PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF SISWA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN OPEN-ENDED

This study aims to improve students' creative thinking skills by using the Open-Ended approach in the Mathematics XI Grades class at SMKN 2 Behavior. This study uses a classroom action research method with the subject of the study is class XI Grafika SMK 2 Behavior, with a total of 25 students. This research is carried out in two cycles. Based on the results of research conducted on increasing students 'creative thinking abilities in Mathematics subjects using the open-ended approach, it can be concluded that using an open-ended approach can improve students' creative thinking abilities in Fraction Count Operations in SMK XI class. Akibat Hukum Sumpah Li’an yang Tidak Terbukti Kebenarannya Terhadap Status Anak Berdasarkan Hukum Islam dan Perundang-Undangan

The journey of living in a household does not always go as it should. If the household has a condition that is no longer aligned, then there is most likely a dispute that leads to divorce. Often divorce occurs because the father doubts his son,or because his wife commits adultery. When this happens, the husband can swear li'an which results in breaking the marriage and the relationship with his son. This study intends to examine the legal consequences of a child in the event of divorce due to li'an oath when the allegations of adultery are not proven to be true. This Research method uses normative juridical. The results showed that if it turns out that the swearing statement uttered by the husband is not proven to be true, then the divorce becomes void. Li'an's divorce was decent by his father's son as a result of li'an's divorce. The son is returned to his father, so that he again raises the rights and obligations between the child and the father

PEMANFAATAN APLIKASI MATH CITY MAP UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK

Matematika meski telah dipelajari sejak permulaan belajar di kelas satu Sekolah Dasar tetaplah menjadi pelajaran yang merupakan momok bagi kebanyakan peserta didik. Cap sebagai pelajaran yang sulit dipahami membuat peserta didik kurang termotivasi untuk belajar Matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pemanfaatan aplikasi Math City Map untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan membandingkan jurnal yang mendasari penelitian. Luaran penelitian berupa pemanfaatan aplikasi Math City Map yang dapat diakses peserta didik di handphone, dimana peserta didik akan diajak untuk menggunakan aplikasi tersebut sehingga belajar Matematika terasa lebih menyenangkan dan pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan motivasi belajar peserta didik

TAQLID ITTIBA FOR MUKALLAF IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ISLAMIC LAW ON POSITIVE LAW IN INDONESIA

The Indonesian people in fact use their minds not on the basis of the Qur'an and the Sunnah is only limited to taqlid ittiba the religious scholars who are not necessarily truthful can be justified. The purpose to understanding of taqlid ittiba and to obtain the consequences of taqlid ittiba for Muslim in implementing Islamic Law and Positive Law. Research methods by using normative research methods or library law research in finding taqlid ittiba material for mukallaf. The results showed that the implementation of taqlid ittiba for mukallaf performed by Muslims is still a lot that is not in accordance with the teachings of Allah SWT and does not follow the Sunnah of Rasullah SAW. The implementation of taqlid ittiba that is wrong can harm oneself and others who can be troubling to the surrounding community. Someone who carries out taqlid ittiba that is not appropriate in the Qur'an and Sunnah has a legal consequence that is sinful because it does not follow the commands of Allah SWT and Rasul while according to the Law Positive in Indonesia taqlid ittiba allowed for someone who is an adult and does not violate the existing Positive Law so as to create peace between religious communities

STUDI KELAYAKAN PENGEMBANGAN WISATA ALAM DI TAMAN NASIONAL BOGANI NANI WARTABONE (Lokasi : Camping Ground Bolonsio)

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of developing natural tourism in the Bogani Nani Wartabone National Park at the Bolonsio Camping Ground location. This research was conducted from February to March 2021. The research method used is the data collected consisting of Primary Data and Secondary Data, which were obtained by several methods, namely field observation methods, interview methods and literature studies. The results of the assessment show that the study location is feasible to be developed even though there are still quite a lot of things concerning the implementation or practice of ecotourism, which are classified as not being optimally carried out in natural tourism objects that are being studied and require improvement and improvement of various factors included in the aspect of accessibility. This is of course a separate homework for managers of tourism objects, in order to make efforts to develop natural tourism that pays attention to aspects of tourism management that actually carry out the principles of ecotourism

PENERAPAN MODEL CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS 2 SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstrak Dengan melihat kenyataan yang ada dilapangan adalah siswa belum sepenuhnya memahami materi yang dijelaskan oleh guru ketika pembelajaran matematika terutama materi pengukuran berat, siswa hanya sekedar menghafal materi dan ketika dilakukan tes atau evaluasi pada hari yang berbeda, mereka biasanya lupa. Oleh karena itu peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk meningkatkan pemahaman matemaika siswa dengan metode kuasi eksperimen. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 2 SDN Pangkalan dengan jumlah siswa 25 siswa di kelas eksperimen dan 25 siswa di kelas control.  Instrumen yang digunakan  adalah soal tentang pemahaman matematika, soal ini diberikan kepada siswa dengan tujuan untuk mengumpulkan dan mengetahui kemampuan pemahaman siswa diawal dan diakhir pembelajaran. Kelas eksperimen menerapkan model Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dan kelas kontrol menerapkan model inkuiri. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan,  dapat disimpulkan bahwa Berdasarkan uji yang telah dilaksanakan ada perbedaan efektivitas yang signifikan antara penggunaan model Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dan model inkuiri dalam meningkatkan pemahaman matematika kelas II Sekolah Dasar materi pengukuran berat. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa model Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) lebih baik dibandingkan model inkuiriKata Kunci: Pemahaman, Model Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL), Model Inkuiri
