there are also cases of online prostitution that ensnare children, in Kalibata City. As for then the main problem discussed in this scientific paper is how the implementation of Law No. 21 of 2007 takes action against perpetrators of child prostitution and also provides protection for children as peddlers. The research method used in this research is a normative research methodwith a statutory approach. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the lack of law enforcement in human trafficking cases involving child prostitution where we emphasize that children in prostitution cases must be seen as victims and exploitation behavior must be considered a crime by Law Number 21 of 2007 Regarding the Eradication of the Crime of Trafficking in Persons Article 5 Jo. number 8
