The Gaia view of the Cepheus flare
We present a new census of candidate pre-main-sequence stars in the Cepheus flare star-forming region, based on Gaia EDR3 parallaxes, proper motions, and colour-magnitude diagrams. We identified new candidate members of the previously known young stellar groups associated with NGC 7023, L1177, L1217/L1219, L1228, L1235, and L1251. We studied the 3D structure of the star-forming complex and the distribution of tangential velocities of the young stars. The young stellar groups are located between 330 and 368 pc from the Sun, divided into three kinematic subgroups, and have ages between 1 and 5 million yr. The results confirm the scenario of propagating star formation, suggested by previous studies. In addition to the bulk pre-main-sequence star population between 330 and 370 pc, there is a scattered and more evolved pre-main-sequence population around 150-180 pc. We found new candidate members of the nearby Cepheus Association, and identified a new moving group of 46, 15-20 million yr old pre-main-sequence stars located at a distance of 178 pc, around the A0-type star HD 190833. A few pre-main-sequence stars are located at 800-900 pc, indicative of star-forming regions associated with the Galactic local arm above the Galactic latitude of +10°.Funding: ESA PRODEX Contract nr. 400012991
An all-sky Support Vector Machine selection of WISE YSO Candidates
We explored the AllWISE catalogue of the Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer
mission and identified Young Stellar Object candidates. Reliable 2MASS and WISE
photometric data combined with Planck dust opacity values were used to build
our dataset and to find the best classification scheme. A sophisticated
statistical method, the Support Vector Machine (SVM) is used to analyse the
multi-dimensional data space and to remove source types identified as
contaminants (extragalactic sources, main sequence stars, evolved stars and
sources related to the interstellar medium). Objects listed in the SIMBAD
database are used to identify the already known sources and to train our
method. A new all-sky selection of 133,980 Class I/II YSO candidates is
presented. The estimated contamination was found to be well below 1% based on
comparison with our SIMBAD training set. We also compare our results to that of
existing methods and catalogues. The SVM selection process successfully
identified >90% of the Class I/II YSOs based on comparison with photometric and
spectroscopic YSO catalogues. Our conclusion is that by using the SVM, our
classification is able to identify more known YSOs of the training sample than
other methods based on colour-colour and magnitude-colour selection. The
distribution of the YSO candidates well correlates with that of the Planck
Galactic Cold Clumps in the Taurus--Auriga--Perseus--California region.Comment: 27 pages, 15 figures, 15 table
A szervezeti kultúra
kulcskategóriáit meghatározó modellre épülő két kérdőíves vizsgálat
adatainak statisztikai elemzésére alapozva a következő fontosabb
megállapításokat teszik a szerzők: a választott elméleti modell
alapján készült kérdőíves kultúravizsgálati módszer
alkalmazhatónak bizonyult az empirikus vizsgálat során.
Azonosításra kerültek egyes szakok kulturális eltérései, ezzel
alátámasztva a szakok szerinti szubkultúrák létének lehetőségét. Nem
nyert megerősítést ugyanakkor a vizsgált szakok előd karok szerinti
A változás módjában, a különböző szereplők bevonásának mértékében egyik tulajdonlási jellemző alapján sem találtak a szerzők jelentős különbséget a minta elemei között
Szervezeti változásokat kiváltó tényezők empirikus vizsgálata = An empirical analysis of trigger events toward organizational changes
104 years after Taylor, in the 21st century organizations have to face the
challenges of environmental changes. It is essential how fast and efficiently
they are able to react. In 2014 a research was conducted on this topic with the
contribution of students of the University of Debrecen, Hungary, surveying
organizations which had experiences on at least one significant programme of
organizational change within the last 5 years. The owners or managers responsible
for the changes were asked to fill in a questionnaire about the attributes and also about the management of these organisational changes. In this paper, after a brief review of the literature we will analyse the conditions and root causes of changes using 105 questionnaires, which was collected. We examine which were the most important external or internal environmental factors that led to the changes. We also try to measure whether there are differences in these factors' roles according to entrepreneurship form, size, company group membership, ownership structure, or sector

Cultural fit and academic performance of higher education students
This study provided empirical evidence on the relationship between cultural fit and individual performance in an area where it is rarely investigated: the academic achievement of higher education students. The authors employed an adapted version of the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) to estimate individuals’ culture fit (as the inverse of the difference between the culture as it is perceived and as it is preferred by the respondents), and the indicator of students’ performance was their semester grade average. Their sample consisted of 348 full time higher education students from a Hungarian university. Based on linear and rank correlation, as well as linear regression analyses the authors have found that higher education students’ cultural fit tended to relate positively to their academic performance
The young star population of L1188
We present new results on the young star population of the Lynds~1188
molecular cloud, associated with the Cepheus Bubble, a giant interstellar shell
around the association Cep~OB\,2. In order to reveal the star-forming scenario
of the molecular cloud located on the supershell, and understand the history of
star formation in the region, we identified and characterized young star
candidates based on an H emission survey and various published
photometric datasets. Using Gaia DR2 astrometry we studied the spatial
distribution of the young star candidates and isolated three groups based on
their distances. We constructed spectral energy distributions of our target
stars, based on Pan-STARRS, 2MASS, {\it Spitzer} and {\it WISE} photometric
data, estimating their spectral types, extinctions, and luminosities. We
estimated masses by means of pre-main-sequence evolutionary models, and derived
accretion rates from the equivalent width of the H line. We studied the
structure of the cloud by constructing a new extinction map, based on
Pan-STARRS data. Our results show that the distribution of low-mass young stars
in L1188 is well correlated with that of the dust and mole\-cular gas. We
identified two small, compact clusters and a loose aggregate of young stars. We
found that star formation in L1188 started about 5 million years ago. The
apparent age gradient of young stars across the cloud and the ammonia cores
located to the east of the optically visible young stellar groups support the
scenario of star formation propagating away from the centre of the Cepheus
Bubble.Comment: 19 pages, 11 figures, accepted for publication in MNRA
