In the article the place, role and functions of families (households) as economic subjects of the market system are clarified. The interrelation, interdependence of categories of "savings", "investments" and "consumption" is defined. The importance and location of the internal investor in the investment process at the macroeconomic level is proved. The algorithm for determining the level of aggregate income of a family necessary for transition to the rank of an internal investor of the state is presented. Parallels are drawn between the author\u27s theoretical and methodical approach proposed in the article and between the theories (laws, models) of a number of well-known economists, such as E. Engel, M. Tugan-Baranovsky, J. Keynes, P. Samuelson and others. The features of practical definition of the minimum level of the aggregate income of a family and a household for savings and investments for Ukrainian realities are revealed. The current and desired operating conditions and the results of financial and economic development of each of the interested parties are considered. In particular, for the population it is shown how, based on its real income, to identify and plan expenditures in order to move to investments. In addition, it is investigated: first, what exactly is the real minimum level of income per month will allow one person or a family (of two, three, four people) to survive in the economic conditions that defined public authorities and formed the market; secondly, what exactly need s a person or a household to be able to meet at an appropriate level of income; thirdly, what level of income will allow the population to save and convert these savings into investments (with their subsequent distribution for the development of domestic business and entrepreneurship). At the same time, it is shown how the state (on Ukrainian data) can influence the growth of domestic investment in order to reduce the deficit of financial resources for the development of business and the economy of the country

Macroeconomic basis of domestic business development: problems and risks

Any organization is located and operates in the environment. Macroenvironment creates general conditions of organization being [1]: as it can provide opportunities of expansion, it can also be a cause of restriction and forced changes in the company. The events in Ukraine since 2013 and till the present have been significantly changing, complicating the functioning of many businesses – Russian military aggression in Crimea and Eastern Ukraine has become a key factor in the destabilization of economic system and transformation of foreign economic activity of our country. It can be noted that Russian aggression has become a factor of significant strengthening of negative trends in the dynamics of basic macroeconomic indicators (GDP, exchange rate, inflation, budget deficit, foreign exchange reserves, strategic reserves of certain types of resources). Accordingly, the current situation in the country is a source of challenges for businesses

Resonant microwave properties of a voltage-biased single-Cooper-pair transistor

We consider the microwave dynamics and transport properties of a voltage-biased single-Cooper-pair transistor. The dynamics is shown to be strongly affected by interference between multiple microwave-induced inter-level transitions. As a result the magnitude and direction of the dc Josephson current are extremely sensitive to small variations of the bias voltage and to changes in the frequency of the microwave field.Comment: 6 pages, 4 figure

    Coulomb Promotion of Spin-Dependent Tunnelling

We study transport of spin-polarized electrons through a magnetic single-electron transistor (SET) in the presence of an external magnetic field. Assuming the SET to have a nanometer size central island with a single electron level we find that the interplay on the island between coherent spin-flip dynamics and Coulomb interactions can make the Coulomb correlations promote rather than suppress the current through the device. We find the criteria for this new phenomenon -- Coulomb promotion of spin-dependent tunnelling -- to occur.Comment: 4 pages, 3 figures; The new version has a slightly modified title, 2 more figures, and an extended analysis of the (same) results obtaine

Shuttling of Spin Polarized Electrons in Molecular Transistors

Shuttling of electrons in single-molecule transistors with magnetic leads in the presence of an external magnetic field is considered theoretically. For a current of partially spin-polarized electrons a shuttle instability is predicted to occur for a finite interval of external magnetic field strengths. The lower critical magnetic field is determined by the degree of spin polarization and it vanishes as the spin polarization approaches 100%. The feasibility of detecting magnetic shuttling in a C60C_{60}-based molecular transistor with magnetic (Ni) electrodes is discussed [A.~N.~Pasupathy et al., Science 306, 86 (2004)].Comment: Submitted to a special issue of "Synthetic Metals" to appear in March 201

Single-electron shuttle based on electron spin

A nanoelectromechanical device based on magnetic exchange forces and electron spin flips induced by a weak external magnetic field is suggested. It is shown that this device can operate as a new type of single-electron "shuttle" in the Coulomb blockade regime of electron transport

Non-linear power spectra of dark and luminous matter in halo model of structure formation

The late stages of large-scale structure evolution are treated semi-analytically within the framework of modified halo model. We suggest simple yet accurate approximation for relating the non-linear amplitude to linear one for spherical density perturbation. For halo concentration parameter, cc, a new computation technique is proposed, which eliminates the need of interim evaluation of the zcolz_{col}. Validity of the technique is proved for Λ\LambdaCDM and Λ\LambdaWDM cosmologies. Also, the parameters for Sheth-Tormen mass function are estimated. The modified and extended halo model is applied for determination of non-linear power spectrum of dark matter, as well as for galaxy power spectrum estimation. The semi-analytical techniques for dark matter power spectrum are verified by comparison with data from numerical simulations. Also, the predictions for the galaxy power spectra are confronted with 'observed' data from PSCz and SDSS galaxy catalogs, good accordance is found.Comment: 18 pages, 8 figures; major changes from the previous version; accepted for publivation in Phys. Superconductive pumping of nanomechanical vibrations

We demonstrate that a supercurrent can pump energy from a battery that provides a voltage bias into nanomechanical vibrations. Using a device containing a nanowire Josephson weak link as an example we show that a nonlinear coupling between the supercurrent and a static external magnetic field leads to a Lorentz force that excites bending vibrations of the wire at resonance conditions. We also demonstrate the possibility to achieve more than one regime of stationary nonlinear vibrations and how to detect them via the associated dc Josephson currents and we discuss possible applications of such a multistable nanoelectromechanical dynamics.Comment: 4 pages, 5 figure

Nanoelectromechanical Heat Engine Based on Electron-Electron Interaction

    Get PDF
We theoretically show that a nanoelectromechanical system can be mechanically actuated by a heat flow through it via an electron-electron interaction. In contrast to most known actuation mechanisms in similar systems, this new mechanism does not involve an electronic current nor external ac fields. Instead, the mechanism relies on deflection-dependent tunneling rates and a heat flow which is mediated by an electron-electron interaction while an electronic current through the device is prohibited by, for instance, a spin-valve effect. Therefore, the system resembles a nanoelectromechanical heat engine. We derive a criterion for the mechanical instability and estimate the amplitude of the resulting self-sustained oscillations. Estimations show that the suggested phenomenon can be studied using available experimental techniques
